Her pediatrician said there's not a lot of pediatric ophthalmologist so it might take a while for someone to call me to set an appointment. Surprisingly only waited 4 days and I received a call from scheduling. The lady who helped me was kind initially she said the earliest appointment was alittle over a month but thankfully she found us an earlier date. I received text and email reminders a few days closer to her appointment. The day of her appt we arrived 15 mins early. The lady at the front desk was nice and welcoming. Filled up a new pt worksheet. Then we were shortly called to the back. My daughter ran to the examination chair and independently sat herself waiting patiently. Dr. Salahuddin came in with a mask but his eyes smiled which was quite infectious. He was very welcoming and gave her a high-five. My daughter enjoys going to doctors appointments and gets very excited and compliant but she's not comfortable with any male clinicians. She gets this worried look in her face and becomes the total opposite of how she would normally act around female counterpart. So I was glad he was trying to make her feel comfortable. She allowed him to examine her eyes. He was professional, knowledgeable and he took his time explaining the condition we were referred by in layman's term. It was a quick in and out appointment. We had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly, Dr. Salahuddin was amazing and the office was clean.

If you chance to work with him, know that he will absolutely take care of you and your frames. I came in to pick up my new frames a couple weeks back and as he was getting ready to send me off with them, he informed me that he would be ordering me a new pair because the current frames were very faintly flawed from the manufacturer. He had me and my sister look at the defected area under certain light angles and it was so tiny and unnoticeable that he could have easily just let me go with them, but he didn't. What a guy! Came back after my replacement pair arrived and was excited to work with him again on getting the frames adjusted to my face/head just right. He's patient still and doesn't mind making any microadjustments. Thank you for your due diligence and careful work! Much appreciated!

Time of appointment was easy also , electronic check in and payment process! Staff friendly and kind. Overall check in process great. Visit with the optometrist welcoming and simple, procedure of the exam was good. Conversation and questions answered. Came across a "rate us" on Yelp so why not! I do recommend this optometrist location, I have yet to order my prescription for my vision but do to a wait process of the trial pair, I will wait the week and order. Nothing but good thoughts and courtesy from all who I encountered. Location is simple , you've probably seen as you driven by, parking is spacious! Better yet give them a try and "Yelp" all about it!

While we were waiting, we were allowed to look at glasses in advance incase the Dr would recommend glasses. The lady who helped me was so sweet and patient. After choosing one, we waited for about 8-10 mins before seeing the optometrist's assistant. She was swift and polite. We were then sat in a room where we would wait for Dr Pazirandeh. He was very gentle & assuring. He did well with my daughter and made us feel comfortable. Thank you!

Since staring a new position at work I'm constantly looking at a computer screen and I've noticed some vision changes. I called 3 weeks ago and they gave me the earliest date and time. Arrived today about 7mins before they officially opened at 8am. They have self check in kiosks for both Fog Remington and Insight Vision Center. Easy to use they provide the instructions in English and in Spanish. You simply provide your information, Scan your DL and they also ask for a payment card. The waiting room is a good size and has many seats. The ladies at the front counter are nice. Noticed that people do try to check in with them but they would redirect them to the self service kiosks. I was called back about 10mins later. Dr.Lu is my doctor she's kind and knowledgeable, listened my concerns. My appointment as a whole lasted about 30mins. The place is clean and everyone was friendly.
