Took my new Mercedes there to fix dent from pine cone. Difficult area to get at, but he nailed it and did a super job and saved me tons of money. Second visit and I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again. read more

We have used the dent shop for minor dents and it was fine. Took our car in for a minor rear bumper fix from being rear ended told 2 day fix. Third day told to pickup by 5, got here but our car was not here. Told it would be here in 15 minutes. Waited an hour then told it's on its way be here in 10 minutes. Still waiting...... finally 6:03 it shows up. All it takes is a phone call to customer that your car is delayed I'll call you with an update. One day and an hour later... read more

This is a must-go place if you have a dent that is bugging you on your car. I had a large dent that was starting to get on my nerves since few months ago, and last week, I finally got the dent removed! I was so happy! But the best part is, the staff there are very friendly and respectful. They weren't putting any obligations to get my dent fixed at their shop. $100 was a reasonable price, in my opinion. Well done! read more

I was referred to the Dent Shoppe through my Appearance Protection Package (incl. paintless dent removal) that I bought through Autonation when I bought my car. I'm so glad I bought it because this car had been a magnet for people banging into it and causing door dings and a scrape down the side. I've taken my car to Dent Shoppe 3 times for paintless dent removal and once for them to remove paint transfer for when someone who didn't know how to park decided to scrape their bumper down the side. All of these these times, the Dent Shoppe was able to remove the ding and I was not able to tell that the ding was ever there. They polished the paint transfer off the car for a very reasonable price, as my protection plan did not cover paint transfer. My husband had a dent on the rear quarter panel of his truck near the bumper from someone backing into it and the Dent Shoppe was able to mostly repair it. There was an unrepairable area that was creased and paintless dent removal could not repair it, but good thing that part was mostly hidden by the bumper anyway. The price paid for this repair was hundreds of dollars lower than if we had taken it to a body shop. I will continue to take all of my cars to the Dent Shoppe as needed. They are open on Saturdays too. read more

This place rocks. I'm so glad I gave them a call. Gabriel was really helpful and I was pleasantly shocked by how quick I was able to get in and out on my way. I think I called 10:45am and they fit me in and I was good to go by 12pm. The price was super reasonable too. Definitely check these guys out. read more

This place is amazing! I saw it through a Groupon special and thought, why not? I've been wanting to fix my bumper for some time so why not give it a try. I was a little hesitant at first because I live in Elk Grove and didn't want to drive that far. Boy was I happily surprised, the results were amazing and the customer service was fantastic! I definitely recommend this place if you want great service at a great price. read more

Group-on offered a $50 coupon for $200 worth of bumper work performed at the Dent Shoppe. Since it was a local business, I wanted to support it and see about getting some small dents in my mini truck bumper repaired. Showed up at the shop, Group-on coupon in hand and was immediately informed they don't work on metal bumpers. What??? " Only Plastic". Okay....the front bumper isn't dented, only scratched, how about repainting it, she offered. 10 minutes later, she hands me the estimate for $400 to repaint the front bumper. YIKES! $400 minus the $200 coupon plus the $50 I paid Group-on for the coupon = a hefty $250 to paint one little 90's mini truck front bumper. No thanks. In my humble opinion....it is very suspect when a $200 coupon suddenly doubles in price to cover the work.....hmmm..... Now they DID recommend a guy to repair the dents: Bumperman (916) 802-6305, which was a nice gesture. However, as a previous Yelp poster put it, they should very clearly state they do not work on metal bumpers. In this respect, their advertisements are deceiving. Needless to say, no business from me at the Dent Shoppe. I also tried to get my $50 refund from Group-on who informed me that the "fine print" states "does not include paint-less dent removal" even though on the Group-on advertisement in BIG BOLD print it clearly states Bumper repairs and paint less dent repairs. Besides, they couldn't even just remove the dents! Two lessons here: check with the business before buying any Group-on discount coupons and second.....get estimates from other shops, because there are many in the Sacramento area that are much less than the Dent Shoppe. read more

Quick service, very kind, looks great!!! Thanks so much!!! Oh, and WAY cheaper than traditional shop estimate.

We were driving to Folsom and got nailed by a rock on 80. Right smack dab in the middle of the windshield like the damn thing was a heat seeking missile. I've been fortunate enough to either not get a chip this big in all my driving years or never cared enough to have one fixed. This time, as a bored passenger on a two-hour drive, I googled the implications of a windshield chip and learned that, like herpes, will spread if left untreated. That led me to Yelp which led me to the Dent Shoppe. Sandra was professional on the phone and quickly made me an appointment to come in right away. She was efficient, funny, and got shit done. Dent Shoppe is a family business and I was happy to support them. Bonus--their prices are totally affordable! Highly recommend. read more

I have taken 3 different cars here over the years and have always been satisfied with the work and customer service. Owner Gabe even did me a favor once on a small ding for no charge! It is amazing what they can do with dents when you think that a body shop and paint are the "only solution" (they do have limitations, of course ;-). I will check with them before submitting to insurance and going the expensive route. read more

