The staff here is awesome and I can't thank Aaron and Nate enough! I needed to sell my car and the bumper had a huge crack in it. I had a friend refer me to Caliber and I'm super happy I decided to take my car in. The girls in the front were super sweet and then I met Aaron and Nate. I explained the situation and my budget and all that good stuff and they were so accommodating. They were able to make a pretty annoying task pretty quick and painless. The people who bought the car were very happy and so was I! read more

I just picked up my Camery from her butt lift procedure and she looks fabulous!! I was rear ended and the bumper needed to be replaced. I have USAA and they sent me to them. I have never been in an accident so this was all new to me. The ladies at Caliber were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Not only did they fix the bumper, they washed her, vacuumed the foor, and wiped down the interior. My car was very dirty, inside and out! They also filled the air in my tires! I had a light on my dash telling me one of my tires was low but didn't know which one, they did and fixed it for me!! Wonderful place! Although I hope to never have to use them again, but if I do need them I know my car and I will be taken care of! read more

Such a professional, organized, well-run business. Some person hit my car while my car was parked - they didn't leave a note or anything, so I had to pay my insurance deductible ($500) to get my car fixed. Not really what I was wanting to use my birthday money for, but I suppose things like this happen. Frustrating. Anyway, I called USAA, and Caliber Collision was one of the repair shops on the insurance list. I am so glad I chose this place. Nathan (spelling?) was super friendly & took the extra time to go around my car, checking everything, even where the car wasn't damaged. He was incredible at keeping in touch, and they finished the car back sooner than expected. When he called me this afternoon to tell me my car would be ready this evening, he even remembered where I had gone for the weekend (Monterey), and asked how it went. When I picked the car up, he went over everything he had fixed, and they even cleaned the car afterward! Truly a great business. Not that I hope my car gets damaged again, but if it does, I definitely want to come back to Caliber Collision! 5 stars! Carson C. El Dorado Hills, CA read more

I had work done previously at the Sibley St Caliber Collision years ago, service then was fantastic. The team processed my insurance claim repairs quickly and did good body work; they were very helpful and responsive. I went to them again and they began processing my insurance claim repairs, but after the initial inspection they were trying to find a place that could refinish my wheels because the wheels to order them new were on back order. Early on when they called me they never updated my phone number and kept leaving messages on my husband's phone, and after awhile I had to call them each time to get any update. Since then the calls stopped and they didn't follow up with me to get the other repairs on my car started (I can only assume the wheel refinishing didn't pan out). Now my insurance paid me out since the repairs were taking so long; I hope the payout can cover the cost. I'm looking for another body shop at this point, very disappointing service at this Caliber Collision. read more

This place is not organized. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I am not impressed nor would I recommend.

Caliber Collision in Folsom on sibley is amazing. They made a very stressful time simply not. They even contacted the rental car company and have them pick me up and everything. From the estimate all the way through to them delivering my truck into my driveway because I was at work on a Friday. Estimate was 6 days and they had it done in 4. Simply amazing! And Thank you USAA for handling everything else. So blessed! read more

This is the best repair shop in Folsom. They kept us informed as the work progressed. We needed our truck by Friday because my son was heading back to college in San Diego. The work has a lifetime warranty. Great friendly customer service too! read more

Wow ! I've not encountered service this good in a long time. Rene was so helpful on the phone and then personally took care of me when I arrived. They were able to save me so much over the dealers quote for my repair. Thank you So Much Caliber!!! read more

I had a minor repair completed by Caliber Collision Folsom, costing under $3500. I am satisfied with the repair althought it took longer than p[romised because a "part provided" was apparently late. Tony was my customer liaison and he was responsive and provided good feedback. read more

I was rear-ended in November. My insurance agent recommended this body shop. I just wanted the repairs done quickly at a convenient location, so I chose this place without further investigation. They made the process smooth from start to finish. The girls in the office were very professional. They offer text updates, so I was updated on the repair process daily in a quick and easy manner. The repair work was perfect. It looks great! To my surprise, they even did a VERY detailed cleaning of the interior of my car! It would have cost over $70 at a carwash for that kind of cleaning. My car looked brand new! I would highly recommend this business for any type of auto body repairs! Added bonuses: -They reserved a rental car for me. It was waiting for me when I arrived with my car so I just hopped in the rental without waiting. It took no more than 15 minutes to figure out paperwork and drop off my car. -I also was able to drop off the rental car at the shop when my car was finished. Great place! Excellent service! Don't hesitate to go here! read more

