Before I heard of this business, I reached out through yelp to a couple dent correction businesses. A couple of them came out they gave me quotes that were outrageous. I feel like my home address had something to do with that but, regardless, I'm so happy I found this business. This fabulously operated professional shop just removed my dent on the hood of my 2024 Toyota 4 runner. A piece of something flying out of the back of a truck on Hwy 99 put a 3 inch deep dent in the front of my hood, drivers side. While the tech was looking at my job, he mentioned he could remove most of the dent but not remove it at the point of impact. Well, my eyes and everyone I have showed it to says he removed it all. Can't see I ever had anything hit my car. The price was more than fair in my opinion! I thought I would live with seeing that dent for ever. Not so! Also had them re-finish some curb-rashed wheels and while the finish isn't exactly perfect because the machined metal look is hard to recreate with paint, they got it as close as possible, and again with a very reasonable price. read more

I 'christened' our 2 year old RAV 4 when my daughter parked her car too close to the center of the driveway; and I backed into it. Was sick about it; but saw the rave reviews for the Dent Shoppe and decided to take a chance. Sandra , his personable right hand person, sent me an estimate based on the photo sent them. She wasn't completely sure of the size and depth of the dent from the picture, and after I drove over to the shop for a closer examination, Gabe confirmed the size was larger than originally estimated, and that he may only be able to straighten 90% of dented area near the panel edges. Gabe's estimate was about 35% higher than the original-which I thought was reasonable. Gabe promised to do his best, and I put my trust in his word. I dropped off the car Tuesday afternoon and Gabe called me 3:00 PM the next day that the job was finished. I was happily surprised to see the finished job- Gabe did a fantastic effort- every seam, original crease and shape matched perfectly, and if I didn't know where the damage was, I wouldn't be able to find it! I have been here twice; first time to repair some small scratches on the trucks' side, and second time to have a couple of dents on my truck's driver side door repaired. Sandra was very accommodating and also kind enough to recommend a mobile bumper paint repair service for another issue. First time I was there, my son had a blast playing the retro pinball machine while waiting for the touch ups to finish. Second time, I got invited to partake in Dent Shoppe's 20th anniversary lunch! I highly recommend going to this business. Took my car in and was quoted a reasonable price, but it unfortunately ended up being too big of a dent to fix cosmetically through their business. They still took out the dent and were honest about what the car needed to get done in order to be fixed 100%. They did not charge me since it was not able to be entirely fixed. I called them on January 1st and they actually had the phone answered by the owner ON A HOLIDAY. I also have my windows tinted so they handled the tint before I even got there so I didn't have to wait for it. I scheduled an appointment and was dropped off my car. The guy was running behind so the other owner, Sandra, dropped me off at my house and offered to pick me back up when it was ready. Overall, if you are looking for a small shop that cares about you, I highly recommend this place. They do paint less dent removal as well which I was interested in. Very dishonest service My passenger door and mirror got damaged in the parking lot. I choose to get it repaired at Dent Shoppe because it was suggested by Intel where I work. I was told the damaged door should be replaced and mirror frame will be painted. They replaced the door and gave me the car back saying everything was done. The mirror frame was not painted. I pointed that out and they took the car back and painted it. After finally receiving my car I noticed a small air leak when I drive over 50mph. I also have to jam the door in to lock the door properly. I went back to the shop and spent couple of hours. They promised I should not hear anything now. But the problem persisted and I went two more times with no luck. Finally, they took the car back for further repair. This time they spent two days and finally gave me the car back. They told me they have tested it on the highway and they heard nothing. When I was driving back to work I heard the air leak immediately when I touched 50mph. They wasted all my time and they refuse to fix the problem. They keep lying about testing as well. They have zero attention to detail and zero customer service. I would recommend going to a body shop that is in network with your insurance. This will save you the hassle of dealing with problems with your repair. The problem will be sorted out by your insurance company. read more

I stopped in with my Highlander because the driver side door has been scraping against the front fender whenever I opened it. I do not know how this happened as I am not aware of any accident. There was also a slightly bigger gap between the door and front fender. A guy (I did not catch his name) came out and checked it out and he could not find the cause, either, but he said he could fix it for $150. He said he could do it in about an hour so I waited. They have four chairs and water and coffee are available. About an hour later, he came out and said that the door is no longer rubbing. When I went to inspect, I saw that the gap was still there but at least the door no longer rubbed. I also noted that a small piece of metal was loose (it was fine when I arrived). He checked it out and said that it is only held on by a piece of two-sided tape. He ended up charging me $100, instead of $150. At least the charge was lower and the main issue was handled. read more
