This company has sadly dissapointed me as a paying customer in their failure to honor their "warranty" for their paint. Contacted the owner himself who came to my home who looks at the house and tries to tell me its just dirty and I need a power wash. I showed him photos from other points of views with high def cameras on HD zoom and he still proceeds to tell me its dirt and that I basically am seeing things. Expressed to him how all i needed was a touchup considering we hired them to paint a house that was well over 2400 sqft with a warranty to which he basically said no, and would charge regular price for a power wash and touchup, but hed take good care of me. Complete used car salesman vibe completed at this point. This warranty isnt worth its weight in toilet paper at this point. Photos attached, you tell me if this looks like natural fading or paint failure. Hired another paint company to do the touchups who agreed that they could even see where their brushes were weak or where the paint didnt adhere. The support staff of this company was great in 2021 during the pandemic, super respectful and professional, but from what people have told me, those people are long gone because of owner. Not surprised. read more

I had the exterior of my home painted by Paintrite Pros and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Chris, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. They pressure washed the house, scraped and sanded loose paint, and caulked around the windows and doors before painting. They even came back the next day to do touch ups. I highly recommend them! read more

I called Paintrite Pros main number to discuss a large paint project I was wanting a bid for. I got their voicemail and the mailbox was full. I sent a text message and heard back via text a while later. When I called back to discuss the project, the owner Chris picked up. He was very short and it seemed like I was inconvenience to his day. Sad that I received this type of support from the owner, especially since I had worked with the company 6-7 years ago in a large project and his employees had given much better customer service than him. Not sure what changed, but it's definitely a bummer. read more

Two years later and we are touching up our interior paint ourselves and we are angry all over again at the terrible unfinished job this company did when we moved in two years ago. I'm sitting here looking at paint on doorknobs, mirrors, and thin layers that don't give durable or adequate coverage, in addition to baseboards that were never touched up after installation because of this company's scheduling problems. I'm still mad about it. Hiring them is my biggest regret financially and otherwise. Theresa was awesome, she felt like the glue that was holding the business together, so if she still works for them I hope things have improved for her. Scheduling was a disaster from day one and I'm pretty sure that was all out of her control. read more

Second Review after years and I'm still fonding problems. The crew was literally whoever they could find and had ZERO ability to paint. This morning I found that they painted the bathroom vent cover on. It's totally amateur! NEVER USE THIS COPMPANY! read more

Paintrite did an awesome job! My wife had a vision and they fulfilled it beautifully. Before painting, we found dry rot in the facia boards and Chris worked with us to resolve this problem. His painters were friendly and personable. They communicated what the timeline was and we were happy for that communication. They completed their work in a timely manner. We were also appreciative of some detail concerns after the work was done and they came out and satisfied our concerns. They did a great job and well worth to have them come out for your painting consideration. read more

Chris and his team did a beautiful job on our home's exterior. Our home is old and was looking very dated. He suggested body colors and accent colors, even talked me out of spending more money than I needed to! Chris was highly responsive each time I reached out with questions. The team was so professional, respectful, and kind. Highly recommend. read more

They were the most competitive quote and told us the entire home could be done in 3 days and it was! The blue walls in the large living room needed another can of paint as they stretched the first one. You could still see the old paint through it. They came back the following day to finish and do touch ups. A few days later I saw some spots that they missed, so I called and they scheduled a worker to come up and touch up. Customer service was 11/10! Highly recommend this company read more

Transformed Our Home - Exceptional Work! Paintrite Pros did an incredible job painting the exterior of our home, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. They helped us choose the perfect color combination to enhance our home's curb appeal, and the difference is night and day! The crew was on time every day, respectful of our property, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the process. The attention to detail was truly impressive--sharp lines, smooth coverage, and no mess left behind. We've already had several neighbors stop by to compliment the new look and ask who did the work. Without a doubt, we'll be recommending Paintrite Pros to all our friends and family. If you want your home to look brand new again, these are the folks to call! read more

I am extremely happy with the work that was done to my house and for a great price compared to others. I live in north Stockton and they came from Elk Grove for me. Day 1 they power washed the entire exterior of my house. Day 2 they sanded and caulked holes, masked windows and anything I didn't want painted, and start painting. Day 3 they completed everything. They painted the sidings of my house, garage, chimney, the side of the garage door, trim, and gutters. The quality of work was great! They cleaned up after the job was done and made sure I was happy with the job. I highly recommend these guys! read more

Let me begin by stating I was ready to give a negative star to the company if it was not for the people who did the actual work and ultimately redeemed the company. The numerous schedule changes was not acceptable and the fact that I was advised that I need to work with them is uncalled for. This was said to me after the second re-schedule. I was also informed by the office the reason for the re-schedule was due to their staffing illnesses. I don't really need to know that all I need to know is when will the project begin. . When all was said and done, we would like to give a special thank you to Charlie (the painter) and Raphael (project mgr.) for an outstanding customer service. ¬ read more