Went there yesterday, and thought I would have to pay SO much money to fix scratches on my car. An employee there, Stephanie, was really helpful, and helped me get rid of the scratches for FREE! Proper greeting, and excellent service from everyone there! read more

They did an amazing job on my car!! I got a gash on my new 2018 Elantra from someone backing up into me. You would never know anything had happened. Ever. I would never recommend this body shop to anyone. They have zero pride in their work and absolutely no attention to detail. I took my truck here for a very simple front end repair, literally only three parts needed to be replaced. I refused picking up my truck on 4 separate occasions due to new scratches, areas not being painted, incorrect installation, paint impurities, etc. This location doesn't take pride in the work they put out, and it's shown through their results. If you want your vehicle to look like garbage then this is the body shop for you! read more

Leaving a review despite not having my car repaired here just because I want to say thank you for great customer service! I had an estimate appointment and Miguel was very helpful and respectful. He was kind and took the time to make sure I understood everything but without ever being condescending, and was completely understanding and didn't push the issue when I said I wouldn't be able to get the repair right now. If I ever need an auto body shop in the future I'll definitely return here. Thank you! read more

Went in for a quote on my vehicle. I was told I would receive an email later with the quote on the damage. After 2 days I called and was told they will get it to me soon, no apologies nothing. It has been over a month and still have not heard anything. Not a single email or phone call. Very frustrating. I took my vehicle elsewhere and was very pleased with the work and professionalism. Why just settle? read more

I had poor customer service experience with the call center of Caliber Collision. I recently had an incident and reported to AAA for fixing the damage. I got a call from AAA claim adjuster and he given me the options of shops to choose. I choose the Caliber Collision since I had a good experience with these guys earlier in 2013. Then the adjuster scheduled a call with Caliber Collision. With the call I scheduled an appointment on Aug 30th 9.30AM (I got a mail confirmation from service center on Aug 23rd 2.43PM stats the appointment scheduled for 9.30AM, I have a mail copy) Since I have a phone meeting from 8.30 AM to 9 AM, I scheduled for 9.30AM. After couple of hours I got another mail from Service center which updated the time as Aug 30th 9AM (mail came at Aug 23rd 4.27PM) without even communicating to me the Service Center updated the timings which I didn't noticed and I didn't prefer that time as well, some how I didn't noticed that time change in that mail and my mind registered with the appointment time as 9.30AM. Today after I woke up, my mobile google calendar remainder notification said the appointment at 9AM with Caliber Collision. After this notification only I noticed that updated service center mail. Now someone tell me, when booking the appointment you are calling the customer and book. When you reschedule why you are not communicating with the customer and just sending a mail notification? The whole point of scheduling an appointment is the convenient time for customer, is it not? If anyone like I can share the mail copies I got from service center. Due to this mess up I end up cancelled my call, because i don't want to loose this appointment. I called Aug 23rd and got my first available slot on Aug 30th. So I don't want to wait for one more week for the next appointment. This cost my meeting. When I explain this to the lobby lady today morning, she saying apologies that's fine, but not giving a moment to look at me and listen the enter problem which hurts me a lot in the morning. She is talking to me, looking down and doing her own jobs on system. "My bad" worst ever I seen. Then the service advisor "Nathan Douglas" came in and greeted me and inspected my car for the damage. He is very good and listen to my entire disappointments and told he will talk to his manager on the problem. Not even they started to fix my car but having this many issues, now I am thinking to go with this center or go with alternate, I am not sure at this point. I given one star only because of Mr. Nathan's cool talk. read more

Car repairs are never fun but Caliber in Folsom makes the experience fast, easy, and worry-free. They are so friendly & caring and genuinely want to provide the best customer service. My car's repairs were done sooner than estimated and it looks perfect. read more

After a front-end accident, my car couldn't be driven. The folks at Caliber came and got my car and took it to their shop. They worked with my insurance company and determined that it was totaled. Everything about getting it to a junk yard and submitting all the proper paperwork for insurance coverage was handled very efficiently by Caliber staff. The only hiccup in the whole process was with miscommunication between departments. On one call we were told something by the person who answered while learning it wasn't correct by the person to whom the call was transferred. That aside, I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone needing auto care after an accident. read more

My experience: TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL! Got timely quote, email reminders, and phone updates. Nate was friendly and clear in what had to be done, giving calls to update, and delivering the car on time. Final outcome is that the car looks like the day I bought it. VERY SATISFIED with end product. read more

