He knew I didn't have rental car coverage, so he expedited the entire process--he even ordered extra parts overnight to keep things moving. From start to finish we had a lovely experience at Holden. Kevin helped us work with insurance and explained the process to me as someone who wasn't familiar with insurance claims and how it all worked, and I appreciated that greatly. Raylee at the front desk was wonderful and super helpful anytime I had issues or was following up on things. What terrific people these are! I called to see if I could come in and have someone take a quick look at my rearview mirror that had been slightly damaged. The gal at the office encouraged me to come over at my convenience. I had an excellent experience with Holden Collision. Goats jumped on the hood of my car, leaving numerous scratches. Holden repainted the entire front end and did a beautiful job. The prices may be a little high, but remember that they use the best paint available, which is costly. They take the parts off to paint rather than paint in place, which could result in a lesser job. Above & Beyond I just had them do a simple job of painting a back cover for my rear view mirror. I was hoping it could be done before my trip in three days, and they said they would try but could not promise. I received a call that the part was ready the day before we planned to leave. I picked it up, and Clint offered to help me put the cover together. I was trying to keep my cost down by putting it together myself, and he acknowledged that, but he wanted to be sure everything was right. As it turns out, there was a broken part that I had tried to super glue, but it hadn't held. Clint had a hack to fix it, and my mirror was as good as new in no time. I was referred to Holden years ago by the Subaru dealership across the highway from them. So I took a chance and had my car sent there after a poor deer rearranged my front end. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, accommodating, you name it. They do incredible work, and get things done in a timely manor. If it takes longer, they communicate that with you. Kevin is great! He's easy to get along with, he's extremely detail oriented and he cares for his customers and you can really see the passion for no his eyes for his job. Over the years, I've taken my cars to Holden because know things will be done right and if there is any hint of a issue, they take care of it promptly. I'm very very picky about who touches my cars, but I know if push comes to shove and I have to take it in for collision repairs, or to have a scratch removed, my car is in good hands there. I am very impressed with the service and delivery provided by Kevin, Riley and others at Holden Collision. My car was rear-ended and the bumper required replacement. The other driver's insurance ("Pronto") gave me an online estimate and check for around $750. I considered not having it repaired (2015 Subaru) as I thought it was cosmetic only and it already had a few scratches. However, I took it to the dealer and they persuaded me to take it to Holden as there may have been internal damage. So glad I did! Kevin kept me in the loop from the beginning and it became apparent that much more was needed to repair the damage. Holden worked with Pronto and today I picked up my car. I cant believe this is the first review this shop has. I can not say enough good things about them. John the owner and Terry the manager treat me like I am their only customer when they dealt with me. I have had at least 5 repairs done by them. My Camaro show car and recently my new Lexus were the latest. I am totally OCD about my cars. This is the only shop I have ever dealt with that repaired my cars so well I couldn't tell they were worked on. My insurance company didn't like them much since they wouldn't cut corners or use second rate aftermarket parts. I on the other hand couldn't be happier.
