I had a client who was getting several bids and JP had the most competitive price. He was very hardworking, diligent, and communicative with me during this time. I very much appreciate his willingness to work with my client and how communicative he was. Thanks JP!!

I found people…read morewilling to do the work (through Thumbtack and other services), but I wanted a licensed roofer to do the work to avoid future issues. When I finally found some licensed roofers, getting a quote or responses was a challenge. Rocky Mountain Roof Doctors was the most professional and responsive. They gave me time frames for coming out to do the estimate and delivered within that time frame. They sent the estimate in a timely fashion and quoted far less for the repair than the other companies--and those companies took far longer to do the estimate and didn't seem interested in my small job. Since my repair was not urgent, they let me know they'd call when they planned to be in the neighborhood for other work and would swing by for our repair. They did just that, calling the day before and giving us a four-hour window the next day. Crew members came by about 1/2 hour into that window and were done rather quickly. I'll definitely call them again if I need roof work.

If I bought another property that needed a roof, I would definitely call Mike again.

I've had some problems with the gutters and paint work. The gutter contractor did come out and take a look at the gutters and attempted to fix the issue I was having. I would NOT hire this company to do any painting on the exterior of your home. I would recommend hiring a separate contractor for that. I've had problems from day one with the paint work. I finally gave up even going back to them to have them address the paint issues. Also, I'm pretty sure one of the painters stole a large light blue crystal that I had in my back yard called amazonite. It is irreplaceable and it is something I found while hiking. One of the younger men was helping me move furniture off of the deck and literally gasped when he saw the crystal. I didn't think much of it at the time but it went missing after all the work was done. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until much later because I was caught up in having all this work done to my home and dealing with the issues. I'm very upset about that because it's something I can never replace. I would have given 4 stars if it wasn't for a irreplaceable item being stolen and the issues I had with the paint work.

I can tell you with absolute certainty: Colorado Roofing Company is in a league of their own. The Price: They weren't just competitive; they were substantially more reasonable than everyone else. In an industry where people often price-gouge, their quote was a breath of fresh air--fair, transparent, and significantly better for my wallet. The Expertise: Anthony was a total pro. He didn't just 'sell' me; he mentored me on how to protect my investment. He helped me navigate the shingle selection process, and we landed on a specific shingle that is an absolute 10/10. It matches the house and paint perfectly. My home feels more secure and looks better than it ever has. The Crew: I actually enjoyed having this crew around my house. They were fast, efficient, and some of the most conscientious people I've dealt with. But here is where they truly blew me away: The Cleanup. It was a windy day during the install, and some debris blew into my neighbor's yard. Not only did they clean my yard immaculately, they cleaned the neighbor's yard so well I think it looks better now than it did before the storm! They even picked up the spring leaves while they were at it. They went above and beyond in every sense of the word. If you want exquisite work, fair pricing, and a team that treats your property (and your neighbors) with genuine respect, call Colorado Roofing Company. They are just good, honest people.
