I would give this shop 0 stars if I could. I brought my car in because it had an intermittent stalling issue. The shop charged me for repairs and assured me the problem was fixed. Less than 2 miles after leaving their shop, the car broke down again with the exact same issue. In fact, I couldn't even make it two blocks away before I was stranded on the side of the road. When I took the car back, instead of standing behind their work, they charged me for another diagnostic fee. They then told me I needed to replace virtually every fuel system component and claimed that would solve the problem. After spending even more money, the vehicle still had the same issue. They also told me I needed new spark plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. Later I discovered that some of the parts appeared to be used rather than new, despite being charged for replacement parts. To make matters worse, I found evidence that some of the work they billed me for was never actually completed. They originally told me installing a new gas tank would take about 4 hours. When the bill came, they claimed it took 12 hours. I was also charged a fee for removing a gas tank, even though the vehicle did not have the tank configuration they described. I specifically had them remove the side-mounted fuel sender because I did not like the noise it made. They convinced me to install a new tank with an in-tank sender and promised the noise would go away. After spending approximately $1,800, the exact same noise is still there. Another major issue was dealing with Josh. Trying to get answers from him required a tremendous amount of patience. His customer service skills were poor, and I constantly felt like my concerns were being dismissed instead of addressed. This shop also kept my car for weeks at a time with very little progress. What makes that even more frustrating is that after all that time, I picked up the car and couldn't even make it two blocks down the road before it stranded me again with the exact same problem I brought it in for. What professional repair shop returns a vehicle to a customer without properly road-testing it and verifying that the original complaint has actually been fixed? If they had done even a basic test drive, they would have immediately discovered the issue was still there. After spending thousands of dollars, being charged multiple diagnostic fees, waiting weeks for repairs, and still ending up with a car that wasn't fixed, I have completely lost confidence in this shop. Poor diagnostics, questionable billing practices, poor communication, and no accountability for their work.also i cant even pull into my driveway without gas pouring out of the gas tank talked to Josh about this all he can say is get a new gas cap I feel the gas tank should of came with a new gas cap for what I paid. I dont know if they hit a pot hole or something but now I have a cracked rim that cost me a extra because a careless shop. I will never do business with this shop again and would strongly recommend that others think twice before trusting them with their vehicles. read more

I am very pleased with the service that was provided from Josh and his crew at Jep. I originally took my Jeep to the dealer thinking "oh they'll know how to fix it" boy was that a joke! The dealer said I broke the front carrier assembly which had to be replaced. I just couldn't imagine doing that so after making a call to Jep I had the Jeep towed to his shop. From the moment the Jeep arrived at his shop and briefly speaking to him I knew I had made the right decision. From every phone call he made updating me on the status and what was going to be done next to also contacting my extended warranty company he went above and beyond what I was expecting. This shop is very unprofessional and would not recommend. Go to a shop and get what you pay for. This shop has to be the least friendly shop i've experienced in town well worth to make a drive out to a better shop and get the job done right and not deal with the poor customer service. I had some high Hope's for this shop. In an effort to find honest service for a fun drag build I started with a quote for some support mods. The quote give was changed due to some siezed bolts which as far as I'm concerned is part of the job. Also of the parts given I tried walking the shop through all I wanted and of course was given the " o ya we got it attitude" but after closer inspection a key part was overlooked and when called out rather than saying we jacked up it somehow seemed as though it was my fault.. all of that I guess is expected but for not supplying any parts and paying 2300$ I expect more. Lastly what really sealed the deal of this 1 star review these guys crack a sensor rendering my ac inoperable. They knew they did it and let me drive off with it that way. I drove back and let they know and the counter guy said "yea a sensor broke off" like really what you guys were hoping I wouldn't catch it. But then after repairing there srew up they had the audacity to charge me for the part! Lol I paid and unfortunately I will have to try a speed shop in San Diego. Should have know these guys being in Hemet‍ The take away is stick to your prices and dont change them or work with getting approval. Second, dont poo poo your customers and overlook details, lastly if you screw up handle it. Your screw up your problem. read more

They rebuilt our engine in our Chrysler 300. Even with a broken back josh was on it and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you again JEP Auto !!! I had the worst experience ever taking my truck to do performance upgrades at JEP Autoworks. Josh gave me a quote for performance upgrades not to exceed $10,000. He ended up giving me a final bill for $14000 for his work that I was not aware of nor did I have that extra $4000 to pay him for the work he did. Josh is a bait and switch sheister. He will give you an estimate for his work and then increase the bill after he's done the work without disclosing it to you before hand. If you can't pay him, he will charge you $45 for daily storage and then rack up his bill to where he can then file a transfer of title on my truck and steal my Truck for the money I owed him which was way over what his estimate provided. My engine ended up blowing up from his work done. I had my truck towed back to his shop where he pulled the motor apart to tell me the engine blew and he would NOT honor his warranty issued for his work. He also did not tell me it would be another $2100 to pull the motor apart to diagnose the problem. He has been holding my Truck hostage and increasing the bill for Storage fees he charges Again! I have given him over $16000 only to end up with my Truck and no motor. If you wanna get ripped off and be charged Storage Fee's for a bill you can't pay then JEP Storage Works is your shop. If you can't pay the storage fee's, Josh will steal your car. He does not honor his warranty because his performance upgrades are NOT street legal. So you get no warranty on his work done, even though he claims to give you one. read more

Have used for body & fiberglass work, mandrel bent exhaust system, misc fabrication and help dyno-tuning a blow through procharged engine. All work was above expectations. Also used for amp / speaker installation on a new truck ... parts provided were perfect and installation looked factory. Nice facility. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend. read more
