Dr Hayashi remembers his patients and is open to trying different things that may work best based on your feedback. One of my favorite things is that the office staff has the ability to text. The staff here are all very nice and patient. They are excellent at communicating with you especially with all of the different exam tests you are required to do. I honestly never had to do so many eye exams before, but I appreciated the thoroughness. Dr. Liao was the optometriest who assessed me and took care of my exam. I came here for contact lens exam, as well as, my eyeglass prescription. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough! She is very personable and takes the nerves away. She treats you like any other person and not just like a patient. They do not try to upsell you and truly want the best for you. I would definitely come back.
