I've been to this business for dings before! This is my second visit for ding-doctoring at the Dent Shoppe across the street from a Dunkin' Donut store. The doughnut option is a plus but not the reason for this service event (about 90 minutes ago). They took care of the ding perfectly, again, in about a half hour! I cannot believe that nobody wrote a review for this place yet, they have been in business for eight years. I got a ding on my beautiful Porsche after 6 careful years and it was killing me! Of all things, I noticed it on New Year's Day! So I have the next day off and decided to either get the ding fixed or get a new car (which I do not want to do, but I hate little flaws like door dings). I looked online and on yelp and everybody does a mobile dent removal service. The ding is not on my door but on the rear body fender, so it must be approached through the wheel well because I do not want any holes drilled on my Porsche (of course). Only one place was a real brick and mortar store and there was no reviews. Their website showed a few before/after pictures, so I decided to call them up and drive out to Folsom to get my dent rubbed out. It was $125 and took about one hour. Afterwards, you cannot believe that there was ever a dent on my car! I cannot believe how perfect it looks! This place got all the way up to the corner body fender without drilling and managed to masssage out the dent and keep the paint flawless in the process. They even have free wifi while you wait, although I kept myself occupied with the motorcycle magazine and the conde nast travellers magazine. Now, to buy a Ducati and travel to Paris. read more

These guys are on point. My wife and I pulled into our driveway the other day at the same time, and my oldest soon quickly opened the back door of my new 2015 Ram 1500 truck directly into my wife's door. I took my 1982 Classic mercedes to the Dent Shoppe. The back door was open when pulling into my garage. The car door had a crease down 2/3's of the door. I drove in, and they gave me an estmate(amazingly low). I left the car there and they gave me a ride back to my office. 2 hours later I went back and the car was done, good as new! The piece of molding that runs down the side of the car was still damaged so I bought a replacement piece and took it over to the shop. They put it on for me in 20 minutes. We have used the dent shop for minor dents and it was fine. Took our car in for a minor rear bumper fix from being rear ended told 2 day fix. Third day told to pickup by 5, got here but our car was not here. Told it would be here in 15 minutes. Waited an hour then told it's on its way be here in 10 minutes. I was referred to the Dent Shoppe through my Appearance Protection Package (incl. paintless dent removal) that I bought through Autonation when I bought my car. I'm so glad I bought it because this car had been a magnet for people banging into it and causing door dings and a scrape down the side. I've taken my car to Dent Shoppe 3 times for paintless dent removal and once for them to remove paint transfer for when someone who didn't know how to park decided to scrape their bumper down the side. All of these these times, the Dent Shoppe was able to remove the ding and I was not able to tell that the ding was ever there. They polished the paint transfer off the car for a very reasonable price, as my protection plan did not cover paint transfer. My husband had a dent on the rear quarter panel of his truck near the bumper from someone backing into it and the Dent Shoppe was able to mostly repair it. There was an unrepairable area that was creased and paintless dent removal could not repair it, but good thing that part was mostly hidden by the bumper anyway. The price paid for this repair was hundreds of dollars lower than if we had taken it to a body shop. I will continue to take all of my cars to the Dent Shoppe as needed. We were driving to Folsom and got nailed by a rock on 80. Right smack dab in the middle of the windshield like the damn thing was a heat seeking missile. I've been fortunate enough to either not get a chip this big in all my driving years or never cared enough to have one fixed. So I drove 45 minutes to get there and was then told that they could not get the work done for 2 weeks.
