When you enjoy a freshly made deli sandwich and all you have are fast food chains such as Subway, JimmieJohns, or Jersey Mikes, the preference is easy. I've eaten all three at different times. Jersey Mikes is by far the best in the Brea area. Consistency is critical to me. read more

Jersey Mike's always consistently has good sandwiches. Every time I go to one, I always have a good experience. If you need a decent fast food sub, definitely go here. Anyway, I was in the area running some errands and I was literally dying of hunger since I haven't eaten anything all day. Maybe I was secretly saving it for Jersey Mike's. I don't know lol. Since I've been to other chains, I already knew what I wanted, which was their Original Italian, Mike's way (which comes with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, and salt). I forgot to add pickles, but I'll do it next time!! They have cold subs, hot subs, salads, chips, soda fountain drinks, etc. There's something for everyone. I haven't tried the hot subs yet because I'm so in love with the Original Italian. Oh and the sandwiches come in 3 different sizes: mini, regular, and giant. I just wanna say that it was really convenient to use the app while running errands, so I used it to place a pick up order during a busy time. I went in, got my sandwich, and was on my merry way back home :) next time I'll add pickles to my sub. Ugh the sub was so good. I feel like I always crave this sandwich on a Tuesday or the weekends. What is the reason!!! TL;DR Original Italian Mike's Way with pickles is my go to order. read more

Jersey Mike's makes a really good sub, but this location NEVER has your sub ready at the time promised when ordering ahead via the app. Even after waiting 10-15 minutes for your sub, you're still behind others that came into the store well after you ordered. Thanks for your reply Mike. Message sent via email as requested. read more

Great food, but super long wait times. Will continue to get food from them bcuz they are soooo darn good!

For starters , turn down the music. It isn't a nightclub. Next, clean the table tops. They are filthy and sticky. Last thing, clean the floor, it's also filthy. read more

I LOVE ordering from the app! It's so easy to use and not to mention, convenient! I ordered four sandwiches with special requests for two of them and they came out PERFECTLY!!! Every time I order, it's always ready early or before my hubby goes and picks it up! read more

Ordered online with some specifics and all 4 subs came out perfect!! Very delicious! Thank you.

Just want to say I've always loved jersey mikes but tonight I had a great experience! The young lady who helped me (I believe her name was Kayla) was very friendly and had a great positive vibe! My order is somewhat unusual but it was no big deal to her. She made it the best it's ever been made, props to her! Give her a raise, the world needs more people like her! read more

Did not feel like cooking. Went to Jersey Mike's service was good. Gentlemen, making the sandwich was quick. The amount of meat and vegetables on the sandwich was great! read more

I wanted to try a "Monster," but farthest thing from it and for $24.70 you'd expect it to impress, right?! I ordered deliver of a Tuna "Monster" with extra meat and got a loaf of bread with a smear of tuna and some toppings tossed in. We got delivery as it was a long day, we were all tired and was starting vacation the next day - no time to drive down and ask for a real "Monster" or refund so had to eat it as was. It's a bummer as I can get 3 footlong subs from Subway for $17.99 with a coupon. I'll be sticking to subway. read more

Great service with quality food. Great rewards program with abundant food selections.

Ordered to go, brought it to the beach super hungry and I found a disgusting long black hair in my sandwich. Called back and I surprisingly got no apology about the incident. read more

Always very attentive and make sure you get your sandwich on time. The time I was there to get mine and it wasn't ready they went out of their way to make it and even offered me a free drink. Always come to this Jersey Mike's read more

I used my points for a free sandwich and choose the Italian sandwich on wheat bread. My friend had the philly cheesesteak on the rosemary parmesan bread. The Italian is my favorite cold sandwich because it has all the meats and the philly cheesesteak is my favorite hot sandwich. I enjoy the freshly sliced meats and condiments. The service was good for lunchtime, it was busy but manageable. We were able to have a quick lunch and get on with our day. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #13 The Original Italian - Sandwiches Near Me - Brea, California

Ordered online, said ready in 10 minutes, sounds awesome... nope. I think the sandwich was made on time, but who knows The cashier wouldnt acknowledge a group of us standing just behind the register area waiting for a chance to get our food, The cashier hat/visor was so low they were able to effectively not look or make eye contact with anyone he didnt want to. and took so long with each guests in the sandwich line and only concentrating on the sandwich line. Eventually i went to the sandwich maker behind the glass and asked about my food and then he hollered out to the cashier,. to which we were finally helped after their current guest. By the time i got my sandwich the bread was soggy from sitting there too long overall experience was maybe 5 minutes waiting, it would have been faster for me to not place an online order and just walk in like everyone else. read more

I love jersey Mike's. This location however needs lots of help. The men in my family always order extra meat , adding $5.00 to cost of each sandwich.........there is a BIG problem when it looks like a normal sandwich. This place is cheap with the meat. Don't bother. You pay a lot for a bread sandwich. I have given this place lots of chances. Every time it is the same. Don't bother ordering double meat, you won't get it. Wish i could post a half of star read more

I love Jersey Mike's! Terrific sandwiches. They take great pride in using premium high quality meats, cheese (I prefer provolone above anything else), and other accoutrements, and also, their bread is always baked fresh daily. I highly recommend customers to order the sandwiches "Mike's Way", with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices. So good! My favorite one is probably the turkey sub, but I honestly think they are all great! read more

