Albert responded quickly and came out for a quote. His quote was in the middle of 5 quotes we received. I appreciated Albert's excellent communication and availability. His crew was able to start the work the next week. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves when the job was complete. read more

Incredibly pleased with the job APS did for us. It was a mix of indoor and outdoor painting; large living room with vaulted ceilings, doors, trim, etc. Gutters and fascia outside. Quote was very reasonable and they were on site quickly. Work was efficient and of high quality. Prep was on point - masked, plastic, drop cloths all done well. Painting was immaculate. Straight edges, very clean work. Here's what stood out: this crew went above and beyond. Little things that were out of scope but they took care of without being asked: caulk where needed, taping and filling of some minor cracks, etc. beyond the typical prep work for painters. Great value, great service, I'd hire them again in a heartbeat! read more

Albert and his team did a thorough painting job renovating my much-needed large wrap-around deck. He and his team very polite and paid much attention to detail. There were several steps needed to take the previous poorly applied peeling paint to a finished reliable product. 1. From the initial power-washing. 2. hand scraping / sanding of the rails and replacement of some of the 2"x2"s 3. complete primer application on the rails and also the replaced deck boards. 4. complete outdoor paint of the hand rails and the whole deck surface & trim. As a bonus they had a skilled wood-working fellow who helped installing a large 2"x8"x10' sister (from the deck construction re-work). read more

Albert & his team members did an amazing job painting the entire interior of my home. Albert was communicative throughout the project, treated me like a high priority client, and made the whole process very smooth. They patched all the holes in the walls, carefully covered everything to ensure no paint spilled, and left me a huge amount of extra paint for my next project. The pricing was very fair for the quality work and efficiency I received. Would recommend them to anyone in my network! read more

ASP Painting completed my cabinet and island painting today. I'm so happy with the end result. We got 3 quotes and they had the best price and were able to fit into my timeline. This company is the best around. We have used them several times. The owner Albert is very polite well-versed on painting. He gives recommendations which I found. Very helpful. His employees are awesome very respectful of property and of our time. This is not the cheapest company around for a reason. They are meticulous on everything they touch and do I highly recommend them for inside painting, and outside painting. They even pressure washed my sidewalks and driveway. Hire them!!! read more

I had a difficult time finding someone local to paint my vacation rental in Tahoe. The quotes I received were overpriced, and the job could not be started until 2024, one year forward. I looked on Yelp for a painting company with excellent ratings and came across APS Painting. I called, and Albert answered the phone. He provided an immediate quote, and guaranteed the job would be done within a month. I could not be more happy with the results. Albert and his team are the ultimate professionals, use quality products, and prep the house to perfection. The end result is exactly as I had envisioned with just the right vibrant colors and quality paint. I highly recommend this business! read more

Albert and his team came to the rescue when we were abandoned by a painter that took our pre-pay money and then shut his business down (long story - we're trying to get it back). Project was repainting all trim on the front of the house, but they literally left us with primer all over before leaving - nightmare. I explained how urgent it was to get the front trim of our house painted asap. Albert got us on the schedule quickly. They were here for a half day and sped through the project quickly, perfectly and professionally. He is the kindest guy and it's true - he makes SURE you're happy with the work you've paid for. Bonus - the cost was actually the best of several quotes, and we cannot be happier with how it turned out. Recommend him? You bet we do. read more

I am an out of state business owner with a national contract with a commercial client. My client needed a quick turnaround for removing logo branding, and patching and repainting a wall in a small office. I had to find a reliable, quality contractor from website reviews, and the excellent reviews led me to APS Painting. Albert not only delivered as promised, but he was able to get the work done a day ahead of schedule and he kept in touch throughout the process with photos and relevant questions. Albert and his crew made me look good to my client by delivering a completion photo two days before deadline! Thank you, Albert!! read more

