As a female in my 30's I dread taking my car anywhere without my husband (for fear of being swindled or overcharged, etc.). So I asked Chat GPT to recommend a reasonable and honest place to fix my hanging bumper and this was the Number 1 recommendation and it was SPOT ON! The lower part of my bumper has been hanging off because my car is low and it tends to pull when I drive over curbs. I was fortunate that Gabriel helped me. He was efficient, kind and most of all HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY! As a female coming in alone, this meant so much to me. He let me know that my car issue was a small one and he was able to fix it same day (since no pieces were broken/needed to be ordered). HUGE thank you to Gabriel for being an honest and genuinely good human being! I will be recommending this place to my friends and family! God bless you Gabriel! read more

Dent Shoppe - Dent removal - Body Shops Near Me - Folsom, California

Hello out there to all looking for someone that can professionally remove your dent in your beautiful car or truck. By reading my review you're headed in the right direction!!! This fabulously operated professional shop just removed my dent on the hood of my 2024 Toyota 4 runner. A piece of something flying out of the back of a truck on Hwy 99 put a 3 inch deep dent in the front of my hood, drivers side. While the tech was looking at my job, he mentioned he could remove most of the dent but not remove it at the point of impact. Well, my eyes and everyone I have showed it to says he removed it all. Can't see I ever had anything hit my car. The price was more than fair in my opinion! I thought I would live with seeing that dent for ever. Not so! Before you have another shop do your repair, stop by the Dent Shoppe on greenback lane, have them assess what they can do and get a bid. Thank you Dent Shoppe for making my 4 runner look like new!!!! If there was a 10 star rating option, they would have my vote! Roger H. Orangevale ca. read more

Before I heard of this business, I reached out through yelp to a couple dent correction businesses. A couple of them came out they gave me quotes that were outrageous. I feel like my home address had something to do with that but, regardless, I'm so happy I found this business. They are no nonsense, know what they are doing, deliver excellent results and do not overcharge for the service. I could not recommend this unassuming business more for the services that they provide. They made my self-inflicted dented Tesla like new. read more

Got in a minor fender bender and I got some dents that bugged that crap out of me. So I took my 2008 Infiniti G37 in for some dent repair on the quarter panel. Wasn't sure how well they could be repaired but when I got my car back they were gone. Amazing! I'm very pleased with the outcome. And the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this shop. read more

Overall would recommend. Reasonable pricing and quality dent repair work. needed a door ding taken out and they got it back to like it never happened. Also had them re-finish some curb-rashed wheels and while the finish isn't exactly perfect because the machined metal look is hard to recreate with paint, they got it as close as possible, and again with a very reasonable price. read more

Impressive. Got a crack on my windshield from a . Called and lady said drop by and we'll take a look. Crack was filled professionally in less than 20mins for $50. Not bad and helps me avoid replacing an expensive windshield! Plus the waiting area has cool maps of Disneyland and a real working 40 year old pinball machine! I brought my wife's RAV4 in to get a small dent on the front passenger door. It was about 2 inches in diameter and right on a sharp body line. They used Paint-less Dent Removable techniques and it now looks like brand new, not at all noticeable. They were half the cost of similar businesses. I recommend this business completely. read more

Wow, I hit a curb in a parking lot and to say the least not a happy camper. A person told me about Dent Shoppe Sandra's son looked at my car's wheel and set up and appointment. I 'christened' our 2 year old RAV 4 when my daughter parked her car too close to the center of the driveway; and I backed into it. Was sick about it; but saw the rave reviews for the Dent Shoppe and decided to take a chance. Sandra , his personable right hand person, sent me an estimate based on the photo sent them. She wasn't completely sure of the size and depth of the dent from the picture, and after I drove over to the shop for a closer examination, Gabe confirmed the size was larger than originally estimated, and that he may only be able to straighten 90% of dented area near the panel edges. Gabe's estimate was about 35% higher than the original-which I thought was reasonable. Gabe promised to do his best, and I put my trust in his word. I dropped off the car Tuesday afternoon and Gabe called me 3:00 PM the next day that the job was finished. I was happily surprised to see the finished job- Gabe did a fantastic effort- every seam, original crease and shape matched perfectly, and if I didn't know where the damage was, I wouldn't be able to find it! My sincere thanks to Sandra & Gabe- I am one happy camper. read more