My first home, and first expensive lesson. After having to hear disgruntled employees complian about their compensation, having to clean up food left in the backyard including Pork Chop bone left out my dog could have choked on. New garage doors were sealed shut from the paint causing the garage motor to struggle and pull the garage door off track. I do not recommend this company. Hawkins did amazing work on window Installation. They coming back to clean up the bad caulking work and reseal the windows. Sacgarage doors fast and professional, even came and added lubricant to the doors after they were sealed shut. Those two companies highly recommend. Can't say the same for Paintrite. I have now learned it's a good idea to pay a friend who isn't afraid of heights to come during the inspection.. read more

Whoa, that's all I have to say, whoa! I would NOT use them!!!! We had them come give an estimate today. There was confusion on who was the point person my partner or I, because I was the first person he texted. I literally just got off work and had two messages from him asking where to email a quote. I hadn't responded because I don't have reception at work. Then he started rage texting about my lack of responsiveness. Telling me to give people respect and quit wasting their time. Again, at work, no reception. Unless you want to deal with Mr. Angry I'd look elsewhere! read more

I just had Paintrite pros paint the inside of my house. This is the third job I've had them do for me. It was another great job. Very professional clean. Respectful of my house. Can't say enough good things about this local company. Check them out. You can't go wrong. read more

My father got the outside of his house painted by this company. He is not computer savvy so he asked me to leave a review for him, as he was so pleased with his experience. He lives in Roseville and got several quotes. After getting the inside of his house painted using a different company he decided that he wanted to use another company for the outside. They quoted him exactly what the other company that he was going to use did. They were fast, friendly and ended up epoxying his garage floors too! That was a surprise. We highly recommend Paintrite Pros! PS- I'm a Realtor and I will be putting them on my prefered vendor list after my father's stellar experience. read more

Got the hard sell and went with Paintrite Pros which was the higher end quote. Wish we wouldn't have. Sloppy work to say the least. I had to call them back to do touch-up. The overspray from painting the house got on the trim, it's still there after the touch-up. Our door was painted a dark gray, the paint bled onto the white interior. When I asked about the white trim of my house bleeding onto the base color Chris said it was impossible to get straight lines with stucco. My neighbors house was painted right before ours. They have stucco and zero bleeding. I regret not using who they did. The person that showed-up to give us an estimate literally talked me out of using them, claiming Paintrite has to correct their mistakes all the time. We now have paint chipping on our porch beams and can't get a call back after four attempts. The job was done August 2020, not even a year has passed. We are so frustrated. I would NOT recommend Paintrite but I am happy for those who had a better experience than we did. I tried to load pics but this app isn't allowing I guess. read more

I found these guys through using the quote request through Yelp, I received Communications from about eight different companies but finalized with Paintrite because of their professionalism and other positive Yelp reviews. Bryan was my initial contact for the estimate, I was very pleased with his great attitude, professionalism and down to earth demeanor. He obviously exhibited a great knowledge of painting and a sincere interest in my job (paint job for a new fence). Paintrite is a very buttoned-up company, with professional looking materials and an office gal that always answers the phone. I appreciate the professionalism and it gave me confidence that they would do a gr7eat job for me. The quote I got from paint right was very competitive, I couldn't believe how much some of these other guys are charging out there, so I felt very comfortable moving forward. The gentleman who did the painting is named Armando, he was extremely professional, friendly and hard-working. He took his time and did a great job of painting the fence, the prep work was very thorough and there was no drops of paint scattered anywhere and he was very meticulous. He must have worked all day into the early evening to get the job done, I was very impressed and pleased with the decision to go with paintrite! read more

We had our entire interior house painted, including baseboards and doors. Overall we are happy with the finished job. Salvador was the crew foreman and checked on them often. Hector was easy to communicate with and took pride in his work. Once we started putting furniture back, etc we noticed a few paint drips on our floors paint on laundry machines and switch plate covers. Apparently we had a new employee on our crew that we felt was "sloppy" as paint mistakes were found where he was working. Someone also placed a water bottle on a dresser-this should not happen. I would recommend this company but I feel newer employees should be more closely supervised and/or trained better. read more

My biggest regret is hiring this company. They are overbooked and understaffed. With multiple teams, you don't know who will be coming to paint your house. It will likely be a couple of new hires with zero painting experience, like in my case. Management knows about the sh!tshow and will do whatever they can to avoid your calls. Do yourself a favor and avoid this train wreck. Hire a company where the owner comes to every job with one or two assistants. That's the kind of company who will care to do the job correctly. Not this one. read more

This review is ONLY for getting a quote. Two times now I have scheduled a time for them to come out to give an estimate, NO SHOW both times. It would be ok if maybe I was retired and had nothing to do all day, but I took time out of my work schedule to wait for these guys, and on top of that they did not even call to say we can't make it, totally unprofessional. read more

