Kevin puts you at ease immediately upon arrival. When you're facing any body work it's one of those anxious moments wondering what the bottom line is going to be. Kevin assured me Holden bids on what needs to be completed - stressing add-ons to the estimate would only be if there is something unforeseen in the initial inspection. I compared my Holden estimate to another shop when comparing the other bid listed more items. It made the choice easy as it resulted in a quite a savings. My bill was to the penny. These are honest reliable people. I told Raylee this morning she was a true asset to Holden. Her initial greeting was very warm and welcoming. This morning I had the opportunity to be a fly on the wall - waiting in the office for my ride. I listened to her with other employees and customers, she was joyful and responded to each person's need They treat customers well. I'm embarrassed to say my car was filthy. As I left I felt as if I was driving off the Honda lot with a new car. Thanks to the service associates who were responsible for this wonderful feeling. I'd give it a 10 star if I could read more

From start to finish we had a lovely experience at Holden. Kevin helped us work with insurance and explained the process to me as someone who wasn't familiar with insurance claims and how it all worked, and I appreciated that greatly. Raylee at the front desk was wonderful and super helpful anytime I had issues or was following up on things. They were prompt and the work is done very well, you can't even tell I once had a mangled front bumper . A 2 week time estimate actually only took one and I was able to return my rental car in the same lot. I had front end damage because of a deer, and a lot of little broken bits and bobs and they were very thorough and I am very pleased with how the whole process went start to finish! read more

Very impressed with this shop. I recently had my mirror replaced on my Highlander. They definitely go the extra mile, car came back sparkly and clean. Great communication and got it done quickly. read more

I've now had two vehicles repaired and detailed by Holden Collision Center, and I can confidently say I wouldn't go anywhere else. Both cars came back looking incredible--one of them is nearly 10 years old, and after their work, it honestly looks almost new again. Their attention to detail is outstanding, and it really shows in the final result. Kevin was excellent to work with from start to finish. He communicated clearly, was upfront about everything, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the level of quality and care they put into their work. During my most recent experience, Kevin went above and beyond. He knew I didn't have rental car coverage, so he expedited the entire process--he even ordered extra parts overnight to keep things moving. Because of that, I only needed a rental for two days, and they completed the job in just a day and a half. Oh, and I forgot to mention the enterprise is right next-door so you don't have to go far for a rental. Overall, they are incredibly easy to work with, highly professional, and deliver exceptional results. I've been absolutely pleased with both of my cars' transformations and would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

If I could rate higher than 5 Stars, I would. It's very rare to feel the genuineness of quality work but also care from the workers. I had my vehicle serviced here by Subaru Shingle Springs recommendation and they all went above and beyond. They made sure that everything was inspected meticulously and that even if something was missed on the first check, it was immediately communicated to me and rectified. I especially want to highlight Kevin (deserves a raise). He was in constant communication with me and answered my questions very quickly during and even after service. He's extremely knowledgeable & friendly so I can't thank him enough for all the assistance he gave me. He'd work with my crazy work schedule, answer a text even after hours when I said no urgency on replying, and always made me feel like he actually cared about the health of my vehicle after service. I've lived and worked all over the country and it's rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work. read more

What terrific people these are! I called to see if I could come in and have someone take a quick look at my rearview mirror that had been slightly damaged. The gal at the office encouraged me to come over at my convenience. I drove right over from Latrobe and Kevin looked at my mirror, was able to snap the cover back on it right then and said there would be no charge! That never happens! I had not been to their shop before but, I guarantee you, if I ever need any body work done to my car, I will go right over there! Like I said.. terrific people! read more

I had an excellent experience with Holden Collision. Goats jumped on the hood of my car, leaving numerous scratches. Holden repainted the entire front end and did a beautiful job. The prices may be a little high, but remember that they use the best paint available, which is costly. They take the parts off to paint rather than paint in place, which could result in a lesser job. This isn't Earl Scheib, it is a high quality paint shop. I cannot comment on collision repair. read more

I brought my car in for an insurance claim and these guys sent me updates frequently. I felt they really were trying to get me the best deal I could get! They went above to get everything right. read more

