I've often felt rushed during eye exams in the past, and my prescriptions never seemed quite right. Dr. Casagrande completely changed that--he took the time to thoroughly assess my vision and made sure everything was dialed in. My eyesight has never been clearer, and I truly appreciated how committed he was to getting it right. On the retail side, this is where they fall short. Neither of our glasses orders were completed anywhere near the promised timeline. My wife's glasses are on track to be almost two weeks past the promised delivery date. They send you a text saying you can check your order here and it never updates past accepted and for my wife her order couldn't be found. So their portal is useless. I'd recommend using the eye doctors here but avoiding the retail side altogether--they come across as unprofessional, and when orders are delayed, follow-up calls make you feel like an inconvenience. Expect long hold times if you call, and if they say they'll call you back, don't rely on it. This was my first experience here. I don't know if I will return as I don't know if I want to deal with using a separate retail outlet to order my glasses.

Her pediatrician said there's not a lot of pediatric ophthalmologist so it might take a while for someone to call me to set an appointment. Surprisingly only waited 4 days and I received a call from scheduling. The lady who helped me was kind initially she said the earliest appointment was alittle over a month but thankfully she found us an earlier date. I received text and email reminders a few days closer to her appointment. The day of her appt we arrived 15 mins early. The lady at the front desk was nice and welcoming. Filled up a new pt worksheet. Then we were shortly called to the back. My daughter ran to the examination chair and independently sat herself waiting patiently. Dr. Salahuddin came in with a mask but his eyes smiled which was quite infectious. He was very welcoming and gave her a high-five. My daughter enjoys going to doctors appointments and gets very excited and compliant but she's not comfortable with any male clinicians. She gets this worried look in her face and becomes the total opposite of how she would normally act around female counterpart. So I was glad he was trying to make her feel comfortable. She allowed him to examine her eyes. He was professional, knowledgeable and he took his time explaining the condition we were referred by in layman's term. It was a quick in and out appointment. We had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly, Dr. Salahuddin was amazing and the office was clean.

We came to him in a crisis situation and he instantly put us more at ease. His deep knowledge, curiosity, and caring manner was incredible. Truly, it was as if a family member was caring for my husband. His attention to detail and his willingness to explain everything fully really helped the situation. I came from a…read moresmaller practice and they have several additional pre exam tests they do to make sure the entire health of your eyes is optimal. It seems like a lot but I've never felt uncomfortable in any of them. And they move you through them quickly. The office is always tidy and clean. And there's never a huge wait up front. Maybe a couple people at the most. It's hard when doctors overbook and you have so many folks waiting, but not here! Great selection of eyewear. I can always find glasses and sunglasses. The gal who helps you in this area will tell you about any deals too! Pick up is quick and easy too. Recommended my husband to give them a try here too as his optometrist just retired. Give them a try!
