We got nailed in the May 2017 hail storm that hit Colorado. As many others did in our Golden neighborhood, I looked to my Nextdoor neighborhood website for recommendations and to read reviews, I also read the reviews on Yelp. We chose Jenesis because of the reviews and personal stories, I am very glad I did! The whole team was professional and courteous and exemplary in every way. More than anything the communication was stellar. As both my husband and I work full time I requested that all communication be via email and they honored that. Every communication was by email and was very prompt. I will continue to recommend Jenesis at every opportunity. Thank you! read more

We used Jenesis Roofing to replace our roof. They were very prompt, did excellent work, and offered a very fair price, below the bids of other roofers. Jim Peterson was very responsive to our requests. He spotted and took care of many items we would have missed. We whole heartedly recommend Jenesis. Rod and Connie S. read more

Jenni Petersen owner of Jenesis Roofing has provided quality and timely service for my additions, remodels and new homes for 18 years. As a general contractor it means so much to have someone with a vast knowledge of the products they use and the expertise of installation. I have great confidence in knowing the work provided will be top quality and the final roof inspection will be approved! Thank you Jenni! Curtis Welch Advanced Construction Mgt. read more

Morris and Jen went above and beyond when the ridiculous hails storms of 2015 claimed my roof. Everyone on my block (and in Colorado...) got a new roof this summer, and so it did take about three full months to get the roof negotiated with Allstate (BOOOO!), on and finished. Aside from that I was very pleased and can highly recommend Jenesis! read more

Jenny Peterson and her staff are a marvel. I'm also a service contractor and have worked along side Jenesis Roofing and am so impressed. They stay on schedule, hit the mark on pricing, and move thru the job efficiently and cleanly. Removing and replacing a roof is a messy job and they leave the property spotless. Super pros in what I think is a difficult business. There are so many roofers that flood into Colorado when we have our severe hail storms and the resulting damage. Jenesis is a locally owned and operated company so you can just trust them immediately and know that they are here in town to stand behind their work. read more

Jenni and her crew are experienced, knowledgeable, and very professional. They are passionate about what they do and get the job done in a timely manner with no games and no surprises. read more

I was selling my house and my realtor wanted to confirm my roof was good and wanted to get a certification. I was referred to Jenesis Roofing. I called and within a day they had their inspector on my roof and I had pictures and a certification. I was so pleased that I recommend Jenesis to everyone I know! read more

Jenni and her team at Jenesis Roofing have been absolutely fantastic for me. I have no problem referring family and friends to them. They do the job right and care about their customers- I know from personal experience! read more

I've been networking with Jenesis Roofing for over two years now and have learned so much from these guys when it comes to taking care of the roof on my property. Not only are these guys a proficient team (i've heard many raving reviews from happy customers), but they are proactive in preventative maintenance education. It's always a good sign when a business focuses on the needs of the consumer with preventative tips. This tells me they are not desperate to get a "sale," rather they are customer service oriented and in service to the needs of the public. Thanks Jenesis Roofing - you really do stand above the rest!! read more

I used Jenesis a few months ago to do my new roof and gutters, everything went great . They were in and out the job only took two days. Tim was especially helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them read more

Just had a complete roof replacement by Jenesis roofing and couldn't be happier. Duane made the entire process smooth, easy, was very thorough and was very accommodating (came out on a Sunday to meet the insurance adjuster). Duane's crew left the job site cleaner than when they started even picking up trash leftover from my neighbors roofers. If you are in the market for a new roof I would highly recommend calling Jenesis roofing and asking for Duane. read more

Jenni and the crew at Jenesis are FANTASTIC!! Our roof was destroyed by hail and Jenni made the process of replacing our roof super easy. She dealt with the insurance adjusters so I didn't have to, and she obtained additional money for us for the necessary repairs. She also coordinated directly with the gutter repair people to ensure that the entire process went smoothly. New roof looks great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

Jenesis Roofing just finished installing an asphalt roof to replace our 25 yr old shake shingle roof. So many choices for replacement had us confused, but Jenni took the time to help us decide which shingles would look best for our home. We have a 4000 Sq ft ranch in Cherry Hills so it was quite an undertaking. The crew took 5 days to take old roof off & install new roof. The roofers worked hard & cleaned up every night before leaving. They were very polite and professional. We couldn't be more pleased. We would highly recommend their work. read more

I highly recommend Jenesis Roofing. Jenni and her team are reliable, knowledgeable and extremely talented. They take pride in what they do and it shows not only in the customer experience but in the quality of work they provide. Call and see for yourself! read more

Jenesis Roofing was very thorough in their proposal giving a detailed list of what was to be done including product to be used as well as procedure and then did it in two. days. Workers were professional and efficient. Clean up was good. Didn't envy them on hot roof but no delay. Roof passed inspection without a problem. Went up with inspector to watch and listen. His comments were good. read more

