I understand delays around the holidays, but most of the hold-up was due to the shop ordering the wrong parts multiple times. When I expressed frustration, I was told "it happens in the parts world," which didn't really address the impact on me as the customer. The repair work itself looks decent, but the timeline estimates were far off and there didn't seem to be much consideration for my time. They also do not provide loaner cars, so you're left paying out of pocket without any reliable idea of how long you'll need one.
