It's no secret I'm a big fan of Jersey Mike's. Easily the best sandwich chain, you make be able to get a better sandwich at a local deli but they are harder and harder to find. It's Sunday night and the shop ran out of bread. Said they were "busier than expected." It's hard for me to think a SANDWICH shop can't make a sandwich, but okay, I'll pivot. I then go out of my way to purchase a hoagie 6" loaf from the Italian place down the street. I bring it to the Jersey Mike location - and they CANT MAKE THE ORDER BECAUSE ITS AGAINST CORPORATE. Great. So you can't make the sandwich because you're out of bread and you can't pivot to using another piece of bread either because you're a soulless corporate buffoon. Mobile online order pickup order placed at 1:23pm. While in the store, as I'm a walkable 5 mins away, I happened to witness multiple people there to pick up their mobile orders and JM staff told the waiting customers they they do not have their orders and their orders were already taken. I already knew this was trouble. 30 mins later, while still waiting I ask for an update and they had not even started my order yet. Meanwhile, I've seen the order line circle twice with new people while waiting on my order. As I still wait for my online order, staff continue to wait on new customers walking in. The mobile pickup line is so crowded it took up all the space near the front counter with customers wondering what's going on. Likely my last time ordering here. Pavilions is much closer and slightly cheaper $9.99 vs $11.99. I'm not sure if today is a weird day or if it's normally like this at Jersey Mikes but little crazy for a mediocre sandwich. UPDATE: I picked up my sandwich at 2:16pm. I'm so annoyed that I don't have an appetite anymore. I'm deleting the mobile app and not ordering from this franchise. I love my Jersey Mikes! I usually order from the one on 7100 Santa Monica Blvd #153, West Hollywood, CA or from the one in Mid-wilshire: 6361 Wilshire Blvd - What. makes this chain so special is that they have the best and fresh ingredients. However, I ordered from the Beverly Hills location for the first time today. I ordered 3 giant subs and I can say that this is the first time I ever had truly stale bread from a Jersey Mikes. This was not isolated, as the bread was similar for all 3 giant subs. What is particularly disappointing is that the manager and employee denied and equitable solution. An apology would have sufficed, some credit for future order would be have been a wonderful gesture....not I did not receive any of that. I'd say the management needs better training in response to servicing customer complaints and that the staff or ownership should look in to the quality assurance of the food, as noted the bread tasted stale and unlike the bread I gave consumed from the many other franchises I have visited. Two JMS visits yesterday. The first was all that. The second, this store, was a bit off. Ordered my usual, #8, Turkey/ham Club, the mondo version. The fillings were on topic, and the crispy bacon too was right on. The bread though was the sad part. Not terrible, but it didn't taste young. Waiting till this a.m. for the second half, at least made the dried edges soft from the liquids seeping. All in all, a good sandwich. read more

Part of the fun of working in Beverly Hills is getting sent on lunch runs by my bosses. They are very cool bosses, and they always reimburse my mileage and tell me to buy myself anything I want when I pick up lunch for them. They sent me to this Jersey Mike's for the first time last week. I must tell you that Jersey Mike's is way better than Subway! Now that I know this, I will seek out Jersey Mike's in my own neighborhood. My bosses both had the number 16: chicken Philly cheesesteak (they added extra mustard). They both munched away pretty happily, so I can only assume they were pleased. I got myself a tuna sandwich. It was an extremely tasty tuna sandwich! Not too much mayo. I really appreciate the fact that the gal on the phone who took my order told me that if I were in a rush, she would call my cell phone and run my order out to me. Parking is very challenging on Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills, so Jersey Mike's is very accommodating to people on the run getting lunch for work. This place ALWAYS closes early. If you get here anytime after 8:45, you won't be served. It's happened to me 5-7 times over the last couple years. I work across the street and sometimes I wanna run across the street when I leave, but I never get served. They lock the door, like tonight when I showed up at 8:50 and had the floor mopped and all the meats put away. One time they did serve me cuz I walked in as they were bringing in a chair from outside. They acted like I was inconveniencing them and halfass made my sandwich. I love Jersey Mikes, but this location is a let down every time. I've told friends to go somewhere else cuz it's so unreliable when they close. They need new management. Smh read more

I really enjoy eating at Jersey Mikes. They are a little pricey, but the sandwich is pretty big, so it makes it worth it. I sometime can make two meals from one large sub. While I've never had a problem with a Jersey Mike's elsewhere, I thought a Jersey Mike's in Beverly Hills would be a great experience, but it was actually the opposite. Watching the sub maker make my sandwich, he cheated me on the meat. Normally the roast beef is stacked pretty high, and this one kind of laid flat on the bottom bread. It didn't come close to what other Jersey Mike has given me. Even with the lettuce, he put two small pinches of lettuce on my sandwich, I had to tell him twice to put more lettuce on it. I could tell the sandwich was a lot smaller than I'm use to getting, because I was able to finish the whole sandwich, and was still hungry. So I don't know if the guy was new, or they have to be more cheaper on the sandwich, because maybe the rent is higher in Beverly Hills?? Who knows. I will give this place another try one day, but was slightly disappointed on this visit. read more