Albert and his crew exceeded all expectations. They are true professionals and Albert especially treats your home like it's his own. On the final day of painting he went around the house to make sure every detail was done with the quality he expects from his team. He actually spent an hour and a half going the extra mile, like when he found an exterior pop-out with a sizable stucco gap hole, but too high for anyone to actually see, but where rain water could get in a cause real problems. He stucco'd the section up, waited for it to dry, and then painted it as good as new and definitely saved me some real issues down the road. A true professional and gentlemen. We could not recommend a better painting company. read more

Albert and his crew went above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the project. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

First class operation and a very fair price. They painted our house about 8 years ago, but was looking a bit faded and drab. Albert and his crew pressure washed the stucco and repainted the trimwork - voila! The house looks new again! We also had a bit of dry rot around one door frame - he fixed that, even searching high and low for the exact matching trim, it now looks great! Albert pays attention to detail and customer service. When we found a few minor things, he immediately addressed them. And when we payed him, he said, "If you find anything else that needs corrected, please call, I'm frequently in this area." What else could you ask for in a painter? read more

Albert is awesome!! He came out to paint our (unfinished) garage interior on short notice and even touched up areas on the outside that were missed when the home was finished. In addition, we decided to throw in an accent wall inside and he knocked that out the same day as well. We have already recommended him to others and will definitely use him again. read more

Yelp limits us to 5 stars but I'd give Albert/APS 1000 if they'd let me. I consider myself to be a timely person as it respects other people's time but Albert's punctuality is the standard by which all others should be measured by. If he says he'll start at 7:30a, you can assure that he will be at your door exactly at 7:30a. This kind of reliability is a tremendous plus for those of us just hoping for a decent business experience with people we've never worked with before. Aside from that, his team was professional, courteous and did an amazing job in set up, painting, clean up and follow up. Albert is not happy unless you're happy. I immediately followed up on his completion of our initial job by having him come back to paint another door and an accent wall which he scheduled immediately and completed the job with the same timeliness and professionalism as the first. If i EVER have another need for a professional painter, I won't consider anyone other than Albert and APS Painting! read more

OUTSTANDING painting team! I was blown away by the professionalism, efficiency, and quality of the work of APS Painting. We had our entire interior painted and they did a great job. Their prices were competitive and they were honest, helpful, and thorough. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Albert and his crew! Albert also did a few little extra things that were just thoughtful and kind as they painted, such as adjusting our front door so that it sealed better and retaping the dryer vent after they painted behind it. Definitely recommend Albert and APS Painting!! read more

APS painted our house 2 years ago. I've waited to see how things held up before writing a review, but now I feel confident in doing so. First of all, Albert's staff is great. They were on time each day, always cleaned up after themselves and were generally just great to talk with and work with. And, best of all, they did a terrific job on our home! We chose a much different color than was previously on the house, and it looked great (and still does) and helps our house to stand out proudly in the neighborhood. Many thanks to all at APS for a great job, and reasonably priced as well! read more

We're so happy to have found these painters! They went above and beyond, making sure every detail was perfect. Albert gave us expert advice on a paint color that we were about to put on our wall and thankfully we took his advice. This was after his painters painted our guest bathroom and laundry room, walls and cabinets. Albert came and went over the paint job with a fine tooth comb and had his painters correct anything he found not up to par. I will definitely be using him again read more

This is the second time I've used Albert for a painting job. Albert is simply the best painter I have ever worked with and I have over 30 years of experience as a Professional Realtor. The work was extremely well done with extra attention to parts of the property that had not been painted before. When he was painting the exterior boards installed by the roofer, Albert offered to paint the exterior completely and made an offer that was way too good to pass up. Wow!! I would not work with any other painter. Albert and his crew are simply the best! read more

I just purchased a house in Placerville and my realtor recommended Albert. He and his crew were awesome! He knew I had a tight schedule and went out of his way to accommodate me. They did a wonderful job - Albert does two walk-throughs to check if all work is acceptable before he considers the job finished. I had someone over and they were totally impressed with the job he did and asked for his card. I couldn't be pleased and will use Albert to come back after my remodeling is done, and any time in the future. He and his crew were very polite and I would recommend him to anyone!
