We were fortunate to have Tony assigned to our repair work. He kept us well informed while navigating through insurance and collision shop procedures. He educated us with patience and honesty all along the way. He is an excellent service advisor. He took the load off of us. - Thank you, Tony. ~ Jim and Lisa read more

I came here because of the incredible Google review rating, and no complaints. I also chose them because I had a positive experience at their Rancho location. Greg was the one who helped me, dude was professional, nice, and transparent... even though the other guy's insurance company was footing the bill. Cost was very reasonable (I was hoping it might be enough to total my vehicle, but no dice lol), work was fast, and car looks new. They even cleaned out the inside... so my car was not only repaired, but returned cleaner (not detail quality, but better than I would have done myself). If I had to pay for my own repairs, I will be back. read more

Brought my truck in for some minor body work and the folks at Caliber Collision were so helpful. The insurance company I was working with forgot to make a reservation for a car rental and caliber took care of it for me. They finished the work several days early so that was another nice bonus. I also looked over the cost sheet for parts and labor and was surprised how low the figures were. Great place and wonderful people. read more

This was a great experience, especially under the circumstances of needing a repair. Each staff member with whom I interacted was kind and friendly. Tony's communication was phenomenal and he was very professional. I was thrilled with the timely manner in which my car was fixed, and what a great job they did. It looks like it was even vacuumed! I felt very comfortable with this team taking care of my car and would trust them again and definitely recommend them. Thanks, Caliber! read more

The team provided great service. My car looked just the way it was when I purchased it.

Caliber Collision in Folsom was amazing. Such an easy going smooth process. Everyone was so kind and professional. They made a stressful situation into a pleasurable experience. The receptionist was so sweet and and Martin Howard was absolutely wonderful. He was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond making sure I was happy with the results. Martin made sure to call me with update. It was so nice that I didn't have to be the one to check in. My Corella looks great and they cleaned the outside and inside so well. Truly, best customer service I've had. Martin and the receptionist needs a nice raise! read more

The shop in Orangevale, Ca was wonderful! many body shops told me there was no way to repair my 19 year old Nissan without charging me an arm and a leg to repair it! Caliber Collision service was great and they repaired my car like it was new! They were very helpful and nice and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! Dorothy read more

( I will leave another review after I get my car back & ill post a before/after picture as well) But for now, I'm about to drop my car off there on Monday for a few weeks, and I was extremely nervous, but all these reviews and that before/after photo I see, im so excited! I hate being so embarrassed being in my car every time I go anywhere... All because some asshole decided to hit me when I was literally PARKED in a parking lot not moving, in fact, I was sitting in the car w/o my seatbelt on because I wasn't leaving yet, and he backed into me & kept gassing it for a good amount of seconds before he realized im assuming unless he just didnt care who knows. But anyways, im excited to see what you guys do & im glad that you're the one to help me in this stressful time, Tony! read more

In a residential area of Folsom, parked right outside my home, someone seemingly backed into my fender and damaged it bad (though not bad enough to the point it wasn't drivable). I went to Caliber Collision due to previously working with them in the past and also the reviews I read about this particular site. Dan, the GM, was the main person who helped me and he was respectful and kind throughout the whole process. Sometimes in this industry you can find folks who may give you attitude based on unknown factors (being "younger" and not appearing to be "from around here" sometimes occurs). However, that wasn't the case with Dan and his team. Dan was so professional and his team was respectful every step of the way. He also gave me insight on the insurance business and helped to take care of me when Liberty Mutual didn't appear to want to work with me on this case which was no fault of my own (as insurance companies tend to do-you can pay on time for ten straight years without ever needing anything from then only for them to say your rates "may" go up even though it wasn't your fault). Dan was able to get me a price that was lower than the going rate for a fender incident and the car looks brand new. An added bonus was they cleaned it inside which I did not expect. It was also completed within a day and a half and Dan aimed to get the work done that soon to save me on my rental. Overall, I would certainly work with them again (though hoping that doesn't happen any time soon!!!). read more

Caliber accommodated my schedule to repair my car during my Spring Break. Tony was professional, pleasant & communicative. When he learned I was going out of town Friday, he and his team ramped up their efforts to have my car finished a day early. My car looked great & it was clean. I highly recommend Folsom Caliber at the Auto Plaza. read more