Sandwiches great but had an in store experience that was horrifying. Came in on a busy lunch hour. Staff were alternating between making sandwiches for customers in store and DoorDash. The way they distinguished between such sandwiches was by draping the DoorDash receipt directly ON TOP of the sandwich. Receipt paper is full of toxins and very unhygienic. I always get the same thing and it is nice and tasty but when I ask for additional toppings they are never there. Today, my sandwich had no banana peppers and no oil and vinegar. Tried the one here in Beverly Hills and it was pretty good! I had the Big Kahuna beef cheesesteak sub! Nice and meaty, jalapeño peppers, cheese, fries onions! Just the regular size, not the extra large one! And it was more than enough. I called ahead and went to pick it up pretty quickly. Also made sure I signed up for "shore points" which is like their rewards card basically. Kept it in an affordable budget about $10 bucks so good if you are not looking to spend a whole lot. It's right next door to the Burger Lounge too. The staff was friendly and I will be back again for a quick dinner bite option. read more

I eat at jersey mikes all around LA a few times a week and this is the only location that serves stale bread EVERY SINGLE TIME! Maybe it's just my luck that I keep getting their stale bread but it's so bad. I really hope they reconsider serving their stale bread. I get they're trying to save money, but please... the bread you're serving is truly not edible. One star because their hours say they close at 9pm but they lock the door and turn off the lights closer to 8:30. Nothing wrong with that except the fact it's extremely misleading to customers who rely on their inaccurately posted hours. Just change your hours to 8:30 or whatever time you guys want and update it on your door and yelp and online. Problem solved! I'll update review when I see this happen. Also there's shards of metal on your door handle that sliced my finger and it's bleeding everywhere now. Definitely fix that first! read more

Here's what you need to know if you go to this sandwich shop. I ordered a #9 (club) sandwich giant sized and asked for it to be cut in half. The scam, the rip off is that they charged me for 2 regular sandwiches which was about $3 more than the giant. I thought the total was high and planned to look at the receipt that I assumed they would put in the bag. It wasn't. Here's where the unacceptable service ratchets up to high gear: I went back in the shop and asked why I wasn't offered a receipt. Well, cashier said it would be no small thing to find it and she had to deal with paying customers. (Like I was chopped liver.). After the long wait, she finally found my receipt which I reviewed and spotted the overcharge. She refunded the 1st charge and charged me what I should have been charged. The SCAM alert reflects the double charge for 2 regular sandwiches instead of following my request for 1 giant sandwich cut in half. The 2nd SCAM alert is that the cashier asks if you want anything else, but doesn't ask if you want a receipt! A lot of people may wave the offer of a receipt away. But it's the purchaser's right to get a receipt if for no other reason than to keep the shop honest. And keeping them honest is clearly a need. Unless the overcharge was a mistake, a reputable shop would have offered a benefit to a customer to apologize for their mistake. Instead, they shooed me out the door like a fly. read more

The BF and I recently visited this J Mike's for a taste of our usual... #13 Mike's way. Our experience at this location was not great. Quite disappointing considering I love their sandwiches so much. Let's start with the fact that the music that was playing when we walked in was not only deafening, but it was also poor taste. I mean, who blares house music at a ridiculous level on their speakers during the lunch hour? It was so loud that the guy behind the counter couldn't even hear our order. On top of the headache from the music we were also displeased with the amount of oil and vinegar applied to your sandwiches. Yes, I like it Mike's way, but I don't think Mike envisioned bread so soggy that it really was uneatable. Thumbs down! This just means I'll be visiting the We Ho location more frequently. read more

This is the absolute worst jersey Mike's I've ever been too, and unfortunately, it's the one right next to my house. The staff is completely unorganized, they dont know the proper ingredients that go in the sandwiches (I go to other jersey Mike's and they necmver get it wrong). I constantly have to tell them what goes on the sandwhich. They're almost always out of avocado They're always out of st least 1 but usually 2 of their 3 types of bread. Staff there dont understand how to prioritize, and all of them seemed stoned (I actually dont blame them for this one) During the summer. There are flies everywhere inside the shop. They wear gloves, but in the middle of making you the sandwhich, they touch 10 different dirty items with their gloves. Sorry for typos, but you get the point. I can't say this review was based off of the whole store, but at least one employee. Standing there watching my food get made, I watched her apparently put something on a sandwich that wasn't supposed to go on it then she proceeded to take a dirty rag and wipe off the sandwich, attempting to reuse it again. Couldn't stand there and just watch it happen so I said something in discuss. Unfortunately, the entire staff just stayed quiet, including what I can only assume is a manager in a different color T-shirt. If you go here, watch them make your sandwich. read more
