Had a couple of bad scratches on my two of my rims and was referred to come to this Shoppe to have them fixed. I couldn't have been more pleased once I got my car back and seen what a great job they have done. My rims look sooooooo clean. I'm very happy with the results. S/o to Gabe and also Sandra, really appreciate their service! Will definitely come back if have any future car blemishes. read more

This guy does a great job and is a good value. I am letting all my friends know about him!!!!

From start to finish this organization provided amazing customer service! I came here with damage to my front fender on my 2015 Hyundai Multiple dealership told me that it was going to cost me around around $1500 to fix the paint damage on my passenger-side fender. I went to Dent shoppe which they found a way to work with me and minimize my cost in the repair. I would highly recommend this organization for repairs that you need for your vehicle. read more

Amazing ! Took my 2007 Dodge Caravan with huge dent on back lift door. They pulled it out and it looks fantastic ! So much so we turned right around and set a appointment for my husband car for next week. Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone needing dent repair. Teri V. read more

I've been to this business for dings before! This is my second visit for ding-doctoring at the Dent Shoppe across the street from a Dunkin' Donut store. The doughnut option is a plus but not the reason for this service event (about 90 minutes ago). They took care of the ding perfectly, again, in about a half hour! What I like most about this shop is that they have given me both the best work and the best deal every time! If ever I get another ding in my Subaru, the Dent Shoppe will be where I go for relief and repair! I didn't take a 'before' picture to demonstrate their success. Oh! It's a family business! read more

I tried this shop after seeing the reviews on yelp since bullseye was booked and didnt seem interested in fixing my ding. Dent Shoppe is letigitimately the best in town. Gabe (the owner) is like what everbody says, he is a true gentleman and honest. He took me in the same day i called. I highly recommend this shop. My G35 (GT) was done in 1 hr and was amazed at the job they did on the rear bumper. I saved hundreds of dollars as opposed to other autobody shops. Amazing job for the money i paid for. Thanks again Gabe. I would come back here again for the other dents. I will tell my friends about ur shop and the savings. (See photos before and after). read more

Gabe is a godsend. Have had terrible luck 4 different scrapes or dents in last six months on different cars. Gabe has rescued me every time. Fair pricing high quality work. Impossible to tell anything ever happened. 5 star recommendation read more

This was such an easy process! I called ahead to schedule an appointment to bring my car in for a dent removal on a day and time that worked best for me. Brought it in and was quoted less than my insurance/deductible and they had it done within only a few hours! Excellent job and friendly family owned business. Highly recommend. read more

I caused a dent to my new car when backing out of a parking garage. I went to a repair shop and they gave me an estimate that was in the thousands of dollars and would have taken days. When I brought it to the dent shoppe (as they had great yelp reviews), not only was he able to fix it for less than $300, but he did it while I waited & had a yelp coupon. I left a couple hours after my appointment with a car that looks new again! Thank you for such great work! read more

I was really impressed by the level of customer service here! My husband purchased a recent Groupon here and wanted some dents, scratches, and his front head lights shined up. The Dent Shoppe did quality work and also got it done in a reasonable amount of time. My husband and I were both impressed with a job well done and thought the business was run with efficiency. I had gone in for an estimate and then I was told the work could be done that day and they would give me a ride to my home or office and pick me up. I was surprised, but gladly took them up on the offer. With the estimate, the owner, Gabe was honest that if he couldn't fix it or thought something didn't need to be done; he wouldn't charge me. This is an honest business with good values. I would recommend this company to friends and family and will definitely come here again in the future. read more

I cannot believe that nobody wrote a review for this place yet, they have been in business for eight years. I got a ding on my beautiful Porsche after 6 careful years and it was killing me! Of all things, I noticed it on New Year's Day! So I have the next day off and decided to either get the ding fixed or get a new car (which I do not want to do, but I hate little flaws like door dings). I looked online and on yelp and everybody does a mobile dent removal service. The ding is not on my door but on the rear body fender, so it must be approached through the wheel well because I do not want any holes drilled on my Porsche (of course). Only one place was a real brick and mortar store and there was no reviews. Their website showed a few before/after pictures, so I decided to call them up and drive out to Folsom to get my dent rubbed out. It was $125 and took about one hour. Afterwards, you cannot believe that there was ever a dent on my car! I cannot believe how perfect it looks! This place got all the way up to the corner body fender without drilling and managed to masssage out the dent and keep the paint flawless in the process. They even have free wifi while you wait, although I kept myself occupied with the motorcycle magazine and the conde nast travellers magazine. Now, to buy a Ducati and travel to Paris. read more

OMG, big honking dent on my rear fender. Big flower pot reached out and hit my car, my wife would never believe it. These guys so saved me, can't tell where that big bad flower bit me! The best part is it got fixed before the wife found out! read more

The dent shoppe did an amazing job on my vehicle - truly a five star experience from start to finish. I reached out to multiple shops to get quotes and just about everywhere else that I submitted pictures of the damage I was told that I needed to have the entire bumper removed and painted (which more than doubled the price of the estimate). At the dent shoppe they specialize in custom touchups that helped keep costs down and they work they do is top notch (not to mention that they got the job done very quickly). The finished detail looks just as good as it did on the sales floor. If you are looking for an honest and talented local business then look no further than the dent shoppe. Thank you again for the stellar service. read more