My poor Subaru was smashed in by a piece of metal debris on the highway, and I took him in to Holden Collision that very same day. In less than two weeks, you would think that this car had just rolled off the lot!! Thank you to everyone at Holden, especially my point of contact Kevin, for updating me consistently on how things are going and when to expect my baby to make its full recovery. I've put a lot of pride and enjoy into this car, taking on multiple jobs to be able to afford it, and I love how well it was treated in the trusting hands of Holden Collision. And to top everything off, they refilled my tire pressure and cleaned the interior, literally making this a brand spankin' new car! Shout out to Shingle Springs Subaru for suggesting this awesome place! I'd never go anywhere else after this 100/10 experience. read more

Above & Beyond I just had them do a simple job of painting a back cover for my rear view mirror. I was hoping it could be done before my trip in three days, and they said they would try but could not promise. I received a call that the part was ready the day before we planned to leave. I picked it up, and Clint offered to help me put the cover together. I was trying to keep my cost down by putting it together myself, and he acknowledged that, but he wanted to be sure everything was right. As it turns out, there was a broken part that I had tried to super glue, but it hadn't held. Clint had a hack to fix it, and my mirror was as good as new in no time. I was very grateful and felt I'd received excellent service from the time I received a quote (thank you, Kevin), to the time of pickup. They went above and beyond. read more

This place is awesome!!! I would give them a 100 stars if I could. Kevin and the owner Clint were so great. I took my daughter's car to them which is a special edition and unique color to have the bumper fixed and I cannot rave enough about their professionalism and care they took to make sure it was right. The car looks amazing! They definitely went the extra mile to make sure it was right. I would highly recommend taking your car here if you need any repairs. Their quality is top notch. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Kevin and Clint!!! read more

I was referred to Holden years ago by the Subaru dealership across the highway from them. So I took a chance and had my car sent there after a poor deer rearranged my front end. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, accommodating, you name it. They do incredible work, and get things done in a timely manor. If it takes longer, they communicate that with you. Kevin is great! He's easy to get along with, he's extremely detail oriented and he cares for his customers and you can really see the passion for no his eyes for his job. Over the years, I've taken my cars to Holden because know things will be done right and if there is any hint of a issue, they take care of it promptly. I'm very very picky about who touches my cars, but I know if push comes to shove and I have to take it in for collision repairs, or to have a scratch removed, my car is in good hands there. So far, everyone who I've recommended to them, has had a awesome experience with them. My brother who is skeptical about body shops and stuff and will only go where he personally knows the people was amazed on the quality of their work. They do more than replace a panel or 2, they are true auto body guys. Thank you Kevin and the guys and gals at Holden! You guys ROCK! read more

Stopped by to see if they could remove some paint from my car door. They were so friendly and helpful. Took five minutes and they fixed for no charge. They are terrific!! read more

I am very impressed with the service and delivery provided by Kevin, Riley and others at Holden Collision. My car was rear-ended and the bumper required replacement. The other driver's insurance ("Pronto") gave me an online estimate and check for around $750. I considered not having it repaired (2015 Subaru) as I thought it was cosmetic only and it already had a few scratches. However, I took it to the dealer and they persuaded me to take it to Holden as there may have been internal damage. So glad I did! Kevin kept me in the loop from the beginning and it became apparent that much more was needed to repair the damage. Holden worked with Pronto and today I picked up my car. The work is perfect and they even washed and vacuumed the inside of my car! Highly recommend! read more

Holden Collision is an excellent auto body and restoration service provider! They were able to fix paint damage that others couldn't, and they helped me quickly, too! They even fixed my scratched paint at no charge! Everyone I encountered at Holden was so friendly and helpful, and they did an amazing job. My car looks like the damage never happened! I recommend Holden Collision very highly! read more

My 2004 black Silverado was getting sun damage on the roof and hood. I took it to Holden to see what they could do to fix it as all the other shops like Service King, wouldn't touch without me spending big dollars. Kevin and Clint looked it over and we agreed on a bid. Needless to say, they crushed it. My truck looks like it's brand new!! They took the time to do it right and then put in some extra work, 'shoeshining' the whole truck to take out all of the little surface scratches. I would definately take any vehicle I needed painting/restoration on, to them for service. I highly recommend the business and the people. Mike read more

Wow - the pain of car repair stings enough as is to see you vehicle banged up. Add to that the craziness of insurance companies, so you hope and pray the repair is the one thing that goes right and that it's easy. Well, Holden did just that for me! Exceptional service from start to finish. Communication was outstanding, professionalism and friendliness was superb, and the process from start to finish was great. I never felt lost or misguided. Kevin. Is. Amazing. It's almost like I was glad I was hit cause this whole experience with Holden was so refreshing and incredible, it was the highlight of my week. Thank you so much Terry and Crue. You guys want way beyond expectations on my Camaro. I couldn't be happier.

