It's hard to imagine what i just witnessed here. Employees running all over each other no coordination. Emotional breakdowns. Fixing the wrong drinks or forgetting orders all together. The front register guy seemed lost. The long-haired employee was about to go cry in a corner. There was no management at all. No system at all, just 2 chickens running around with their heads cut off and a cook trying his best. The drinks were all messed up and took way too long after reminding them of the orders they had taken. Choose the other dickson location over this one. Way more organization at the other. read more

I frequent this place quite often, I get the same iced coffee every single time but it taste different every single time. Even worse they are always out of everything. One morning I asked for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, they were out, so I asked for a bagel, they were out! My recent stop which was just five minutes ago, no dark roast coffee, no Halloween speciality donuts, so to compromise I asked for the reg frosted with sprinkles.. you guessed it out. You run a COFFEE and DONUT place. You would think common sense would kick in to fix your management issues that can't seem to concentrate on what is being ordered the most and keep it in stock. Went here at 7am got an everything bagel the bagel was stale like it had been sitting out for days the donuts weren't fresh either.

This dunking SUCKS SO BAD. They did not listen to my order and gave me BOTH wrong coffees. the employees were very rude and did not listen to anything i was saying. I was asking them to throw the wrong coffee away because i did not have room for it in my cup holders because i only ordered TWO coffees and it was their fault they got it wrong - and they slammed the window in my face. this was at 9:00 am on September 4th. Came in at 5:30am for my mid-shift breakfast. The girl working seemed irritated that I was even there. (She was the only employee, but then, I was the only customer) I ordered 2 cake iced donuts and a medium black coffee. Pretty simple. She dumped my donuts in the bag upside down (with no wax paper) so the icing stuck to the bottom of the bag and also stuck together. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting all night. I'm a huge Dunkin fan. However, I've tried multiple Dunkin Donuts locations and none compare to this one. Great customer service, they make my drink correctly every single time. This morning, there were so cars in front of me and I was still in and out of that drive through in less than 5 minutes. My order was correct, my drink was great and fixed exactly how I requested and my donut was fresh and warm. And then there's the fact that Dunkin has an app and they team up with the Preds, the Titans, and the Vols. I'm not a fan of those teams...but if I get a free drink or even a discounted drink because of them, I'll take it. Plus with the app every time you get 200 points, you get a free drink of any kind and any size plus a free drink on your birthday. This place does coffee and donuts right and I will continue to choose this location over any of the others around. read more

Aug 15, 2016 approximately 9:25 am. Female employee didn't wash hands after using the restroom! Soooooo nasty!!! Called to inform the manager, was told "it will be about an hour wait, we're in the middle of morning rush". WOW! So my next logical avenue is the corporate office and possibly the Dickson County Health Department. Sad, we wanted to address this at the lowest level, we cannot, so we must escalate it.. The Latte was like warm and a little over three quarters full.The sausage was also like warm,bordering on cold while the biscuit was hard as a rock like it was a couple of days old. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. I always stop here because it's on my way to work but I'm about to start going to the other one on the other side of town instead. The employees always seem like they're new so they don't know how to fix ice coffee. They make them so gross. Also when I order an egg and cheese English muffin they sometimes put the egg and cheese wrap instead. By then I'm already on the way to work and can't turn around. The wrap is disgusting. It's falling apart and burned or cold. This location would benefit greatly by properly training their employees. They're super nice people. The coffee is often old when I go so it's usually not very good. I've order a good amount of stuff from the menu and a couple times the food has come out cold because they didn't heat it long enough. The atmosphere isn't my idea of a coffee shop, usually containing loud music for my taste and constant kitchen noise which could be avoided. read more
