Kevin assured me Holden bids on what needs to be completed - stressing add-ons to the estimate would only be if there is something unforeseen in the initial inspection. I compared my Holden estimate to another shop when comparing the other bid listed more items. It made the choice easy as it resulted in a quite a savings. My bill was to the penny. These are honest reliable people. I told Raylee this morning she was a true asset to Holden. Her initial greeting was very warm and welcoming. This morning I had the opportunity to be a fly on the wall - waiting in the office for my ride. I listened to her with other employees and customers, she was joyful and responded to each person's need They treat customers well. I'm embarrassed to say my car was filthy. As I left I felt as if I was driving off the Honda lot with a new car. Thanks to the service associates who were responsible for this wonderful feeling. I'd give it a 10 star if I could

The best thing, though, is I've called them twice since then for other repair jobs which turned out to be something they don't handle themselves, when it's not accompainied with body damage. For example, I needed my car painted after it was damaged from having an advertising wrap removed. They sent me to a place in Rancho Cordova (Maaco) that they use. Maaco did an awesome job and I've already given them a review as well. Today I called Kniesel's again because I need my driver's side window replaced. They gave me the name of the sister company they use for window repair (Nex Automotive). I called Nex, and they were super nice, and I'm looking forward to them fixing my window next week. But how cool is it that you can call Kniesel's, and if they can't do the work, they will find someone for you that will? I'm so impressed with Kniesel's. I highly recommend them.
