The doctor I visited with was doctor Nguyen and she was wonderful. She was very good at explaining everything that needed to be done for my eyes. The staff up front and the doctor's assistance were very polite , explained everything where it was easy to understand and very helpful. read more

I brought my daughter in for an eye exam for the first time ever. The waiting room was a bit small but it fits about 15-20 people. The ladies in the front were prompt and friendly. While we were waiting, we were allowed to look at glasses in advance incase the Dr would recommend glasses. The lady who helped me was so sweet and patient. My daughter had to decide on 1 from the 15 that was offered. We didn't feel rushed and felt she was doing her best to make sure the glasses fit my daughter nicely. After choosing one, we waited for about 8-10 mins before seeing the optometrist's assistant. She was swift and polite. We were then sat in a room where we would wait for Dr Pazirandeh. He was very gentle & assuring. He did well with my daughter and made us feel comfortable. Thank you! read more

Front staff is very friendly, Back staff is efficient and friendly, the wait is so short it will shock you. I've been coming here for over six years. read more

Really nice staff, they worked efficiently together to get patients in and out. Dr. David was informative and nice as well.

This place has screwed up any future appointments that I've had since I canceled them after seeing a roach flopping on the floor for it survival I guess my vision wasn't that bad but when there's nothing else I'm using to look at in such a dismal office, the roach is the highlight I went there each time thinking I was gonna get my eyes dilated well actually the first time I didn't go there thinking I was gonna get them done, but they told me I was I didn't have a driver available and the last time I had them done I felt like I was on ecstasy The second appointment was made for a dilation that was made at 7 o'clock in the morning, which I had a relative drive me a close relative someone you don't want to be with in the morning and they had no dilation. The glasses didn't fit my face I have no idea where they are. They dropped off of the face and I just left him there. I would give him a zero star. read more

All I can say is I have a wish. They were very awesome about having the Ozzy Osborne glasses available. But I only wish they came with a thicker frame to help insure the secure intact of the lenses. read more

The staff and the Doctors are so welcoming and go out of their way to help you and explain what is going on with your eye health.my laser procedure took very little time quick and easy Dr Kaye is an excellent doctor. read more

I ordered glasses and after several weeks went by and I called to check on the order only to find they were never ordered

Would give it 0 star if I can. Employees were so rude. Only went in to pick up glasses and ran into so many problems with rude employees. Unbelievable. read more

It was good a bit of a wait but overall ok. Reception was nice the assistant very nice and happy doctor ok too serious but nice

I was there to make sure I wasn't developing glaucoma. My eye pressure seems to run a little high. The staff was friendly.

Horrible place, The staff here are so rude and Doctor Petkar is so mean to the Medical Assistants & not to mention the rooms are dirty they don't sanitize properly as you can tell, I wouldn't recommend coming to this place at all you can definitely tell they have favoritism here. read more

My eye appointment with Dr. Aryan Pazirandeh on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at Natural Vision, Medical Group in Fresno, CA was exceptionally excellent. Natural Vision's convenient Fresno, Sanger and Madera locations have excellent doctors, and a broad selection of eyewear. In addition, the office staff have a sincere and respectful attitude, throughout the check-in and checkout process, totally respecting your time. I scheduled this appointment due to experiencing eye sensitivity along with concerns regarding my glasses. Dr. Pazirandeh greeted me on time. He then proceeded with a very professional, comprehensive and thorough examination, and followed up with a step-by-step visual explanation and recommendation using state-of-the-art eye equipment. This eye examination and information was essential to determine which eyeglasses met my specific vision needs and ensured that I protect my eyes effectively. Shushanik Martirosyan Optician was tremendously helpful, professional, and knowledgeable in selecting and finding the right frames too. If I could put a negative stars I would. Do not go to Dr. Kaye if you value your sight. He performed my mother's cataract surgery and he left her so much worst. He overcharged her for special lens that were completely wrong. Her vision is now much worst and the new specialist is saying he will not be able to correct his screw up. Do not trust this man. read more

It was a nice place the care was great . Quality was good . And the office was a little hard to find but it was clean and professional .

I was happy to be told I can postpone cataract surgery that I was told 2 years ago I need it which actually I can't see nothing now but the doctor told me that he could do a couple laser surgeries and fitted me for glasses which I'm happy about getting the glasses but nobody explain to me when I left after having my eyes dilated that I wouldn't be able to see to drive. And nothing was explained about why and what for having laser surgery what will happen what happens after or if will be able to drive???? read more

I just had my Retina laser treatment with Dr.kaye who is a very professional and knowledgeable eye doctor ...he is very direct in his work with a great sense of humor... The treatment process went very smooth and i was out of the clinic in less than an hour... In two wks , the doctor will decide for my cataract surgery, which i know i wi be in good hands with Dr. Kaye ... The staff in front desk is very friendly, however they need to be more organized , which i know is because of lack of space there........... Dr. Kaye made my visit very pleasant today 03/08/2018 read more

Never will I go to this place again not refer it to anyone I can't believe how low service they treat their patients. They did not recommend me to anyone else after they didn't want to see my five year old son. I was refer to by them by their doctor but know his doctor knows about the situation. I will speak up about it because I am a concern mother who's son and myself was disrespected! read more

Very pleased with my experience with Dr Kaye and the Natural Vision staff. I had two cataract's removed and no complaints. Very professional and courteous. Thank You read more

Had to get my yearly diabetes eye check they were great excellent care was treated great all out great experience.

