Came in for scratched paint on a front bumper, which seemed minimal. The quote to repaint the entire bumper was unaffordable so I opted for them to just patch it with some matching paint which took several hours. I had a friend shuttle me back and forth so that I wouldn't have to wait 4 hrs, only to find that upon picking up my car they had locked my car keys inside the gas tank flap. They tried to force it open, which did minor damage (the locking mechanism now squeaks and can be heard from inside the car, and the flap was slightly bent) yet were unsuccessful. They admitted to what had happened after I arrived back to the shop, causing me to have my friend drive me home again to get my spare key. The touch up on my bumper was only temporary, but did look decent for a while. read more

Bad customer service. Had you wait for the guy to get off a personal phone call. Needed to paint a fender a fender and his price ended up to be 250% higher than other shops. According to him, he has high labor costs. I do not recommend for service, but sounds like a good place to work. High pay, little work. read more

I would rate them higher if I could. I have now used them at least four times and the quality of their work is fantastic for a reasonable price. What is more is I trust them. I wanted to come in over the weekend for some minor scratches and scuffs, and since they cant mix paint over the weekend, he said to text him an image of the door jamb that has the paint code and he would have it mixed in advance so that when I come in on the weekend it would be ready. So I did that, and came in today and indeed the paint was ready. He did the touch ups in no time while I waited and removed the scuffs - like new. I went to pay and he said "don't worry about it; it only took me a minute". Things like that make me a customer for life! read more

I have done some body work and I think I have a pretty good eye for spotting repairs. I had a couple door dings worked on and I was expecting to be able to spot them since I obviously knew where the damage was. I was shocked when they were done. This place is awesome! I am visiting my mother from San Diego and the garage door scraped my bumper on my new 2013 Infiniti when closing it. I was sick. My mother told me about this "wonderful" place that took a dent out of her car for a lot less than other places wanted to charge. She was quoted over $750.00 at other body shops, but "this place did it for less than $200.00." I took my car in and it cost far less than I expected. The workmanship was perfect, as was the paint matching. I cannot say enough positive things about this business. The customer services was also superb. This place was very highly recommended by two of my closest friends who loved it!!! One of them just had a dent in her bumper removed and they did such an awesome job I decided to get an estimate from them as well. I had 2 other estimates, and both of these other shops wanted to replace my bumper. I told them I didn't feel it needed to be replaced since I had no dents , the paint had been scrapped of by the other car's rim. Since this was all coming out of my pocket, I most certainly wasn't looking to get a bumper I didn't need. As soon as they saw my car, the dent shoppe let me know that they can repair it for me with no problems. When I went to get my car I was so very happy to see that my bumper now looks like a new bumper for a fraction of the cost. I would like to say, I also hope not to have to visit them again any time soon, but if I do I would not even look anywhere else first. Called Gabriel at The Dent Shoppe and he gave me a solid quote for taking the very nasty crunch out of my wife's new car. It was rear bumper damage. and Gabe said to just bring it in any time, it would take about an hour. This morning I happen to have a Dr. appt. about a mile from The Dent Shoppe, so after the appt. I brought it in. I met Gabriel and two of his employees, real super nice guy's!! Very clean, and professional office with some real cool vintage soda machines, and a pinball machine....nice stuff!! Anyway, they took the car right away to the shop in back, and in no more than 45 min's he came in with my keys and said they were done!! If it were not for a couple of small paint chips that happened at the time of crunch, you would not tell that there was a bad dent. These guys are top-notch!!
