While we were waiting, we were allowed to look at glasses in advance incase the Dr would recommend glasses. The lady who helped me was so sweet and patient. My daughter had to decide on 1 from the 15 that was offered. We didn't feel rushed and felt she was doing her best to make sure the glasses fit my daughter nicely. After choosing one, we waited for about 8-10 mins before seeing the optometrist's assistant. She was swift and polite. We were then sat in a room where we would wait for Dr Pazirandeh. He was very gentle & assuring. He did well with my daughter and made us feel comfortable. Thank you!

He's very kind, and extremely helpful. I have gone to him for eye concerns not related to actual glasses several times. I even have his emergency number. I trust him completely with my vision, and I believe that you should, too. Throughout the years the neighborhood where his office is located has kind of gone downhill, but I still feel safe in his office. His staff is very kind, and most if not all of them are bilingual (which isn't a need of mine, but worth stating for others!). The back room that houses the glasses has a nice large selection. I got a pair of glasses with the help of my insurance for only $10. I'm assuming that a pair of glasses without insurance would be over $130, possibly more, but I bet they could work with you.

My wife's been going to him since she was a little girl, and when I needed to find a new eye doctor a few years ago, I started going to him, too. Absolutely no regrets. His office staff is nice and they get the job done. I didn't feel super pressured to buy expensive frames; I told the lady helping me that I was on a budget and she helped me find some frames that fit that budget. My new glasses were ready within just a few days, and pickup was a breeze. The office itself is pretty small and seems to be pretty old; he's probably been in this location for a very long time. It's okay, while it's not much to look at, it's a really good place to get your eyes check out and get some new glasses.

Dr Recalde's office team reflects her attributes in providing exceptional patient care with professionalism, little wait time and attention to detail. If you chance to work with him, know that he will absolutely take care of you and your frames. I came in to pick up my new frames a couple weeks back and as he was getting ready to send me off with them, he informed me that he would be ordering me a new pair because the current frames were very faintly flawed from the manufacturer. He had me and my sister look at the defected area under certain light angles and it was so tiny and unnoticeable that he could have easily just let me go with them, but he didn't. What a guy! Came back after my replacement pair arrived and was excited to work with him again on getting the frames adjusted to my face/head just right. He's patient still and doesn't mind making any microadjustments. Thank you for your due diligence and careful work! Much appreciated!

I do recommend this optometrist location, I have yet to order my prescription for my vision but do to a wait process of the trial pair, I will wait the week and order. Nothing but good thoughts and courtesy from all who I encountered. Location is simple , you've probably seen as you driven by, parking is spacious! Since staring a new position at work I'm constantly looking at a computer screen and I've noticed some vision changes. I called 3 weeks ago and they gave me the earliest date and time. Arrived today about 7mins before they officially opened at 8am. They have self check in kiosks for both Fog Remington and Insight Vision Center. Easy to use they provide the instructions in English and in Spanish. You simply provide your information, Scan your DL and they also ask for a payment card. The waiting room is a good size and has many seats. The ladies at the front counter are nice. Noticed that people do try to check in with them but they would redirect them to the self service kiosks. I was called back about 10mins later. Dr.Lu is my doctor she's kind and knowledgeable, listened my concerns. My appointment as a whole lasted about 30mins. The place is clean and everyone was friendly.
