Mike was honest and professional and even offered to buff a scratch off my car door. They order the wrong parts and blame the mail. They don't snap bumper plastics into their sockets and they strip out tailgate posts because they're ignorant to adjusting tailgates. And when you call em on it, they start with the denial and blaming of the vehicle. Unbelievable they've been able to fool so many customers for so long! I'd seriously consider another look after they did anything. I found 3 loose bumper covers. That family has zero pride in their work. Stay away! I believe this was the worst business I have ever experienced. Bottom line; this is an over promise, under deliver situation to a level I have never experienced. I don't say this lightly, but Rich Sr. and Rich Jr. are simply put, LIARS. They are the type of liars who know they are lying, but do it anyway. Shameful really... My insurance company let me chose the auto body business for my repair. I was happy to be able to use a local independent family owned shop for my auto body work after I hit ice and smacked into a tree. The shop has a great family vibe. DON'T BE FOOLED LIKE I WAS!!! I was quoted 2 weeks for my repair to be completed. 3 and a half month later, I was still waiting for my vehicle. I get a week or two late... but 3 months? The most infuriating part was when I would call once a week to check on the repair, my car was, "getting dismantled right now" or "heading into the paint booth" or "we'll be done next week". I heard these type of lies 7 or 8 times. When I would drive by the shop it would be just sitting in their yard, in the same place for weeks and weeks. I don't understand why they chose to to lie instead of being honest. After 16 weeks I finally got the call to come pick up my vehicle. On top of the lying about timing, The headliner was bent, the grab handle was loose, and water poured in the door when I would go through a car wash. I went back to complain about the leak they discovered a part they "forgot" to install. How are they guys in business? After 16 weeks, they also showed themselves to do poor quality work. Oh, AND THE LOST MY LICENSE PLATES!!! Of course they said they never saw them... But again, they aren't really into telling the truth. Don't make the mistake I did. Professional, friendly, and a job well done. I was quoted 7-8 days for repair time and got my car back the morning of the 9th day. I know car repair time frames are an estimate and I was so happy to get my car back within a reasonable time of my original time frame. They always answered the phone and never left me wondering how the repair was going. There was an issue with my fog lamp when I got the car but I brought it back and they had fixed it within 30-40 minutes. Hopefully I will not need their services anytime soon but, if I ever need a repair again I will be returning. Great local business :) read more

Fantastic customer service...I went in today to get a aftermarket spoiler installed due to not being very good at do it your self installs...the folks at Solis met me at the agreed time and took a look at my vehicle. I waited roughly 13 minutes and soon enough I was called back to my vehicle. The install was done professionally.