They did a GREAT job on my car! She looks like new! Car was done on time sooner than expected, great customer service and very convenient! Would defiantly recommend this place!! read more

This is definitely the place to go when you get that one dent in your fender or bumper, and don't want to go the insurance route (deductibles + increased rates) or the body shop route ($$$$). We had a single but very noticeable dent in the rear gate of our SUV. He did an amazing job. If I didn't know exactly where the dent was I wouldn't be able to see it at all. You have to realize this is not a full on body shop/take it down/replace parts/spray it perfect kind of place, but for the money and what we were after, this was perfect. Gabe is honest, says what he can and CAN'T do, explains exactly what will be the outcome and is fair as far as price goes. Highly recommended. read more

Got two door dings removed on my 2015 Buick in about an hour. Reasonable price. Wanted some scratches out from my bumper too but he couldn't get it done the same day so I came back. Got them out quickly and didn't charge me when I came back. Highly recommend. Nice guy and the receptionist is friendly.... read more

My wife and I own two relatively new Volvos, an S80 and V70 and we keep them in perfect condition, almost! A few weeks ago, while still jet lagged I backed my S80 into my wife's V70 which was parked in the driveway. The result was damage to the left side of my rear bumper and to the right front of the V70. Gabe and his team first repaired the V70----PERFECT! I brought home my S80 two days ago from his shop----PERFECT! And the pricing for both repairs and the service were excellent. For body work I will go only to the Dent Shoppe. Gabe and his mom are the best! Many thanks. Bob and Jessica S. read more

Absolutely the first place you should go when you have a body defect of any sort! You'll be amazed at how many issues these nice folks can reslove for you at a tiny fraction of the cost you'd expect to pay at a traditional body shop. AND they are extremely fast. So we're talking inexpensive, speedy, courteous and quality work often whike n you wait! How could it get better? We've used them twice for jobs we would have never thought could be handled by a dent repair shop. Extremely happy!!! read more

Great work and friendly service! Had an ugly dent on the driver's door. First thing we noticed when we looked at our car. Dent Shoppe called yesterday (11/8) to make an appointment and we had a morning appointment today (11/9). Took less than an hour and we can't even find where the dent was. Although Dent Shoppe isn't conveniently located for us, we will taking our car there. Highly recommend the shop. read more

Took my car in to dent shoppe to get rid of some pretty gnarly scratches and indentations on my bumper. Compliments of the inconsiderate few that decided to hit my car in parking lots and not leave notes. Ok back to the point. I cannot be happier with the job they did on my car! My bumper looks brand new... And paint match is superb!!! Dent shoppe did an amazing Job and for a great price! Highly recommend! read more

These folks are amazing, fantastic, great ! GOOD SERVICE GOOD WORK AND GOOD PEOPLE !!

Absolutely the best service! I emailed gave asking for a quote last night and he responded within minutes, had me send him a picture of my car, and told me to come in first thing in the morning so he could see what he could do. He was very kind, professional, and immediately helped me. He was honest about what he could do for me and he left me with a better end result than I could have imagined! He didn't try to rip me off on the price either and was so so helpful! I absolutely will be back for any can problems I may have in the future, Gabe is the best around! read more

Quick service for a windshield chip during my lunch. The sign outside is not the most visible from the corner but Gabe is great. As the name implies, they can do most car dent without charging you the full price that you get quoted from full auto body shops. I have recommended them to several of my co-workers! read more

Very quick to respond to my Yelp message. I was able to schedule an appointment through Yelp messaging which was very convenient. Not in love with the work they do. I scratched the front fender of my car and put a little wrinkle in it. They look at it and said they could get the wrinkle out and buff out most of the scratch except for and he pointed to a section about three quarters of an inch long this spot which is just too deep to buff out. They quoted me $200. That seems like a lot to me so I showed them a little pending on the right quarter panel by my gas cap. And said if they included this we had a deal. I looked at the schedule and pick a day when no one was scheduled so they can have it he originally told me it would take 2 hours. When I got there they got me in but they were busy there were a lot of cars that they had promises on and people waiting. I left my vehicle and went for a walk and came back in an hour figuring I would wait in their waiting room. They said no waiting your car is done. Unfortunately they said not much of the scratch came out. And I couldn't get to the ding by the gas cap. I left with my car but the more I think about it the more wrong it is. I thought I was going to be left with a scratch three quarters of an inch long but I'm left with one 6 in Long. I thought that they were going to remove the ding by the gas cap but they didn't. I was still charged $200 and they only had my car an hour. It feels like they rushed me in and out because they were too busy. I show on the bill that they gave me $50 for the rear ding and 150 for the front. I'm not sure why I got charged for the back one if it wasn't done and the front one wasn't done to the standards that I was told. I guess you live and learn. My wife did say that $200 seems like a lot for paintless dent removal this morning before I went under the circumstances it really does seem like a lot. read more

