The bread has a garlic butter spread, the steak is of high quality (far better than anything from the local bodega), and the cheese and onions bring it all together. This is not how this is done. You run the bill through and you bring me the credit card receipt to sign and add the tip . With their prices being sky high, it's bad enough you're charging an additional 3% use a credit card now you're gonna put the 3% surcharge on the tip as well
