Tony came to our rescue and did an amazing job restoring it--by the time he was finished, the carpet looked brand new. What really stood out was his commitment to customer satisfaction. He knew I would be visiting the property a few days after the cleaning, and he took the time to follow up with a phone call to make sure I was happy with the results and to ask if there was anything else that needed attention. His professionalism, quality of work, and excellent customer service exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to use Tony again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of carpet cleaning services.

I contacted them again for personal use, and they went above and beyond and did a fabulous job. My old maintenance manager always dealt with Rocky. I called to make an appointment and dealt with Rocky as well. He was super nice, professional, and called me for payment once the job was completed. They are totally reasonable, as well. I remember us sending them out for a standard carpet clean at properties and they would make horrible carpet look brand new, but when they knew cleaning it was a waste of money they told us the truth and recommended replacement. They pulled back roughly one half of the carpet in the room. All around that permitter there are scuff marks and dings, whereas there are none along the rest of the room. This is clear evidence that they caused this damage. I've tried to reach out to the developer who contracted their work as it was done under warranty multiple times since work was done. They forward the issue to JC carpet, I hear nothing back. JC carpet hasn't reached out to fix anything or even address the issues. I sent an email last night- with all involved CCd. I've heard nothing back. I wouldn't do business with this company if you paid me. I actually cancelled my own- non warranty scheduled work with them and asked my developer to allow me to work with someone else and was denied due to horrible office staff customer service (only one staff member set this experience though- the rest I spoke too were great). Also they aren't currently licensed. They shouldn't even be performing work.
