My car was damaged while parked in a parking lot--the entire front end was affected. The repair shop did an excellent job from start to finish. The staff was friendly and helpful from the beginning, providing all estimates quickly. Their pricing was very competitive, and the service exceeded my expectations. They handled all the paperwork efficiently, had my car ready sooner than expected, and even coordinated everything with the rental car company. The car looks brand new, and I'm extremely satisfied with the service. Highly recommend! read more

Did a great job on my car and communicated extremely well! Joe was great keeping me updated

Thank you Brett and Dominique for proving there are honest, genuine, REAL and normal car repair places out there. They fixed my bumper issue what I was told $1000 elsewhere for $0.00, even buffed out some paint! Explained everything to me in a way a non car person understands, real talk! Awesome personalities, really sweet and the wait/office has beautiful wood furniture that looks home made. Looking forward to return for my other repair and will refer everyone who asks to their business. Thank you both! Kim read more

Fix Auto Orangevale is great! They are professional, friendly and explain everything they will be doing! Joe called me with regular updates, which I really appreciated! The repairs are perfect! As a bonus, my car had been detailed when I picked it up! read more

The crew did a great job. Highly professional and timely. They took well care of me and managed everything well. They made the process very easy. my car was hit while parking and the repairs they did were great, fair and just. I have been skeptical in the past of repair shops trying to fix things that aren't broken or needing repair just to get the extra money. I didn't find that here. They billed the other person's insurance and I was fully covered. I would come back again for another service if need be. read more

My Prius was hit in the Safeway parking lot. Crunched bumper and taillight along with some damage below that. Fix Auto was recommended by my insurance company. Just picked it up today! It looks GREAT! I can honestly say I have never been treated better by a business! Manager Brett and his crew are the best! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and there was excellent communication throughout the repair process. I highly recommend this business! A VERY pleasant, pain-free experience! read more

Who knew fixing damage after a hit and run could be so pleasant, simple, easy, professional, and painless!! 1.) GOOD WORK: The work Fix Auto Orangevale did was amazing. They matched my bumper repair perfectly, I was more than happy with the work they did. 2.) FRIENDLY STAFF: The ladies at the front, especially Hannah, was super friendly, easy to work with, very informative, pleasant, and always kept me in the loop about what was going on. 3.) EASY PROCESS: That was 10x easier than expected. They coordinated with my insurance company and the car rental place. I barely had to do anything. My sister had collision repair done somewhere else twice, and had horror stories. This was my first time ever taking a vehicle in for collision repair, so I was shocked at how easy, streamlined and efficient they were. 4.) QUICK TURN AROUND: Again, more horror stories from my sister and another friend from a different repair shop. Which left me expecting a really long turn around time. I didn't even bother to ask when it would be ready. I hunkered down and was waiting.... I was surprised when I got the call it was ready. Apparently when you go to a good place like this, they know what they're doing so they can fix it in a timely fashion. 5.) WENT WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND: While I was there, they fixed a very minor issue I had with a piece of my front bumper rubbing. I thought it had to do with the accident but they said it was not. They still fixed it. I thought it would cost an arm and a leg for that outside of insurance and it didn't. I felt they really cared about customer service and getting the job done right, efficiently and quickly. This was really well above and beyond what was expected of them. I'm so glad my friend referred me to them. I drove across down to get here, and it was 100% worth the extra drive!! I'm very happy with the job they did, and I highly recommend them. read more

Fix Auto Orangevale - New Bumper, great match! - Body Shops Near Me - Orangevale, California

Ok, not sure what happened to my first review, this shop use to be great, fixed my wife's car, did some small repair on my car. The owner and his staff were first class. Then they became fix auto franchise. New manager showed up. It's like going to a Fulton Ave used car lot trying to buy a car. Since my issues with my latest repairs I have been trying to contact the owner of the shop, I have went in person requesting at meeting, I have sent two requests through the fix auto app and the owner seems to be missing in action. Your best bet is to try another shop, unless you prefer dealing with the used car salesman's attitude. Something has changed and not for the better. Too bad, it's close to my house Another added benefit to this shop at the present time, they return your car to you with the windshield totally covered with over spray. So much I almost got into a wreck when the sun hit my windshield just right, cleaned it off myself, went to the shop to talk to the owner, he wasn't available, the office guys said it happens all the time. Just bring it back and they clean it off with a stainless steel pad? Why not clean it up before returning the cars to the customer! Roger H. Orangevale ca read more