I had one of the BEST experiences with Caliber Collision-Folsom Lake, Auto Plaza, Folsom. My car ran over a 4x4 on the 50 corridor headed to work early one morning. The damage was devastating to me because there was a 4x4 left on the freeway and a few of us had no other choice but to run over it as it was dark at the time. My husband took the car to Caliber Collision and he met one of the employees named Tony McFarren-Service Advisor who looked at the car and wrote up an estimate and we decided to choose Caliber Collision as they had repaired one other care for us. Not only were the wonderful ladies in the Front Office helpful and professional in their Customer Service job, but Mr. Tony McFarren was outstanding and listened to me and my husband with a deep true concern. I was not happy about my car and running over a 4x4 left in the road as a lot of work was being done at the time of the accident, but I was not in a good mood. I think I was a little short with Mr. McFarran and I apologize for my attitude towards Tony McFarran because he didn't deserve a lady with an attitude! When the car was done (it did take sometime because my car is not new! and Tony had to find parts to put the car back together) I went with my husband to pick it up. It was hard for me to look at it, it brought tears to my eyes. You see, my daughter gave me the Toyota Avalon and it means so much to me. I could never afford to purchase such a beautiful car like this, we drive an 2002 Mitsubishi. My daughter's gift to me is Dearing, as recently my Grandson passed away at the age of 24, he loved the care as well and with the memories I have of him and the car and my daughter with out a son just messes with you. I actually broke down in the office and told Tony how much I appreciated his effort in finding parts, taking time to keep in contact with my husband and making sure I get this car back, goes without saying how much of a great man Mr. McFarran is. He's kind, listened to my husband and then me! and went the extra mile for us is absolutely amazing ... Not everybody cares as much as Tony McFarran did and does. We are now taking one other car to Caliber Collision-Folsom Lake to Mr. McFarran and having it fixed. I believe if you deserve a compliment, you should give it to someone who deeply deserves it. The staff at Caliber Collision-Folsom Lake is outstanding, the Employee of the Month should go to Tony McFarran for professionalism, being courtesy and above professionalism. I am and will recommend Caliber Collision to who ever needs their vehicle repaired. Outstanding Job! Thank you from my heart. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Bradshaw Folsom Residence. read more

Good company. Good work. Short time. reasonable prices. requested dent repair service after my car was hit from behind. I'm glad

Try to find another place if you can. They would send me status updates daily, but their really weren't any updates. It literally said the status was still working on the vehicle basically each day. Instead of letting me know exactly what was being done. Then it states on the update that it would be done sooner than they said, so I was thrilled. But it turned out no one updated it, and they needed another day. They were never going to call me and let me know. I called them, and they sounded upset. How dare I ask questions about my vehicle. The woman Maria said she would call me when painting started. I never did get that call. Every time I called a secretary, I would ask me questions kind of how robots do before you're actually connected to someone. She never knew any of the answers to my questions. I'm not sure what the point of her was. She would say, "Let me get Maria." And then Maria would get on the phone and not have a clue who I was or my questions. So again, what was the point of that secretary. Then, on their status updates, it kept saying I owed $500, but they never included the insurance amount as well. I swear it's the most unorganized company. Then, at one point, Maria went to go get info from some guy who had to go look at the car???? Why isn't all the info in the system? Why do you have to take 15 mins to stare at my car to answer my questions. Then he gets on the phone??? Did I ask to get transferred to several people??? Who once again didn't know who I was or my questions. I repeated myself several hundred times. These people were complete morons. They just can't run a business. Many people told me not to go there, but that was on me because I didn't listen. But now I know. Oh, and they kept referring to the navigation as the radio? My radio worked just find. It was the navigation, idiots! read more

Zero stars but had to select a star to create review. I had some white paint marks on my fender. I assume a white car scraped it in a parking lot. Maria at the Auto Plaza drive, Folsom location quoted me an insane $3,148 to remove fender, repair and paint. I asked if they can just remove the transferred paint marks. She said no. I then went to TK Automotive and they wiped off the paint with a rag with acetone in less than 3 mins. No charge! Good as new. All it was was paint transfer. Don't know how this woman sleeps at night after trying to rip off clients with unnecessary repaired. read more

