Great Friendly Staff. Great Service. 2023 Honda Odyssey Loose front bumper & grill replacement. Remove bumper, replace grill, adjust body parts re-alignment. Price was fair market. Did not even shop around. Keeping it local. Parts sources were very quick on delivery. Quoted 5 days for parts and repair. Finished in 2. Very satisfied. Great service. Highly recommend. read more

The staff is VERY kind and helpful- especially John. They helped me through the process of evaluating my car after an accident I had been in. Even after estimates predicting my car will be totaled came back they were very accommodating. We have also had previous vehicles taken here and never had issues, overall great experience despite the losses! read more

What a great experience! After a guy plowed into the back of my brand new car, I was pretty bummed, but the staff at Caliber handled everything so smoothly, it turned everything around. Janell was friendly and competent, and Josh handled every aspect of getting my car back into shape quickly and beautifully. Great place, I highly recommend it. read more

The workmanship was average. Our service after the sale was less than satisfactory. My husband and I went to the Orangevale Caliber Collision location to pick up my car after repairs were completed. We were working with Thomas. When it came time to check out we were told there was a $500 deductible. We explained the situation, the deductible was being waved, but we were still required to pay the deductible. Thomas called my insurance company but it was right before 5 o'clock so he was unable to reach our claims adjuster. Thomas suggested we 'just pay' the deductible or he could 'hold the vehicle' until the matter could be cleared up. That doesn't seem very customer oriented to me. My suggestion would have been to release the vehicle and work it out the following morning but that wasn't a courtesy Thomas the was willing to extend us. As a result we won't be back. Mercedes, the receptionist was friendly, but the rest of the office appeared indifferent to our being there. The 'people in the offices' adjacent to the front desk, need to be a bit more personable when doing business in a small town like Orangevale. read more

Everything about this shop is positive. From the front desk, answering phones, receptionist, to the actual, top-notch repair. Got a call every day with updates and also, text messages with status. Friendly staff! Helped me with the rental. My car looks new again! read more

Took my car there to get repaired, an insurance claim from a lady who ran into me, well they wanted to say the damage was a total loss, ( it wasn't just slightly body and paint job) and the insurance company paid them........but they never came to pick up my car via tow, or call me to bring it back in to repair it........while I'm driving a rental for going on almost one month! Horrible customer service read more

I had a relatively minor issue after dropping my vehicle off. The way that the manager handled the issue was outstanding. He demonstrated excellent customer service and willingness to make things right, even though it was my issue to begin with. Great shop, great people. read more

I kid you not. We have been through hell trying to get our car repaired. 8 months later, my car ended up totaled and towed away. My car started in Orangevale and was shipped to Auburn after Orangevale couldn service it. While in Auburn shabby repairs were made and my car was exposed to mildew and mold while in their garage. Treatment of the mold by their 3rd party vendor rendered the car useless due to a chemical smell that could not be eradicated. Nor was the mold and mildew eradicated. I drove the car once for a medical appointment and the left headlight fell out of the casing causing irreparable damage to the headlight. The new bumper was aftermarket and began to become misaligned to the fenders. I called to get the repairs for the headlight and number and was informed by the regional manager that headlights don't fall out after being repaired. This was after the Orangevale shop committed to fix everything again due to the poor workmanship. I am now working with my attorney rather than a second class business. read more

My truck was damaged at a Quick Quak auto wash. The side brushes ripped the bumper loose by the front wheel well. Josua, at Caliber Collision was very helpful in getting my truck through the repair process. He kept me informed through every step. I am very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend them. E. Lehman read more

To those who did the physical labor on my car thank you! The actual repair of my vehicle was really well done but the process of getting to that end product was a major headache. I felt I had to keep calling to make sure the repair was actually getting done because I was left in the dark about my repair pretty much no updates unless I called myself. My car was transferred from the Roseville location to this orangevale location on a Monday. Heard nothing from the shop when I call to see how the repair was going I was told on 3pm on Thursday they hadn't touched my car yet. My service coordinator was Jason. Basically nobody took care of calling my insurance and adjusting the claim to cover the orangevale shop instead of the roseville shop so they weren't gonna start the repair til that was done. This could have been fixed with a 5 minute phone call directly to Allstate or to me to tell me to call Allstate myself but instead I received zero communication and they let my car sit for days while I paid for a rental car out of pocket. And they were aware I was paying out of pocket for my rental car. Moral of the story take your repairs elsewhere read more