These guys are on point. My wife and I pulled into our driveway the other day at the same time, and my oldest soon quickly opened the back door of my new 2015 Ram 1500 truck directly into my wife's door. It put a pretty decent dent in the back passenger door. I showed up with no appointment the very next day, and was surprised the owner of the business eagerly came out to inspect my truck. He threw me a very reasonable number (maybe too low) to repair the truck on the spot. Truthfully I cannot even tell where the blemish was, and I'm OCD about my cars. Two big thumbs up for the Dent Shoppe! read more

I was looking for a place willing to knock out some dents out of my rare 87 nissan pulsar.. The body shops want way too much and I was hesitant to leave my car with a mobile dent repair person.. Dent shoppe took me in very fast. I appreciated that the person working on my car was honest about one of my dents being hard to reach and not possible to fully get out using paint less dent repair methods, however my door dings were taking out at a reasonable price. They have a sitting area and cool vintage pinball games and were very nice to me during my visit.. I was also mailed a thank you card with 10 dollars off my next visit.. Thanks! read more

I had a very good experience here! I had several body shops tell me that they either weren't going to be able to fix the dent, or that it would cost somewhere around $1000. I paid A FRACTION of that quoted price, and I'm super happy with the results. This shop is friendly, communicative, and does a great job. read more

A careless driver swung open their door at a local grocery store and put a deep ding into my driver side quarter panel. I brought my honda in because someone backed into it in a parking lot. I must say that I am pretty happy with my body work. The guy, Gabe, told me how much it would cost and how long it would take to take the dents out of my Honda. As it was, he was spot on, I was in and out and paid exactly what he quoted. And now my car looks great again, you can't even tell that there was a dent there. The people are very friendly and nice too. I would do it again. read more

Cory was professional, good to work with. The dent was about 2 inches long and on a crease of the front passenger door. Very noticeable. After the repair, the door is smooth like nothing happened. He even fixed a smaller dent on the other side for $25 more. Small price to pay to get the dings out. Highly recommend this company. read more

This place is the best! Yesterday some inconsiderate bastard gave me a massive door ding on my rear drivers side door. I came to the dent shoppe today and they got me in and fixed the ding like magicians. I'm not even kidding the door looks brand new. They really went above and beyond and made sure it was perfect before they let me leave. Plus it was reasonably priced and cost way less than my insurance deductible. Sandra was the best and so very helpful. I will be coming here for any future door dings. They also have great tasting coffee while you wait. read more

If you're looking for a good all around body shop, this place won't disappoint. Got a door ding removed here for a fair price and the work was amazing, couldn't even tell it had been there. The reason I didn't give them five stars is that they didn't necessarily go above and beyond, but just did exactly as I paid them to do. Nothing more, nothing less. (Which is fine by me) read more

I was in last week for work on a second vehicle in 30 days. The Dent Shoppe did another great job at a good price. Love these guys & gals.

My husband has a GMC Sierra in perfect condition no dents on the body what so ever, so when he called me pissed saying he had a dent from some guys car at work I said time to call insurance. I did a little research and found the Dent Shoppe. My husband was ok let's go check it out. We got there and were greeted by Gabe, he came to check out the dent proceeded to say give me 30 - 45 min we both said OK! Needless to say we came back and Gabe takes my husband to the truck and my hisband says so where was the dent and Gabe said ah ha. Perfect work the dent is gone and can't even tell where it once was! Thank you for making mine & my husband's day better! Go see Gabe if you have a dent that is bugging you! read more

I took my 1982 Classic mercedes to the Dent Shoppe. The back door was open when pulling into my garage. The car door had a crease down 2/3's of the door. I drove in, and they gave me an estmate(amazingly low). I left the car there and they gave me a ride back to my office. 2 hours later I went back and the car was done, good as new! The piece of molding that runs down the side of the car was still damaged so I bought a replacement piece and took it over to the shop. They put it on for me in 20 minutes. When I went to pay them for it, they said "no charge". How cool is that? What a great place! I tell everyone I know about them... read more

I dinged up the passenger side truck bed of my Tacoma. Dent Shoppe was very helpful with giving me a bid that was reasonable compared to the body shop down the street. I had a big dent in my truck's tailgate and they were able to get it to about 95% of being original. Pretty hard to tell now that it had a big dent at all. I scheduled an appoint with the Dent Shoppe. I called and was told was scheduled for Monday at 2pm, the employee told me that it would take a day and a half to the bumper repair. So I drove 45 minutes to get there and was then told that they could not get the work done for 2 weeks. Really, then why did I schedule an appointment for the 10 minutes it took the guy to come outside and quote me $375 for bumper repair. Plus top of the web site "Most Jobs $75 to $250 While you Wait".... I THINK NOT. $375 to repaint/blend bumper. $900 to repaint/blend fender. Most jobs, seriously, no. Some jobs maybe, most $375 and up. Overall wasted my time, and wanted to waste my money. read more

I bought a Groupon and took my pickup into the Dent Shoppe. The add said "Bumper Repair".....the window at the shoppe says "Bumper Repair" but they do not work on metal bumpers is what I was told. Looking back on this, I should have called them first to see if my truck qualified for this Groupon deal. I'm giving them 3 stars because I think they should absolutely say on their add that they do not work on steel bumpers. I am also giving them 3 stars because they politely gave me a business card of the Bumperman who did come out to my place of business and repaired my bumper good as new in about 15 minutes! Groupon will not refund my money but are giving me Groupon Bucks into my Groupon Account for later use. My lesson learned: Buyer beware, if it sounds too good to be true yadda, yadda, yadda. Dent Shoppe, thanks for turning me on to the Bumperman, pretty good customer service afterall. The Bumperman ROCKS! Call Scott The-Bumperman at: 916-802-6305 to repair your metal bumper. read more