I have a 1971 CJ5 that i wanted the exterior painted with bed liner. I called several local paint and body shops and they all said - we do not do that. Then I called Clint at Holden and he said we can do that. Kevin set everything up and Jay did a great job applying the product. Thank you very much Holden!!! When the others said no, you said let's go! read more

My mom was in an accident, Friday the 13th of all days. Luckily she wasn't hurt, shook up a bit. A driver ran the red light. Although she tried to stop in time, it was too late. Her very beautiful 2017 Subaru Legacy, that she keeps pristine, looked as though it had been punched in the nose. Shingle Springs, where she got the car, referred us to Holden Sheet Metal and Collision. Terry greeted us with respect and professionalism. and made the entire process painless. Terry is one of those rare business owners with a strong work ethic, honest, kind and very knowledgeable . He meticulously went over every detail in the process and what we could expect. Terry assured us, not to worry...he'd take care getting my mom's car back to all factory specs. Our State Farm agent and claims division were on top of it all, making the claims part streamlined. When we picked up the car, my mom and I both said WOW!. The car looked new again. Again, Terry meticulously went over all the work that had been completed. Gave us a guarantee for the life of the car. If you're looking for that 'special white glove' treatment, honestly, and impeccable quality work, this is the shop. Thank you Terry and staff for your outstanding work and treating me and my mom special. read more

This is a top notch organization. Terry Holden is honest and sincere. He is very easy to work with. Completely trustworthy. I made an appointment for repairs (two weeks out). Thank you Holden for the excellent customer service and work on my 2005 GMC Yukon. My truck hood finally oxidized to the point no amount of waxing or polishing would fix the problem. To make it worse my truck is black and shows everything. The restoration work was amazing, I now have a deep gloss black hood. I recommend this local company because Terry and his team believe in taking care of their community and customers. My restoration was reasonable and was updated the entire time. With out a doubt. A very professional organization. I was walked around the facility and shown cars currently being worked on. This garage was filled with Porsches. Porsche people are a picky bunch. They go with the best. Convinced, I had them repair a front bumper needing repair an color match paint. Yes, on a Porsche. From initial contact, delivery to pick up the service was 5 star. Never be afraid of a high quote. Lower quotes usually delivers lower standards. read more

My Crosstrek met up with a deer and I needed the entire side repaired. I reached out to my dealership and they recommended Holden. I initially thought, ok, great, this is where I will go, Holden must be good if my dealership uses them. Well, not only did Holden meet my expectations but they exceeded them in every way. The communication, professionalism along with a pristine repair job were amazing. I cannot say enough about this team. Once again, John and crew did an amazing job on my car. John is our "go-to" guy for everything from bumper damage to my Camry when it was rear ended to a beautiful restoration job on my husband's 49 Chevy. From the moment I was greeted by John Holden as he was preparing for their grand opening the following weekend, I felt how much he cares about what he does. I was referred by Subaru to have a minor repair done to my new car, however, John did not make me feel like it wasn't as important as a bigger job. Once scheduled, I was shocked when Terry offered to drive me to and pick me up from work while my car was being worked on. Who does this anymore? But it wasn't even that, it was the passion and caring that I felt throughout the process. This is a GREAT body shop and one that our community is lucky to have. While I hope not to have body repair work needed in the near future, if I did, without a doubt I would bring my car back here...no hesitation. Thank you! read more

This is the second experience I have had with Holden Sheet Metal Restoration. Terry cares very much about the quality of his work and his customer's experience. I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional care I had both times with them. Thank you! read more

I cant believe this is the first review this shop has. I can not say enough good things about them. John the owner and Terry the manager treat me like I am their only customer when they dealt with me. I have had at least 5 repairs done by them. My Camaro show car and recently my new Lexus were the latest. I am totally OCD about my cars. This is the only shop I have ever dealt with that repaired my cars so well I couldn't tell they were worked on. My insurance company didn't like them much since they wouldn't cut corners or use second rate aftermarket parts. I on the other hand couldn't be happier. It doesn't matter whether it's classic car restoration or insurance work, they do both excellent. read more