This guy Russ at the front desk has incredible patients and excellent customer service. They helped me in my time of panic! Accidents are the worst thing ever but (I think his manager "MIKE") we're so kind and helped me get my situation taken care of. It's a pretty simple process they just had me check in, then drop my car off so they can fix it, signed some papers and I was on my way! Highly recommend this shop, called other stores but Russ was the kindest and was able to help me understand the process. I will be coming back and telling my friends and Family to go see Russ and Mike! All the other office staff is great and consistent read more

I can't recommend this place more. From the beginning they were fantastic. Someone hit my car and their insurance company works with Caliber. The customer service is exceptional. Sara and Mercedes were so welcome and friendly and very knowledgeable through the EASY process. They had a rental car waiting for me when I brought my car in to get worked on. They updated me via calls and texts almost daily and were extremely honest and reasonable in costs. I highly, highly, recommend this place. You are in great hands. Bonus: When I picked up my car after it was complete, they had it washed and pretty much had the interior detailed. Very impressed! I will be going back for all my car needs in the future. read more

My rear bumper was dented in a minor accident a couple months back. I took it into Caliber for an estimate to give to the other party. The other driver wanted to handle individually and leave insurance out of it. I explained the situation to the Caliber claims writer and he was very informative and knowledgeable. I'm the end I was compensated by the other driver for the cost of the estimate. Caliber did a fantastic job replacing my new bumper and the total amount came in slightly under the original estimate. The final result is fantastic. read more

This place was on the preferred list from my insurance company and within walking distance so i selected them. Sterling assisted me, made sure I understood everything and most importantly, made sure I got no surprises at the end. Estimate he gave me was pretty much on the money, and again, most importantly everything was covered and all I had to pay was my deductible. The work they performed was exemplary. I can't even tell work was done, they did a great job matching paint and all the work is guaranteed for as long as I own. I highly recommend Caliber Collision, and don't forget to ask for Sterling. read more

My boyfriend took his car here about a week or so ago. Josh I believe was the person who helped us. First of all he REEKED of beer It's all I could smell when he was talking. Proceeded to make small talk with us and in the process let us know he's had 3 DUI's. How do you work somewhere with cars when you don't even have a license? Caliber should be doing better background checks on their employees. We will never be coming back here if these are the people they hire. DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! How do you not know your employee is intoxicated at 3 in afternoon read more

I had a new paint job done to part of my car here. Initially I had some concerns after the car was painted, but the staff corrected the issue and went above and beyond to make it look perfect. Tom at Caliber was a consummate professional. He made sure I was updated on a daily basis about what stage of repair my car was in, and the estimated schedule of repairs we were facing. I always felt informed and treated with courtesy. They did a fantastic job making my car look new again! And I know they'll stand by their work thanks to their excellent warranty. I came to Caliber Collision under an unfortunate situation. I had been rear ended with damage to my bumper and the insurance company suggested that I go here for the repairs. This group is amazing and provided beyond excellent service! Everyone I worked with was not only professional, but very personable as well which is something that is very much appreciated when you're dealing with the nerves that come with trusting your car to a new place. They always kept me in the loop with their updates via text, so I never had to guess or worry about the status of my car. They did an amazing job repairing my bumper and even matching my paint color perfectly. All in all I am very impressed with the quality of service I received here. My Camry was sideswiped by a large Dodge Ram Truck. Never having been in an accident, I chose Caliber Collision because of all the great reviews and I wasn't disappointed. From the minute I walked in the door, they took over everything. Sara was amazing...she called or texted every single day sometimes both to give me updates on what was happening with my vehicle. My rear bumper was scratched while parked at Homedepot. Caliber was an affiliated shop with 21st Century Insurance. They were wonderful. I dropped off my car on a Monday, and it was done by Thursday, and Thomas called me daily to update me on the progress. The car looks as good as new. And they took care of all the paperwork, I just had to pay the deductible. I couldn't be more happy. read more

A poor experience elsewhere led me to this really great body shop! I'm now a fan of Caliber Collision. From the moment I called them about my repair, they were professional and understanding. Insurance was handling my claim and the team at Caliber took care of everything. They answered all my questions (and I had a lot of them). The front desk team and the estimator were very personable and assured me that my new car would look great again. It was first class service. Scheduling my repair was straightforward and Caliber was on time for my appointment. My car was estimated to be there for one week but they were able to finish the job one day early. The workmanship of the repair is fantastic. I truly cannot see where there was previously an accident. Hopefully I never need another auto body repair, but if I do, I will absolutely take my car to this shop! Thanks again guys! Great job on my car! read more
