Amazing team! They were so helpful and were able to fix my car in 1 day. Affordable price as well!

The Caliber team, specifically Craig and Rene went above and beyond to deliver on time and on budget as promised. We've been to numerous auto body shops throughout the region over the years, this is our new go to- hands down superior. Appreciate all your help, expertise and honesty guys. Ron T. read more

Very helpful with estimate and repairs. Repairs completed ahead of schedule. Car was clean inside and out.

We had a front fender bender that we took our car (Audi) to Caliber for repair. The repair looked good but shortly later we discovered that they did not hook up the electric connector for the hood which was causing oil level sensor not to work right, no big deal the mechanic identified and fix it. Then the first oil change, we discovered that six bolts that holds the bumper to the chassis were not installed. We took it back and they fixed that. Then one night I was driving in the front of my wife and noticed that one of the head lights is pointing way high compared to the left. We had another mechanic to fix that. So, one small fender bender, three missed items. I call that a poor job. read more

there are so much issue with their body work and finish on my car body repair even it was very small dent ( 2 inch x 5 inch ) on back passenger quarter panel. not only the quality of their work is very poor ( buffing scratches, missing fasteners, loose body parts, body shape does not match to the other side, body line was not matching to bumper cover etc. ) but also taking much more time than they told us, more than double time every time took back.. I am not happy with how they do their business, even they promise once, they did not do without asking so many times. and I am not going back to this shop if I had a choice to go any other place. I brought my car back 5 times so far since November last year and hope the repair is acceptable this time. read more

They took care of my Odyssey van nicely and did all necessary work to bring back shining of my car. Nice to know there is an honest, reliable auto care shop out there and wish they could have all other electrical services at this place. Highly recommend this shop for car body work. Thank to Caliber staff and special thanks to Lesley to handle the repair request in excellent manner. Prakash read more

Always a great atmosphere when I step into the office here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are largely controlled by the insurance companies, so quality of parts and fit and finish will depend mostly on your insurance policy and use of aftermarket parts that they demand to the shop. read more

Can't recommend this collision center enough. Everyone was so polite and professional throughout my experience. They handled things as quickly and proficiently as possible while keeping a keen eye on everything. They were extremely observant to detail and I was more than impressed with the service! read more

Have to express my concern with this Calibaer Collision for the safety of others, they called to inform me that my car was "cleared" for pick up and to be driven. Yet my breaks failed while driving one day after, they performed no sort of internal diagnostic checks on my car to ensure safety; only purely aesthetic work to the body of the vehicle. Ironically even that was subpar while driving the car off the lot I noticed one of my side mirrors was completely gone and they refused to replace it. I went to another facility who very clearly/quickly showed my break line was damaged in the accident and that it was extremely easy to tell that the car was unsafe for driving, this lack of thoroughness at this facility is going to seriously hurt an unsuspecting customer. read more

Lesley is so wonderful! When I took my car there I was so upset because of the car accident I was in. She was so helpful and sweet. Not to mention informative on the whole process. My car was returned on time and looked better then before the accident. Def recommend this place! read more

Great service and great work! Highly recommend!! Lesley has spectacular customer service and made sure I was always taken care of!!

I brought my newly acquired Ford Must to Caliber as I was referred to them by Folsom Lake Ford. I had a trim molding located beneath the driver side door that had come loose and some clips that hold the molding in place were broken. Granted this is a minor fix, but I did not know that. The staff at Caliber could have easily milked this and taken advantage of me. Instead they replaced the broken clips and securely reattached this molding to my door at no charge to me. Thank you Caliber Collision. If I need them again in the future I will not hesitate to seek their help and give them my business. read more

they lie like crazy and tell y it will be ready almost everyday and never is and always say they will call you and never do

They did an excellent job on my wife's Hyundai. Our service adjuster was Marty and he stayed on top of our job and was great with updates thank you for getting our car fixed and for the great communication! read more

beyond disappointed. The problem was that we trusted that the quote matched what we talked about with the estimator. We had walked around the vehicle and pointed out what is needed. It did not so when the car was done it still looked bad. Even what they did do was also bad. They were supposed to buff out the hood but they did not at all. There was plastic stuck on it and they were supposed to buff it off.. the estimator said they tried but the paint was damaged. That was incorrect as we took bug and tar remover and got it off. So they did not even do what was on the quote much less what was talked about. We also paid to have the side rails reattached. By the time we drove home one is pealing off. Dont waste your money with this company. Very disappointed read more

Poor customer services, was not upfront with policy on fixes certain cars. No call back regarding estimate of repairs, had to chase them down. Any cosmetic modifications on the car they will not fix your car. Unfortunately they did not tell us this until almost 3 1/2 weeks after they had gotten the initial pictures of our car, and given our insurance company an estimate with a 24 hour period they change their mind if they couldn't fix the car. Would not recommend them to anyone. read more