These guys really have costumer service nailed. Had to drive from 2 and 1/2 hours away. They gave me a rental car, did extra repairs I requested, cleaned the whole car, and even filled up my gas tank! But most of all they are honoring an old insurance claim from when my sister owned the car. I feel very grateful for this company and their commitment to costumer satisfaction. Would have given 5 stars except this is the 3rd time I've had to return, but I'm treated like a queen every time. read more

Had chips in the paint of my front bumper from a job that was done by another shop back in 2013. Caliber bought them out and took excellent care of me. Got me the rental car of my choice, gave me a progress report throughout the job and got my bumper looking better than it did when I brought it in. My expectations were exceeded! I'll definitely be back if I need any body work done in the future. read more

Summer and Samantha were phenomenal! I have been to a previous Caliber Collision and it just wasn't a great experience so I was hesitant to give business to they again. But I am so happy that I did! They made a not so great time very easy and got me back to my routine in no time. Very professional group and organized. Set up my rental pick up and they made me feel like they knew me for years. Overall I would definitely recommend this Caliber Collision to anyone in the area. read more

Great professional staff. Would go back. They got the paint to match the rest of my car. :)

Excellent experience! The work was top notch, fast and customer oriented. They went above and beyond in many ways and made a negative experience (getting run into) much easier. Stephanie was a super star. I felt like she was on my side as opposed to cutting corners for the insurance company. I was impressed by how knowledgeable she was when inspecting my car. I had first taken my vehicle to an autobody shop required by the insurance company for the initial inspection. They were good, but when I watched Stephanie do the same inspection at Caliber, she was much more thorough and shared what things she was looking for and what hidden damage they could indicate. Her attitude was friendly, personable and very genuine. She was great at communicating each step of the way and keeping me in the loop. She worked with the insurance company in such a way that I didn't have to argue or fight for anything to be covered. She also coordinated with the rental car company, so that was one less thing I had to worry about dealing with. The work was done ahead of schedule and they even made some adjustments and minor fixes that weren't included in my claim (no charge, just saw what needed to be done and took care of it since it was minor stuff). Overall, it was a painless experience and I'd highly recommend them for anyone who's been in a car accident. read more

I needed Paint-less dent removal and Allstate referred me to this shop. My first interaction was over the phone and from that moment it was awesome. A year ago I was in a terrible head-on collision that almost totaled my Pilot. Caliber was recommended by a Honda service employee as the place he takes his own vehicle. Two months to fully repair all of the damage and my car is like new! Nate handled my "case" and was AWESOME. He checked in with status updates, kept me posted on the timeline for completion, went above and beyond to work with my insurance company and the rental car company to get me the best deals possible in a tough situation. A year later and I go to Caliber for everything. They continue to provide stellar customer service, help quickly when little things need fixing, and do it all in a welcoming and friendly environment. 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone! read more

I would give this place 6 stars if I could! They truly know customer service and go above and beyond to help the customers. The worse experience with this shop , do not take your car for repair , its dirty, ! they promise the car will be ready , went three times to pick up my car and was not finish the paint job was the worst i ever saw , to gap on mr rear door was more than a inch and close properly , lady on the front are nice but the mechanics and body shop thay need to go, if Calliber they just bought the shop and not change anything they will go out of business very , very easy read more

I took my Honda Pilot, which I only owned for 2 months to Caliber Collision to get an estimate for some damage I caused in our driveway leaving for work earlier that morning. I thought getting an estimate was best, before I shared my news with my husband. Tim, from Caliber Collision took my car to the back for pictures and to document the estimate, when he returned, the only evidence left of my mishap was very minor scratch by back panel. He was able to remove most the scratches, much to my delight. This displays how honest and what integrity Tim and Caliber Collision have for business values. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision. read more

Several years ago a hit-and-run jerk rear-ended and nearly totaled our Acura TL. Insurance said, "Fix it." I couldn't believe it. We took it to Caliber and unbelievably, they fixed it. Fast forward to October 2014 and, boom, Acura TSX gets rear-ended (not as bad, but definitely in need of repair. I took it to Caliber and not only did they repair it perfectly, they made it a little better. I joked earlier, too bad the big door ding in the rear fender wasn't caused by the accident. So, after the repair work was done, they went ahead and did a paintless door ding repair on it... no charge. Great customer service. From the receptionist, to the adjustors, to Mike the head guy, everyone treated me great (I noticed they treated other customers in the shop that way as well) and they kept me informed of progress every step of the way. A+ work and service all the way around. read more