So we had to use them twice. My insurance company recommended them after my car got swiped in a parking lot. They take a look at the car and told me they will call me to schedule an appointment. A week goes by and I ended up calling them. (That should have been my sign) They booked me out by at least a month or longer, No big deal I was not in a hurry. What got me was there was no confirmation call or text before my appointment which is almost two months since I started this process. I called them to confirm my drop off time a few days before my scheduled appointment. So I drop it off and I am told they will call me the next day with an update. I wait till 430, I call and they say another day we will call with update. Nope. So finally day 3 it's ready, I tell them I'm frustrated with their lack of communication pay and go on my way. They bug me for a review and I figured meh I just would never recommend them the bumper looks good, I'm over the headache. Well 4 months later we notice the bumper has two areas where paint is coming off. So I call and they have me drive all the way down there so they can look at it. Understandable, they apologize and tell me they will call me tomorrow to find a date to squeeze me in because they are busy. Ha I believed them. I called them 3 days later to say what's up. They apologize and get me scheduled at the end of the month. Now I'm irritated cuz I have another 3 days of one car for a family of 4. So when I drop my car off after work the paperwork is not ready, I have to wait and I ask them to please keep me updated because last time they didn't. I was told we will call you late afternoon. I waited till 430 and called them. Very little information from the front office. Finally Nate called me the next day explained to me that the first bumper was refurbished and already primed. So when they add their paint it doesn't stick. So this new bumper is oem and they used their primer. So I shouldn't have any problem. It's a Subaru issue. Now I get that these things happen. This is not for the bad review. The 2 stars is for their lack of customer service. It's crazy that because you are busy at the moment, you have many people wanting your service you can just act like I should be grateful for your service. Auto body care Is not cheap and a little better communication can go a long way. So from my two experiences I would not recommend this place. read more

While traveling at about 50mph, a turkey decided to commit suicide by flying into the front of my Excursion. Insane prices. Needed just a dent removed from a door and they priced me for an entire door replacement, along with a ton of other unnecessary work such as removal of the front bumper, made no sense. I ended up getting the repair done for $750, they quoted me more than $4k. I can't speak on the quality of the work. Maybe it's really good. But the price alone was way too high. read more

If you're in the greater Sacramento area and are need of a great body shop, go straight to Fix Auto Orangevale or the other two locations ran by the same owner. We were unfortunately rear ended by an uninsured driver last month and while the before pics surely don't do the level of damage there truly was justice, the after pics show just how great the attention to detail really was. Not only was our car cosmetically damaged but the rear end impact also created some exhaust and shifting issues. But getting Our car back today, not only did she look better than the day he got her, but she was running great and shifting smoothly. Not to mention to frequent text and email updates from the staff on the progress of our car. Thank you to the team at Fix Auto. read more

Exceeded my expectations, exceptional work and staff! From the very beginning Jesse and Hannah were very friendly, attentive, and efficient. It only took about 10 minute for the estimate and they were able to tell me how long the work would take. They had my car for about 2 weeks and called almost everyday during that time to update me on the progress. When I pick up my car my mouth dropped . . . My car looked better than it did before the accident! It was so clean and I brought it to them pretty dirty. That made my experieicen with North Star that much more enjoyable. It was just an outstanding experience from start to finish. They treated me unbelievably well. Thank you so much Jesse and North Star Collision Repair! read more

Fix Auto Orangevale - Painted the trunk as well. I opted out from painting the bumper but should have! - Body Shops Near Me - Orangevale, California

Returned this morning to seek advice on a potential issue with my older Prius Fix Auto has worked on before. Hunter did a quick look and saw a minor issue I could easily fix myself. If I had looked closer I would have seen it too. He could have charged me Big$$$$ for a minor fix. This is about ethical business practices. Good Job, Hunter! Of course I'll spread the word. In these trying times post Covid-19 desperation is driving some folks to do the wrong thing. Not Fix Auto. Thanks again, Hunter! read more

They installed a replacement tailgate for my F150 but what impressed me was that Nate went above and beyond. I found a used tailgate and had it shipped to Fix as my original gate was damaged. The replacement gate had some funky paint on it and the cables were frayed. Nate took the best of of my original gate and added those parts to the replacement gate thus giving me a really nice tailgate. Great waiting room friendly staff , I highly recommend Fix auto they are honest and wonderful people. read more

North Star Collision Repair does outstanding work and quickly too! We had some damage on our RV and were on a tight deadline since we live in it full time and were getting ready to move. We explained we needed to be on the road in one week and they happily accommodated us staying up throughout the last evening to finish up. We were shocked with how well the paint job matched our rig and feel like the price for the work was more than fair. I highly recommend this place for collision repair and would trust them with any of my vehicles. read more

Not A-Z fix it all company, several fixes front to back, paid cash. They left off several other things that should've been replaced and repaired that were a result of the damage. went back and they made-shift a repair to make it functional but looks like dookie. They said that was the best they could do. Really! I think not. Their small shop, and really do not have the experience to take on real quality workmanship, their answer to everything remove and replace. I wish i never went their to begin with. read more

They made my car look brand new again! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hands down the best collision repair shop!

I took my very temperamental BMW 645CI to Jessie for two issues, Steer wheel malfunction and my custom (Asanti) rim was leaking. Although my issues were not something North Star normally handles, Jessie quickly engaged the right people to resolve the problems. I was contacted by Hannah (North Star's office manager) to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs. I couldn't be happier. Had good service til came time to finish my car and put new stickers on... had my stickers over a week after i called and asked the status, they said they would call back 30 mims later... never heard anything from them... I called a week later again, and they told me they came in a week prior.. nice communication.. then when they got them and told me, they would only do 1 side of the stickers.. even though they send a new pair to be replaced with... now im gonna have a brand new sticker one one side and a faded one in the other.. gonna be calling state farm now to find another body shop that can put the other sticker on.. I would go elsewhere if possible.. they don't finish the job to the customers liking.. lesson learned.. read more
