She rang us up giving us the latest discounts. The shop is close off Highway 50. It is easy to get to and has plenty of parking spots. The interior looks like all the other Sherwin Williams. If you are getting your house painted with any contractor a few suggestions: 1) Nail down the exact colors and sheens you want for every surface. Find a house with what you want that is already done and go with it. Suggest using a flatter sheen if picking between two. We went with a satin sheen on a surface that would have been better with a flat sheen. 2) Communicate, communicate, communicate with the painting crew and the general manager.

Hey~I'm not a clueless fool, ya know--I'm not buying their money-scheming ploys . . . Ya get my drift--you know what I mean, eh? Anyway, I seriously can't differentiate between the quality and performance between the OEM Samsung H2O filters verses the off-brand Samsung H2O refrigerator filters. To my utter surprise, the Appliance Dude informed me Home Depot sells TWO Samsung H2O filters in a package for $59.00 verses OEM Samsung H2O filters sells only ONE in a package for $49.00. Jeff Pecka, the owner, communicated with us by text and email to keep us informed of their progress in a timely manner. The process was seamless and painless and they got the job done within a week of the HOA approval. I especially like the front door that his dad painted (it's a family affair) because I used harsh cleaning chemicals on it in error during COVID. It looks better than when we moved in as the original owners. Thank you, Jeff! Even my dog likes them. They are dog people. He also took that ugly TV Dish thing to the dump for me.

Contacted the owner himself who came to my home who looks at the house and tries to tell me its just dirty and I need a power wash. I showed him photos from other points of views with high def cameras on HD zoom and he still proceeds to tell me its dirt and that I basically am seeing things. Expressed to him how all i needed was a touchup considering we hired them to paint a house that was well over 2400 sqft with a warranty to which he basically said no, and would charge regular price for a power wash and touchup, but hed take good care of me. Complete used car salesman vibe completed at this point. This warranty isnt worth its weight in toilet paper at this point. Photos attached, you tell me if this looks like natural fading or paint failure. Hired another paint company to do the touchups who agreed that they could even see where their brushes were weak or where the paint didnt adhere. The support staff of this company was great in 2021 during the pandemic, super respectful and professional, but from what people have told me, those people are long gone because of owner. Not surprised.