My car was hit by a young kid and I took it to Caliber Collision. Greg Dias was the one who did my appraisal. He was very professional, thorough and communicated quickly on my estimate. First class work and customer service! Caliber and Marty Howard did a great job fixing my car, keeping me updated and working with the insurance company. I was at the end of my rope dealing with the other driver's insurance company when I brought my car in to get the front end repaired. Marty took over and got it done on budget and early. He and the technician even took care of a fender dent- at no charge- that the insurance company wouldn't pay for. I highly recommend Caliber on Auto Plaza Drive if you need body work done. They're the best I've dealt with. read more

Our 16 year old daughter got in a car accident a few days before her winter break. We knew the damage would take a while to get sorted out given the fact that parts will need to be ordered and the holidays were just a few days away. Dan and the entire Caliber team gave us an early Christmas present by having the car in and out of the shop in less than a week! ( It would have taken several weeks given the damage and the holidays if we took it elsewhere). The service we received was exceptional. The quote provided was very clear (and reasonable) and they made sure we were informed of the progress from start to finish. We highly recommend Caliber Collision Folsom to anyone that maybe needing car repair services! They are amazing to work with! read more

My car had bumper damage in two areas. I brought my car to Caliber where Martin Howard estimated the cost to repair the damage and also gave me several options to consider. It is not often that I have found a person that is knowledgable but also principled and honest in their appraisal of the situation. I am grateful to him for his excellent service and integrity. Because of him, if I or my family have need of car repair services, we will go to Caliber Collison. Thank you Martin! read more

Amazing! Professional, fair, exceptional service. Naomi went above and beyond can't thank her enough! Everyone was great to work with.

Had very unfortunate luck and had to visit Caliber Collision twice within the year and both times was impressed by their outstanding customer service. They also left my car looking brand spanking new on the inside and outside! During my time dealing with them I was mainly in contact with Dan, Marty, and their front desk clerk, Becka all of whom were excellent and were able to relay messages on news regarding my car. The Caliber shop on Auto Plaza Drive in Folsom is a really good body shop. I have had the misfortune of having to use them twice, and they have done an admirable job both times. The work that was done at this particular shop was really nicely done. The paint we have is a difficult color to match, but they got close enough that it was extremely hard to see the difference (I am picky and can easily spot the difference in coloration). The bodywork was well done the first time with no obvious over-spray where paint was involved. They kept me informed of all my repairs and the progress and they made me feel like my business was important to them. Highly recommended! read more

Our Tahoe was sideswiped by a City of Folsom garbage truck a few weeks ago. I took the truck into Caliber for repairs, as this was a certified shop with State Farm. I must say that the experience from start to finish was highly efficient. Our service representative was Greg, who did an outstanding job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. He even checked in with me a few days after to see how the truck was doing. Hopefully I wont need their services again, but if I do, I will have the peace of mind knowing that it will be in great hands. read more

My nearly new car had a hood dent from a stray rock flying up from the road. I brought it to Caliber Collision on Auto Plaza in Folsom, which was the auto body shop recommended by my insurance company. Because I had used their services for body work on two previous cars, I was delighted to be reunited with their staff. From the reception I received to the work that was done, I found the experience professional, efficient, and a good value. I highly recommend Marty, Dan, and John. as an added bonus, their regional manager Johnnie checked on the job to ensure quality and even stopped by when I picked the car up. "Marty" at Caliber was the most considerate, polite, dedicated, and encouraging professional I have ever met in the car repair business. All the staff there are so personable. We recently hit a yellow pole, and it damaged both the front fender and front bumper. Initially, Brooke was the first one to help us, but Kelly was the one who took care of the majority of the work (both were great). We got the car back in one week, and not only did they complete amazing body work (looks like nothing happened in the first place), but they worked with us and kept us informed the whole way through. Moral of the story - if you want your vehicle repaired correctly and professionally, look no further. We came here because they were local, but will come back (if need be) because of how they conduct business. 5 star without question. read more