Twice I have been to this place and had to wait an hour. They have one person who can show you the glasses that are locked up and that same person has to see you before you can pick them up so you have no choice but to sit and wait. I'm here now sitting with eight other people and I only need to pick up glasses for my husband. This place is ridiculous. Too many other choices than to waste my time here read more

I had an appt here a couple days ago for 12:45pm. I arrived on time & didn't get seen by Dr. Kaye until 2pm. it was such a rushed visit I'm left confused and unsatisfied. I was referred to him because he is an ophthalmologist and I am very near sighted so I was told I needed to be monitored. lately I've been having issues seeing and my vision will be completely blurred. I told the front desk people this and got a sooner appt cos I was scared. I believe my appt took so long is because inmates came to the practice which is fine I guess, but by the time Dr. Kaye came to me, all he really asked me is what I do for work & if I work on computers. I said yes, idk why he even asked me that cos he didn't give me any sort of advise. then he said "okay see you next time!" like really? I came here cos I'm worried about my vision... gave me no reassurance or any advise. I told him "um we took pictures of my retinas, can you tell me about them?" he had his iPad with him the whole time & was like "oh yes!" ...don't you think this should have been presented before you shooed me away? he basically told me my retinas are fine which is good, but then told me if I have ever thought about LASIK surgery. I said no cos I don't think I qualify. he then said I need to make an appt to get measured to see if I qualify. he didn't even explain why he thinks I should get LASIK or the benefits or anything. because I felt so rushed I agreed to setting up an appt. I went home n did some research n from my findings, I don't even want to do this & I want to know why Dr. Kaye thinks I should get it. I just felt like he wasn't informational and helpful at all. not only that, but he was a bit unprofessional & I felt uncomfortable. I've been to the Natural Vision in Madera a few times & the optometrist there that I've seen is much nicer. think I'd rather drive out to Madera than be seen by Dr. Kaye. it was a waste of time. I'm writing this review because I'm frustrated with my vision & I have a hard time seeing. I really was hopeful they could help me read more

Had a appointment set for weeks! When I arrived, early to do my paperwork, I was told to go to my car and fill it out and then they would call me on my phone to go to my appointment. I looked at the lobby and it was filled with patients Waiting. read more

After speaking with someone who used to work for a different local eye doctor, she advised me to get my child's medical records, saying that local eye doctors have been known to change medical records to make themselves look better. I requested the records but was repeatedly "warned" by the Natural Vision staff that I would have to pay a $35 fee if I was obtaining these records for my own personal use and not transferring them to another doctor. WTH? I requested the records but never received a call back. When I finally called them, I was given the run-around and had to threaten them with calling the state medical board and HHS before being told that was their office policy. My daughter's records were being held "for review by a supervisor and management". When I told them they'd violated state law by holding my child's records for more than 15 days they finally called me back a few hours later. The records were miraculously ready. These people are terrible. Do not go to them. read more

The Doctor is nice, helpful, attentive and answered all my questions. Recommended some eyezen lenses since I game and use computer screen at work. Selecting my glasses was very easy. Highly recommend this place. read more

Dr. Petkar is an amazing Opthalmologist! He allayed my fears from the flashing light that I was seeing on my right eye periphery. Crystal dilated my eyes with gentleness. Dr. Pazirandeh is an equally amazing Optometrist! Just an overall exceptionally-professional entity. Considering that I am a stickler for precision and the highest-standards, I highly-recommend Natural Vision! read more

This was my first time here and after reading the reviews, I was NOT looking forward to it. My only complaint is the wait time. They requested we be there a half hour before my appointment (for my 5 year old mind you) and they didn't see us until 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. The doctor was phenomenal and the optometrist was very personable. They even had my daughter's glasses done the same day. So all in all, good experience, just need to get that wait time fixed. read more

Both Optometrists that we've seen with our daughter were rude and seem like they didn't care to listen to our questions or concern regarding our daughter. As soon as we start to speak up or if we ask a question, they'll almost ignore what your question is and reply with something that has nothing to do with what you just asked. We waited for a very long time and was rushed when seen. Not a recommending this place if you're planning to take your children here! Take them to a pediatric optometrist who specializes in working with children. These optometrist here seems like they have no patience with children especially if your child has been waiting for a long time and gets moody when seen. I asked a question regarding possible surgery for my daughters eyes in the future and Dr. Nguyen response was that her focus is on the Heath of the child... As if my daughters health is not my focus??? It was a simple question to see if that was or was not possible in the future since my daughter has strabismus. Talk about being rude. This was just a mothers concern for her daughter having crossed eyes and wanting to do everything I can to help her. After this second attempt with natural vision, I'm taking my daughter elsewhere and now warning other parents out there about this location and how you might get treated as well. read more

I've been here a few times before. Once for my daughter and once for myself. The exams were very thorough and everyone from the staff that we encountered was great! Really enjoy coming to this eye doctor. Doctors are nice and explain everything thoroughly. Selene, I believe that's her name, over where you choose your frames is hilarious and loves to laugh! I love this place. They're kind and considerate. They make you feel very comfortable. You don't have to wait long. The ladies that fit your glasses are exceptionally nice. Even though I had to go back a little over 6 months to have my glasses redone I'm still happy with them I mean they took me in no problems didn't ask me any questions. They redid my lenses and I was happy I would definitely recommend this place read more

I've had the honour of having both Dr Kaye and Dr Nguyen as my doctors for many years. I would like to share the fact both excellent in their field. The office has all needed medical equipment to handle anything. If they feel that there is a second opinion needed they do not hesitate to send a person for one as in the case with me. I do not give a recommendation lightly but in this case they and the staff are excellent and the personal care and connection they make with their patients is awesome read more

Another update. Been coming here with my parents and it seems like wait time just get longer and longer. You wait 1 hour in the lobby and put u in a room to wait another 1 and half. Maybe because they has medi cal that's why he gets this treatment. Ridiculous. And Dr Nguyen is still rude as always when she talks to people who relies on a translator. read more