The customer service was horrible coming in and leaving! Like I was a problem! The girls need to greet people and not act like I'm a inconvenience!!!!!!! read more

I was super impressed with Caliber upon entering the door. I felt like it was a very positive environment right away. And it indeed proved to be one! Stephanie was the one I worked with for the month it took my vehicle to be repaired. I really liked how friendly and honest she was. She sent me emails regularly, which was much better than talking on the phone for me. She explained what was happening with my car, the costs and the expected finish date with each update. I even received a phone call after I got my car back to make sure it was running well. I just felt like Caliber was an honest shop and they did a great job on my vehicle. It looked perfect! And they cleaned it too! read more

I had some work done and a small blemish reappeared in the same place. They did not fight me on what caused it, they just cared that I wanted it corrected and they did the classy thing and took care of it. That's the way to run a business! read more

I am so impressed by this place! I was referred by Nissan of Folsom and was told they could help me with a minor repair to my teenage son's 350 Z. When I got there I met Nate and explained to him the situation. I had the part and he immediately told me he could fix it in 15 minutes no problem. We waited 15 minutes it was done! Perfect! What's even more impressive was he didn't charge me. Who does that!? I will definitely be a customer at this location should I ever need services on any of my vehicles in the future. Thank you so much Nate!! read more

I scraped the side of my car backing out of a parking space recently resulting a couple of minor dings but some very noticeable paint scarring. I went by Caliber Collision and met with Chris Johnson who did a very professional job of reviewing my vehicle's damage, writing up an estimate and reviewing with me each item on the estimate. He then volunteered to take my vehicle into the back to see if he could remove the paint scraping and did so very quickly. His work was done well enough that I decided against the repair of the small blemishes - best part yet was that he did so at no charge. Certainly a locally-owned small business that I will keep in mind for future needs and for referrals. Thanks, Chris! and Caliber Collision! read more

I recently had minor damage done to my car by a negligent neighbor. When I took the car into Caliber Collision, Miguel Garcia came out to do an inspection, and upon seeing what had happened, went back into the shop, grabbed some rubbing compound, and then worked on it for 10 minutes. All but one barely detectable ding remained, which was better than I expected. When I asked what I owed, he told me there would be no charge. What a wonderful business, and an even more wonderful employee! read more

Someone placed something on my hood and scratched it up pretty bad. Since my car has a ceramic coating I wasn't sure if it could be buffed or if it was too deep and needed repair. I went here with the intention of just figuring out if it would be cheap enough to fix by paying for it or if I should get insurance involved. They checked it out for me and buffed out as much as they could without going too deep (where the paint could be compromised and needing repair). The repair looks great and they did it for free. They are keeping the pictures of the original damage in case I want to have the full repair done through insurance. Totally unexpected for them to be able to do that for me. Great service. I recommend using them for your repairs. read more

I have previously used Caliber Collison and they've always done amazing work at a reasonable price. Although I didn't get any work done on my car thru them this time, I felt it was important to still leave a positive review for the way they treated me. I had crashed my vehicle causing severe damage to the left rear suspension and a leak. They were extremely busy due to the weather and still took my car in to provide a visual estimate. Unfortunately because they were so busy and I dropped it off late afternoon, it took two days to hear back. I learned it was going to cost more than my car was worth to conduct the repairs. So I had to have a company (Peddle) purchase my vehicle and tow it from the location. Caliber Collison was understanding of the situation and allowed my vehicle to stay in their parking lot until the tow truck arrived. When I told them the damage was more than the car is worth and I was declining repairs, they were super understanding and didn't force the issue at all. Kendra was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and Ralph was as well. Thank you Caliber Collison for treating me like a valued customer even though we didn't do business! read more

This Caliber location did insurance repair on my wife's Jaguar (her "baby"). The service I received and the quality of the work were excellent! I highly recommend this shop. I was really bummed when I got rear ended after only having my car for a few months. Rene helped me throughout the whole process. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He kept me updated on everything happening with the car and it ended wup being completed much sooner than I expected. They even worked late to make sure it was ready when promised. I had my vehicle repaired there recently and this will be the only shop I go to from now on. Rene Gonzalez was very kind and knowledgable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Nothing less than excellent professionalism, entire staff. My car was deemed "totalled" due to an accident during that January crazy stormy weather. They called me regularly to keep me updated with important information. When we visited their business, I saw that their waiting room has a magazines, tv, snacks, drinks. My two rambunctious children were magically silenced with their snack sized goldfish cracker assortment. Although this actually highlights my lack of preparedness to entertain my kids and my inefficiency of teaching my kids the importance of waiting patiently, I am more than grateful that their business planned ahead for us moms who don't always have things together all the time. Thanks Caliber. You really helped me through a tough month through and through :) read more

Great shop! Was pleasantly surprised watching it run while I waited. They seemed to really care and made an effort to leave my car cleaner than I gave it. Big thanks to this shop! read more