I order the chipotle steak and cheese. it is quite good. I didn't get the choice of adding anything else besides the steak and the cheese. the lady in front of me had guacamole on her sandwich, so I added avocado to mine once i got home. So how does a sandwich shop based out of Point Pleasant, New Jersey get so much street cred? According to them, the secret about Jersey Mike's is high quality. I'm like Joey from Friends. I love sandwiches. Having grown up on Subway's, Togo's, and Quizno's, I'm always looking for new and creative ways to eat them. Let's rummage through their inventory. Their certified Angus Beef top rounds are cooked right in the store. An employee will cut the meat right in front of you as you order. Their bread is fresh, baked daily, and to me, just seems softer and tastes better. They ask you whether you want it Mike's Way (little TM sign) which consists of lettuce, onions, tomatoes, spices, drenched in oil and vinegar. Their way of making sandwiches is simple so don't expect a long assembly line or getting a variety of veggies. The prices are a bit higher so expect that. The line can get long since they take their sweet ass time making your sandwich. "Don't Rush Me" - Taylor Dayne. They got cold and hot subs, wraps, and will even make your sandwich into a salad. I'm all about trying to eat healthy this year so I always get their Turkey Breast and Provolone. It's lean and full of flavor, made with 99% fat free turkey. Add lettuce, onion, pickle, and mustard and now's it's Chris' Way. Trademark that bitches! Something New for a Review: Here's a link to their menu. Try it for yourself because the real American Idol Judge is you (https://jerseymikes.com/menu/). read more

With Jersey Mike's poppin' up everywhere these days, I figured it was time to finally give this place a try! The subs here are definitely solid. I ordered a regular-sized "Italian" and the size was enormous!!! Very generous portion sizes! I was happy to discover that they slice their meats in front of you, once you place your order, which was really cool to see! You definitely don't ever see that at places like Subway! I got my sandwich Mike's Way, which means it came drenched in oil, vinegar, and Italian spices - it was preeeetty messy, but it made my sandwich taste really moist! I don't like mayo, so I would definitely get it this way again! The prices are a bit high, but like I said...the portion sizes are AMAZING! They also have lots of good deals here and send out coupons fairly regularly (I recently got one for $13.99 for 2 drinks, 2 subs, and 2 chips). I would definitely come here over a lot of other places in the area, including Which Wich. read more

A restaurant that is consistently good. Quick service, Good value, and no BS. I definitely would repeat visit this spot.

It's a sandwich shop. Rumor has it some Jerk from Jersey, named Mike, brought this to the west coast. I approve. It's like a subway, but more to the point. Good sandwich, not ready when promised. Positives are that it's a good sandwich. Way better than say, Subway. Negative is that I ordered on the website for pick up at a certain time. It was a fairly large order, so I ordered with plenty of time for them to make it. I got there expecting to just pick it up and run out, but they had barely started making my order. I had a bunch of kids to feed, and a very narrow window to do it, so having to wait around while they made my sandwiches was very frustrating. It's not like they were incredibly busy either, there were one or two other people in the store. It's a good sandwich sure, but if you don't have time to eat it because it's late, what good does that do you? Check out the other reviews, I'm not the only one with this problem. read more

This location has serious problems keeping up with high volume demand during lunchtime. I order using the app to save time and limit Covid exposure, I show up 10 minutes after "ready" time, and order is not ready for pick-up. I check in to ask if my order is almost ready and they say it's in the queue. 20 minutes later, it is finally ready. From time of order, took 50 minutes. Someone should tip off this store that people like to eat sandwiches for lunch; maybe they can better prepare for the lunch rush. . Not a good experience. read more

Terrible customer service tonight 1/7/21 @ 630 pm. Employee argued with me and told me what I ordered when it was completely wrong, I tried to explain what I asked for and kept being resistant. Finally after further explanation he made my sandwich while carrying a puffy chest and being visibly irritated. I won't be returning to this establishment. read more

The food service here was amazing the customer service was even better they were very polite and helpful and didn't mind helping and seemed like they enjoyed helping everyone, I really recommend coming here. They also handled the food with great care. If I could give this more then 5 stars I would. The place is also very clean inside. read more

Went here for lunch today. I got the regular club sub. My sandwich was really good. Their "juice" is a oil and vinegar mixture. It was yummy! Husband had the regular meatball sub. The meatballs and sauce were very good. The sauce made the bread soggy so it didn't stay crispy. The people working there are very nice. Overall, we would return to try more subs. read more

I live in Fullerton but drive to the Brea location for my sandwiches. Not sure how Jersey Mike's gets 3 stars at the other locations. I mean, how hard is it to mess up a good sandwich? The app also makes it super convenient to be in-&-out in no-time at all. read more

love Jersey Mikes and was super excited to order since I have been in Japan for the last eight months. unfortunately the order wasn't right (oil and vinegar on the sandwich instead of on the side) and it meant I didn't eat the bread (which is 95% of my love). my fault for ordering for delivery instead of going in myself. hopefully next time will be right. read more

Ordered a sub in a tub. Service and the taste was great, however my girlfriend and I agreed that it was so tiny! The size was a complete disappointment. Most of the tub was filled with air and I payed over 10 bucks for one. At least put more lettuce in it. I could honestly eat 3 of those tubs and for that price no thanks. Won't be ordering this again. read more

So I was looking at the yelp pictures and I saw California Dreamin, and I wanted it because it had avocado.. I asked for a California Dreamin' mini, and to my sadness.. it didn't have the avocado. I don't know, I was kinda confused, maybe it avocado was extra? I even checked the website and it looks like the sandwich comes with avocado. Also, the lady who made my sandwich was also kind of standoffish and made me a little uncomfortable. I wanted to go up and get my sandwich fixed.. but it got busy and I didn't want to bother the workers. Oh well I guess. read more