Contracted to paint 1000 square foot interior for $9000 which they said would take a week. After 4 days they had 1 small office (6x12) completed They delayed our start date a whole month and now say it will take 2 weeks instead of one! Well of course it will take longer because they only sent one person out at a time , not even a small crew! One of the painters gets winded climbing a ladder (14 foot ceilings) so how are they going to move furniture as promised with one person. When they sent a second painter the painters have big arguments in my home about Whos doing what and what comes next. At the end of the day they drop their tools all over the house and they leave our home in shambles overnight, including leaving tools and supplies on soft furniture. They are in all parts of the house at the same time instead of finishing something and moving on to the next room. Am I in the wrong zip code to expect decent service? Who does this to customers? In addition they dumped paint all over the front yard garden! In what world do people think that's ok?! Paint on the ground is visible right out in front where where guests can see it as they pull up to the front door! It's a huge patch of paint! The day they said they would do the mbr they didn't finish. Threw stuff on our bed, broke the blinds, left all the furniture in the middle of the room. Instead of finishing the mbr they left it half done and moved to the mbr where they again tore everything apart, did not finish, left all the lights and windows open (100+ today). So instead of being done in mbr. Two more rooms are torn apart, unfinished, and our property mistreated. Now 2 painters have 6 rooms unfinished.... It's a total shit show. Today I had to pee outside in the garden because both bathrooms are occupied with painters; I dare not disturb them or they will never be out of my house. Reply to this post from the owner is about looking good to the Yelp community. If he really wanted to help he would talk to his people and maybe pick up the phone to call us. Good Service is about doing things right the first time not about waiting for the customers to complain; service is proactive no reactive. COVID can perhaps justify the initial delay but is NOT an excuse for this quality of service! Update: went to use the water hose a week after they left but the faucet was wrapped up in duct tape..... take the tape off and water starts running all over..... they broke the faucet and didn't tell us! We used them once before and it was a good experience but this kind of service is unprofessional.... you get what you deserve if you call these people after this warning. read more

Paint Rite Pros just finished painting the exterior of our home and my wife and I couldn't be happier. The estimator came right out, gave us a quote right there on the spot and we had a project date set up within a couple of days thereafter. The entire job was completed, start to finish, in 2 days (we own a 2 story house). The crew did a first rate job, no mess and no overspray. The crew seemed to care, very much, about doing a good job and it shows. This is the first time I didn't paint my house on my own and these guys did it with such care, as if they actually lived here. Five stars for Brian and his crew! Brian came in to give us a quote, not only did he give us a quote he gave us recommendations on color and a border around the garage. We would have never thought of adding a border without his recommendation. He advised us on the best epoxy colors to use based on our exterior paint. He arrived with his crew on time and extremely professional during the process. They did the job correctly by cleaning and sealing the concrete before beginning. Brian even followed up after the job was done to make sure we were happy and satisfied. He is extremely personable and we just love how our garage turned out. Cody and his crew were on time, courteous, and did a great job. They painted all the ceilings, walls, and trim downstairs (vaulted ceiling/staircase room included). DO NOT HIRE PAINTRITE PROS. As of January 2024, and all I can say is the owner and his way of trying to run the company is a complete shit show. You will have painters arrive to your house, start the job and leave midday due to the owners decision on how to execute jobs for the week. If you try to contact the office, you will be calling 3-4 times with no answer, same with the owner and estimators. STAY AWAY as the company will be in shambles soon due to the owner not paying his employees. read more

I had an exterior paint job done on my 2-story house a few months ago. This company is not the cheapest bid, but if you want great customer service & quality work, PaintRite Pros is it! From the beginning, Bryan Perez, our estimator, was very professional & answered all my questions. Did his best to fit us into a very busy job schedule. The crew back at the office, Tia & Ruby, were great working with me. I had to re-schedule several times because we were getting other exterior work done on hour home before painting. Always nice & professional! The young man (which I can not remember his name) who came out to power-wash my house before painting was very well-mannered, hard-working, & professional. I later found out, he was the company owner's son. Wonderful, young man who did a very good job! Then, there was Elijah (crew leader). Great guy! He made sure the job went well. Ran into a few bumps in the job due to paint reacting badly to certain areas, but Elijah worked it out smoothly. All good! In the process of working out our few problems, Chris Gardener, the owner, made a personal visit to my house to see the problem. Great customer satisfaction there! This shows that the entire company cares for their customers. The care & concern comes from the very top! Wonderful guy! I must give a big thumbs up to Taylor & Sonny. Very hard workers doing very high quality work! They are very careful & detail-oriented! Thoughtful in their work too! very nice & professional! Highly recommend these two! Overall, I am very satisfied! I did mentioned to Chris that I will be calling them to do my kitchen cabinet painting & all the painting needed in a kitchen remodel in the future. Thumbs up to PaintRite Pros! read more

Chris has put together a solid crew. Their Appraiser, whose name escapes me and the card he gave me went to my neighbor who liked their work, was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. The site walk that came after I accepted their quote was thorough, as was the pressure washing to prepare my house for the big day! The Paint crew were friendly, timely, and detail oriented, which I greatly appreciated as my home is an older sort and nooks and crannies can get overlooked. Bottom line, I have recommended Chris and his crew to my neighbors and would absolutely contact them to paint my house again! Steve D Fair Oaks, CA read more

UPDATE: Still a hard no for me. After posting my review, I got a call from the office. The owner offered me an additional $300 discount to take down my review. I said no. This was my experience and I'm not taking it down. That $300 discount should have been offered because of all of the hassle and subpar work performed, which they knew about the entire time.
