I asked to speak with a manager, and Rob informed me they don't offer refunds, but could clean the rugs again. At this point, the rugs had already been gone for over two months, and I had no confidence a third cleaning would fix the issue. I declined and asked again for a refund due to their failure to meet the original guarantee. Rob said he'd look into making an exception and follow up with me. That was over two weeks ago, and I haven't heard back. The rugs have now been in my home for several weeks, and they still smell like urine covered by heavy fragrance. He called 30 minutes before notifying me of my appointment with a lot of humor. He did a walk through of the house first and explained everything he was doing. I paid an extra $30 for oxi boost and I think it made a HUGE difference. Chris was courteous, funny, friendly and kind. He worked relatively quickly for my house which is 2100sq but not everything was carpeted. I'd say 1000 sq is carpeted. He finished within 1.5 ish hours and gave me tips to get the carpet to dry faster. He scrubbed the carpet within an inch of its life but brought all my carpet back to life! Omg it's SO clean! I opted out of doing the stairs because I don't really care about my stairs but if I wanted to add those it it would have been an additional cost which slips my mind now. I highly recommend this company but would specifically ask for Chris! He worked so hard to get my carpets as clean as anyone would want them. Now for some before and after photos! Note, I took these photos almost immediately after he finished so they are still mildly damp so I assume they will only brighten up MORE as they dry! Yassssssssss people, get on it.