Jenesis Roofing is by far the most professional and efficient roofing company I have ever worked with. Jenni's guys replaced the roof on our house last week, and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish, Jenni's attention to detail and knowledge made this process one of the easiest projects we have ever dealt with. The explanation of the different materials and products available on the market made our decisions educated rather than someone just telling us "this is what we use". Top notch company, keep up the great work. It's no wonder you guys are are such a successful company! read more

After a large tree limb from a silver maple fell on the roof of our home, leaving behind a decent size hole in our roof, we called 3 roofers for estimates on repair. Felipe from Jenesis was the last of the 3 to come out, but I am sure glad I waited for the third bid. Not only was his estimate fair, but Felipe himself came out to do the repair and went above and beyond, listening to my concerns and addressing each perfectly. They were able to locate and match the exact shingles used on my 12 year old roof and the repair is barely noticeable. I would use Jenesis again without hesitation. read more

I have only good things to say about Jenesis Roofing. I'm in the new home construction industry but needed my roof replaced on my personal home. I had a shake roof that was badly damaged by a hail storm (finally). The problem that I faced was the depreciation factor of my insurance payout which left me short of proper funds for full replacement. Jenni helped us navigate through the insurance process and did what she could to help with submitting supplements so we could get as much as we could. She was not only helpful but very prompt in her response time. We had a window of good weather that we wanted to do the replacement and she was able to accommodate the replacement which couldn't have been more seamless. Her crews were very prompt, respectful and cleaned up incredibly well! My father in law was in town while this work was happening and I was pretty sure he was going to have them all in for dinner upon completion. Again from someone in the industry, I have seen a lot of construction companies and this one is top notch! Oh and by the way, my house looks great and I would recommend them any day of the week! Thank you, thank you!!! Tina read more

Great experience from start to finish. We have 2 homes, one in Denver and one in Centennial. The Centennial home had a shake roof (the dumbest type for Denver) and really needed to be replaced along with the gutters. I really wanted to do dimensional shingles, new gutters and gutter covers. Our house is a large 2 story with garage and a decent pitch on the roof. The whole experience was wonderful and the follow up exceptional. We even had some issues with the HOA and Jenny (the owner) actually helped us deal with everything. There was one hiccup, the delivered the wrong color gutters but was remedied immediately. Love the roof, the color and the overall process- no hassle at all and it looks beautiful! Truly great communication, price and customer service. I will be using them to do the roof on our other house for sure. I'll try ad get a picture to post too! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They roofed my house 3 years ago and it started leaking within 3 months. It is STILL leaking even though they have come out and "fixed" it! I have been treated rudely by their service people, office people and the owner herself. I am now forced to pay an entirely new company for an entirely new roof. Thank you Jenesis (not!) read more

Have used Jenesis roofing a couple of times and they are always professional, on time for estimates and when performing the work. They are the cleanest roofing company I have every worked with. I refer family, friends and clients. read more

While I did have to wait 2 weeks to have someone come out to look at my roof, the service was exceptional and the repairs were done quickly. It was worth having a tarp on my roof for two weeks to get this kind of service. read more

We were one of the lucky ones who were caught up in the Hail Storm of 2017 in May. We live 2 miles from Colorado Mills Mall (which was destroyed for 6 months). Our neighborhood was inundated with Roofing Companies who promised the world and were even stalking and uncomfortable at times, always wanting to know what our insurance company was paying us so they could mark up their cost. Jenesis was different, professional and excellent. Jenni was constantly in touch, sent top people, the clean up was above par (not one nail was found), and the gutters are amazing. Jenni helped us choose the color of our tiles and we LOVE it. It took 2 days, that's it. I hear horror stories from my neighbors but not us, Jenni took amazing care of us and as a business owner, I would recommend Jenesis above all! Thank you Jenni..you rock!! read more

Reputable, Local. Because roofing is such a big ticket business, all sorts of scoundrels flood in looking for victims. I wouldn't trust an estimate from anyone but Jenesis. Jenni has built a great business based on integrity, excellence and honesty. read more

Jenni and the entire staff were professional and helpful in getting a full roof replacement after initially we were told a repair would be sufficient. While they are busy (what business isn't if they are good!) we were kept informed every step of the way and highly satisfied with the result. I would recommend Jenesis Roofing to strangers, friends and family... thank you for a job well done! read more

Jenesis Roofing just completed my second reroof, first one was in 2005, hail damage both times. If anything they have gotten better. The whole process took 8 days. On Thursday March 13th, Jenesis's three man crew tore off and replaced my roof, the next Thursday the "punch" man checked the roof, painted the roof penetrations, and called the city for an inspection on Friday. The city approved the roof Friday AM, (We had snow on Tuesday into Wednesday or the roof could have been inspected earlier). I highly recommend Jenesis Roofing to anyone looking to have their roof replaced! read more