This business was a recommendation from my auto repair shop, Dave's European. I was very impressed with the results of my car door. I didn't expect it to turn out looking like my car never got into a collision. Great work to Gabe, the owner and who worked on my car. I also appreciate Sandra wearing a mask to protect customers and herself. Thanks you guys! Proof is in the pictures. I've already made a recommendation to a family member. read more

I have nothing but great, positive experience with Dent Shoppe. I have been here twice; first time to repair some small scratches on the trucks' side, and second time to have a couple of dents on my truck's driver side door repaired. Sandra was very accommodating and also kind enough to recommend a mobile bumper paint repair service for another issue. First time I was there, my son had a blast playing the retro pinball machine while waiting for the touch ups to finish. Second time, I got invited to partake in Dent Shoppe's 20th anniversary lunch! Repair quality on both occasions was great (I can't tell where the dents were) and I have no complaints at all. All in all a great family oriented shop. thank you again to Sandra and Dent Shoppe! read more

My insurance company works with Dent Shoppe and recommended them. They were near my house and their reviews were good so I went for it. I called them on January 1st and they actually had the phone answered by the owner ON A HOLIDAY. I also have my windows tinted so they handled the tint before I even got there so I didn't have to wait for it. I scheduled an appointment and was dropped off my car. The guy was running behind so the other owner, Sandra, dropped me off at my house and offered to pick me back up when it was ready. Overall, if you are looking for a small shop that cares about you, I highly recommend this place. They do paint less dent removal as well which I was interested in. The owner is also super in to the environment and looks for the best way to recycle anything they can. read more

They repaired a body line dent in my tailgate. They can fix dents that others cannot. I highly recommend them .

I highly recommend going to this business. Took my car in and was quoted a reasonable price, but it unfortunately ended up being too big of a dent to fix cosmetically through their business. They still took out the dent and were honest about what the car needed to get done in order to be fixed 100%. They did not charge me since it was not able to be entirely fixed. I really appreciate the honesty and transparency regarding my dent. Sandra was lovely and if I ever need to get some minor dents removed I will absolutely be coming back. Honesty to me is everything and the Dent Shoppe is a reliable business! read more

I damaged my passenger side rims due to a metal table being dropped on a freeway that I couldn't dodge. I took my car into them for an estimate on the rims and book an appointment for a few days later. My rims look like new! I'm so happy with the work done! The pricing didn't fluctuate everything was straight forward and honest. Their customer service is good and they are all very friendly people. read more

Fast, friendly, good work at an affordable price. I didn't have time to get the scratches on my wheels some but will be back. Thank you!

Very dishonest service My passenger door and mirror got damaged in the parking lot. I choose to get it repaired at Dent Shoppe because it was suggested by Intel where I work. I was told the damaged door should be replaced and mirror frame will be painted. They replaced the door and gave me the car back saying everything was done. The mirror frame was not painted. I pointed that out and they took the car back and painted it. After finally receiving my car I noticed a small air leak when I drive over 50mph. I also have to jam the door in to lock the door properly. I went back to the shop and spent couple of hours. They promised I should not hear anything now. But the problem persisted and I went two more times with no luck. Finally, they took the car back for further repair. This time they spent two days and finally gave me the car back. They told me they have tested it on the highway and they heard nothing. When I was driving back to work I heard the air leak immediately when I touched 50mph. They wasted all my time and they refuse to fix the problem. They keep lying about testing as well. They have zero attention to detail and zero customer service. I would recommend going to a body shop that is in network with your insurance. This will save you the hassle of dealing with problems with your repair. The problem will be sorted out by your insurance company. read more

I stopped in with my Highlander because the driver side door has been scraping against the front fender whenever I opened it. I do not know how this happened as I am not aware of any accident. There was also a slightly bigger gap between the door and front fender. A guy (I did not catch his name) came out and checked it out and he could not find the cause, either, but he said he could fix it for $150. He said he could do it in about an hour so I waited. They have four chairs and water and coffee are available. About an hour later, he came out and said that the door is no longer rubbing. When I went to inspect, I saw that the gap was still there but at least the door no longer rubbed. I also noted that a small piece of metal was loose (it was fine when I arrived). He checked it out and said that it is only held on by a piece of two-sided tape. He ended up charging me $100, instead of $150. At least the charge was lower and the main issue was handled. read more

I could not believe the damage! I emailed around via yelp and Gabriel from the Dent Shoppe answered immediately. He quoted a very fair price based on my photos.
