I received an estimate a few days later. Mike went over all the paperwork with me to help me understand. He was in communication with me and my insurance company throughout the entire process, so I did not need to deal with my insurance company. Mike has good knowledge of the insurance end as well as the construction aspect. My Insurance company was very difficult to deal with and Mike took my burdens all away. Had Jenesis deal with my hail damage. about a 20K roof job, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The estimator was great. The foreman on the job was great. They kept me informed. They cleaned up after themselves. They SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, and were done when they said they would be. I brought up a problem we'd had repaired from a previous roofer, and Jenni made sure the extra flashing was installed the way i requested. I even had a bit of a problem, and it was owned and handled - which is the real way to judge a company. One of the workers broke a light on the outside of my home - and Jenni called, let me know, and had a replacement put in by a licensed electrician. It was as painless as it could have been. Awesome company! We had a severe hail storm a few months back in Frederick (north of Denver) and needed a full roof replacement plus code upgrades. I interviewed 5 roofing companies before having Duane from Jenesis come out to give me a quote. EVERY OTHER company was sneaky and wouldn't give me a quote until they knew how much my insurance would pay etc. Duane did it like a pro. His quote came in less than the adjusters for replacing the roof after bad hail damage.
