Scam Artist! Do not take your vehicle there. They lie about the work done to your vehicle. They put broken parts in my truck numerous times and get mad when they have to replace it for free. Jim will lie to your face with a smile. This place is corrupt in so many ways. He tried to make excuses about employee problems is why everything was messed up. Doesn't take accountability for his mess ups. Their communication skills are horrible and they never get back on time. The check engine light was on my 2001 SportTrac for a lengthy period of time, in October 2021, I decided to try Moore's Garage in Orangevale for the first time to get it repaired along with some other issues. Although it was during Covid and a difficult time for them to get parts, we gave them ample time to get it repaired since it was not our primary vehicle. They came through and repaired all the issues with the vehicle. Fast forward to May 2023, I was getting the smog check done and the technician noticed that the control arm bolts were sticking out and the nuts were missing. I called the garage and with no questions asked they paid to have my truck towed to their garage and they replaced the bolts and nuts. Needless to say, I am very pleased with their customer service, quality of work, and care for the customer. I highly recommend them for your auto repair needs. I was referred to Jim from a friend of mine after I had procrastinated getting my Saab 93's brakes and air conditioning fixed. My driver's side power window also went out after I constantly was rolling it down in order not to bake in the car without AC! Jim has a great atmosphere going in his shop and its obvious that he has a passion for cars and customer service. It is so hard to find a trustworthy person to work on my car because I just don't know anything about cars. My 2012 Ford Edge died and left me stranded on the freeway. This garage was reccomended to me from a tire shop and I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service and very personable staff. They took great care of my car and not only fixed my metal on metal breaks but also looked up the maintenance schedule for my vehicle and let me know when I needed each service. The impressive part of this was that by doing I actually learned I don't need an oil change as often as I was getting them.
