THESE folks provided that, smoothly and with such professionalism. Weirdly, my newer Camry just decided to have the exact same issue. The best thing, though, is I've called them twice since then for other repair jobs which turned out to be something they don't handle themselves, when it's not accompainied with body damage. For example, I needed my car painted after it was damaged from having an advertising wrap removed. They sent me to a place in Rancho Cordova (Maaco) that they use. Maaco did an awesome job and I've already given them a review as well. Today I called Kniesel's again because I need my driver's side window replaced. They gave me the name of the sister company they use for window repair (Nex Automotive). I called Nex, and they were super nice, and I'm looking forward to them fixing my window next week. But how cool is it that you can call Kniesel's, and if they can't do the work, they will find someone for you that will? I'm so impressed with Kniesel's. I highly recommend them.

Caliber Collision has definitely earned my five-star Yelp review. Not often are one's experiences…read moreall positive from start to finish. I have so many great things to say about this company. If being rear-ended in the pouring rain at night was not traumatic enough, the thought of now having to take my car for repair just added to my upset. I was not looking forward to turning over my keys to unknown people for who knows how long. Those feelings turned into total confidence after meeting Igor Z., my Caliber Collision, Specialist Advisor. Calm, cool, and collected as the saying goes. He totally streamlined the entire process at every turn to where I had not a worry in the world. He exceeded all my expectations, including explaining in detail all phases of the repair, communicating via text as each step was completed, and patiently answering any and all of my questions. And, best of all, having my car ready a day earlier than the original estimated time frame! A true professional you are, Igor! My review would not be complete without a shout-out to Kelly, who was the first face I saw at Caliber. Her friendly smile and helpful demeanor were surely appreciated. She was organized and efficient. An asset to this company for sure, providing an excellent first impression. This is a first-rate vehicle repair company. I would return in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this business and can personally attest to their customer service commitment. If you want to receive 100% satisfaction and customer service, bring your vehicle to Caliber Collision on Rossmore Lane in El Dorado Hills. My car looks beautiful! Thank you, Igor and Kelly!

This wouldn't have been the case if I just accepted shit service. Two weeks after I dropped my car off I was notified that the job was complete. Upon driving off, I heard an avalanche of glass fall from behind my rear sit. I also was unable to see through the rear view window as it wasn't sealed properly. I had to turn around and drop my car off and ended up getting a 2021 Tahoe which proved to be a gas drinking monster. Two weeks later my car was finally ready and I picked it up. I was told that 7:15 would be fine. Unfortunately, I received a call at 7:18 a.m. informing me that my appointment had been canceled. While I understand I was a few minutes past the agreed-upon time, canceling after only three minutes seems excessive, especially after I had communicated the situation in advance and was assured that 7:15 was acceptable. I scheduled the windshield replacement before my daughter's driving test so she could have a safe vehicle for the test, so this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
