The kicker on my dealings with them is that the paint they used on my car began to peel. I sent photos asking what they could do about it. They denied painting these areas even though when I was discussing the work to be done before I let them work on my car, Rick Salerno, Sal, said they have to paint the entire car so parts match each other. So they billed me for an entire paint job, then once it was peeling they denied ever doing it. Shoddy work. Over charged. Not on schedule. Faulty defective repair work. DO NOT COME HERE

I have had worse damage repaired in less time. (I.e frame damage). There seem to be an issue with getting parts due to the being back ordered and also the age of my vehicle. Another repair center I took it to before them was well aware of that fact and said they would order parts before I brought it in.. since Toyota collision center took my truck right away. I assumed everything was ready to go, but that was not the case. We were waiting for parts up until the very last day.. as a result, I ran out of my 30 day rental car limit and was without a car for a week. Additionally, when I went to pick it up, it had no gas in it. It was 4 miles until empty which thankfully there was a gas station one and a half miles away.. that was not where it was when I brought the truck in and of course we all have the pictures to prove that. Apparently they had to drive it to Placerville to re-spray the bedliner. But it didn't occur to anybody that for the $11,000 that was being spent there they could throw $20 in my truck worth of gas for driving it to Placerville so that I didn't have 4 miles before I ran out of gas and could be stranded on the road. The lack of customer service and that action loan I would never go back there..

It doesn't look like much and may be off putting but don't let it deter you. I dropped off my 2015 Highlander in the morning and picked it up nine hours later and it looked brand new! The car had never been detailed before. I park it outside my house and just hose it off when it gets dirty. I had just returned from camping and had 30 miles of dirt road all over and in the car. There was also 11 years worth of hard water spots on my car. The side windows were so spotted that they were opaque and distorted my view. I had talked to other detailers and they all told me they couldn't get those out. Chris did! He did a magnificent job inside and out. You could eat a meal off the engine. All the seats, which were heavily stained, came out perfect. I highly recommend Chris.