The Dent Shoppe comes to the office where I work every month for paintless dent repairs. Dan took care of a large dent from hitting a garage door. The dent is completely out and looks great to me. It turns out that the garage door scrape also damaged the pearlescent quality of the paint. Someone else could have easily "forgotten" to point out the remaining paint flaw (it's only visible from the right angle in the sun). But Dan was completely open about it and refused payment because he wasn't able to repair 100% of the damage, even though the car looks almost perfect to me. read more

Had someone put a very deep dent on my Challenger with their door and when I called around every place seemed to be way over priced. I was recommended to The Dent Shoppe by my brother in law who did a great job fixing his bumper and they exceeded my expectations! Not only was the original quote less than anyone out there, he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Gabe and his crew at the Dent Shoppe. They operate this business with integrity and quality at a very reasonable price, which is very rare these days. read more

I would go here again if I had to...which in a weird way, I hope I won't. I called this Shop and asked if they could pull a dent out of my older car, a Pontiac GTO 1966. He said bring it in because its hard to tell on old cars. The metal is thicker. Long of the Short, the owners name is Gabe and he got me right in and started working on the whole side of my car. After a lot of patience and time, he got them all out, I told him that it looked like a red mirror now. He gave me a great price and also told me to bring it back in if the dent comes back and he would fix it again for free. Got the car in and out in one afternoon. He was quite honest about his doubts about fixing a dent in an older car like mine. I really like the guy. I recommend this shop to everyone. read more

I stopped in unannounced on a Wednesday morning for a quote on two annoying door dings in my otherwise spotless 10-year old GS430. Gabe gave me a price and said they could do it now and would take them about an hour. Gave him the go ahead and I sat down in the waiting room, logged into the free wifi and before I knew it they were finished. Mabe took 45-minutes and there was absolutely no trace of the dimples I arrived with. I will pass the word about this place to my friends and acquaintances that have vehicles with door dings. read more

I came here for two annoying dings in my 2015 almost brand new Golf. What is with those people who throw their door open next to you in the parking lot and bang into your door?!? Rude. Anyway, Dent Shoppe assisted me promptly and completed the repairs even faster than quoted, and at a reasonable price. I will probably come back for repair of some curb rash (self-inflicted). Even the waiting area wasn't bad, and free WiFi while you wait!! Thumbs up. read more

Gabe did an awesome job on my truck. Highly recommend coming here for any dent removal. Also SUPER REASONABLE!!!!!!

Every time I looked at the dent, I was upset. Must have been an errant shopping cart hitting my car in a mall parking lot. It was located on a crease in the wheel well. I have driven by the DENT Shoppe for as long as I have been upset about my dent. Finally, it occurred to me to try and see if this year-old impossible dent could be fixed. I stopped by, had someone look at it and got an appointment for the next day. I watched World Cup soccer, while they did their magic. When they finished, I could not find any trace of the dent. These people perform magic and provide first-class customer service! Satisfaction guaranteed... read more

On Tuesday November 3, 2015, my husband & I picked up our 2013 Chevy Impala (Silver) LTZ. It was at the Dent Shoppe on Greenback in Folsom. To fix a dent on the bumper, small dent on the fender, and a small palm size scuff on the hood was $725. Gabe had said all three places would need to be painted, we agreed. Well, the bumper was partially repaired, the dent is gone, the buckling from the dent was never touched, the front fender was repaired and both were painted a slightly darker silver than the rest of the car. The hood where the scuff was has a really nice shine. Scuff is visible, no paint, but it shines. My bad I didn't observe these issues until I got home and my husband while we were there, thought it looked "okay.' The following is something that shouldn't even be an issue but it was sooo bad, I had to add this too. When I got into the car to leave, I couldn't sit down. No seat or mat covers were used for the interior. The driver's inside seat, steering wheel, side door had white dust all over, the driver's mat, side wall and running board were COVERED with this paint dust. Then I looked around, the entire ouside, including windows were also covered in overspray. I thought at first I left a very dusty car. I didn't! I went back inside to provide some positive feedback about the interior. The owner said, they (her son) is supposed to use mats and a mini vac to clean, but they don't have a mini vac and they must have forgot the mats. REALLY?? And she said, if they did, she would be the one that had to vacuum. I responded that I really wasn't concerned who had the job, my car is filthy from white dust, and when you called me to please come and pick it up a day early before 5, I expect it to be better than what I left it. So she said should would clean it. She did a fair job of cleaning, the mats were now white and pasty. When I arrived home, I looked further and that's when I noticed the "below average" work that had been done. I should have gone to Miracle Paint, who advertised $125 per bumper, and use interior mats. I won't call them back and I will not return, this pitiful attention to detail was a very expensive lesson. read more
