I visited the Wingstop on Olympic and La Cienega, and overall, I had a great experience. Parking was pretty decent, though I went on a Thursday around 10:45 AM, just before they opened. I can imagine the area getting a bit congested during peak hours, but it was smooth when I arrived. Ms. Gabby--possibly a manager--and she was absolutely amazing! So sweet, bubbly, and welcoming. She personally brought out the food to everyone dining in, and when we were done eating, she told us not to worry about cleaning up and quickly came by to clear the table after we packed up our leftovers. The restaurant itself was extremely clean--probably one of the cleanest Wingstop locations I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few! I stopped by on my way to the airport, and I was thoroughly happy with the whole experience. The food was fresh and delicious, and if I'm ever back in the area craving Wingstop, this will definitely be my go-to spot. read more

Not sure why it didn't smell or taste Fresh today. -Cajon Chicken was good but not great. -Lemmon Pepper was OFF putting due to the chicken flesh smell was off and not Fresh..... The dry rub was still great! Lemmon Pepper is always my favorite. -Garlic Chicken was good -Chicken Tenders were typical. The tenders tasted nice and Fresh and had a pleasant smell - My first time eating the corn and was not impressed ... I almost chocked, it was very dry too ... I hardly write negative reviews, and I kept trying with this Wingstop, but no matter what, they keep forgetting to add items. Every time I order for delivery this happens. They'll miss or forget to add all the Dips I order (and I usually get extra) or they'll forget to add the sides like fries. And they even sent me plain wings once without any flavor. This never happens when I go in person, but always when I get it delivered. If I call, they'll tell me to go and pick up the missing item (which I can't do which is why I do delivery) Most workers are fine but some give you attitude. I guess I'll drive a bit further to the next Wingstop. I only keep trying because my daughter loves it. This never happens at other Wingstops when I order to different locations. read more

Since they've opened in the area a few months ago, my family and I have only eaten from here once, via carryout. It's Wingstop so the food is always pretty good. We've really just been going with my T-Mobile deals because it's also Wingstop so we all know they can't be expensive. But yesterday I came in for the first time Myself and actually was able to sit down and eat really quick before taking the rest home. And I will say the customer service was fantastic. I had called a few times prior to coming in to change my pick up time and when I showed up, I felt welcomed from the employee Alfredo who I spoke with over the phone. Everyone was super sweet, had good energy and was very attentive. The place is clean, which is great. Not a big place so they don't have many TVs for sports like other locations do but that was OK. It's in a plaza so yes, there is parking but parking is very very limited. And my food was good, can't complain about the Wingstop. Overall, I would recommend this spot for the local Wingstop lovers. I know my family and I will come back every now and then especially when we have more T-Mobile deals. read more

Aside from not getting a full 15 piece, the "wings" were smaller than McDonald's nuggets. These were by far the worst wings Ive ever had from wingstop. I ordered 15 wings of lemon pepper and louisiana hot from doordash and it arrived in less than 20 minutes. All the wings were lukewarm and more than half were soggy. The lemon pepper wings were sitting in a pool of oil and a good amount of the wings were too crispy and overcooked. Do not come to this location. They are trifling. I ordered well done chicken. It was for in 4 min. I told them it wasn't enough time and then she went to the bank. I watched through the window she AND COOK added more sauce, laughed and brought it out to me. When I no it takes 18 min to cook. Samantha tried to play me in my face. Wingstop not only has the best ranch hands down but they got all the flavors! Service is always on point and tbh one of my favorite places to get fries. Tuesdays are the best day to get wings from this spot if you didn't already know! You won't be disappointed ever from Wingstop unless they just don't put enough sauce....
