I have been not so patiently waiting for the Plantation store to open and to say I'm excited to have them here is an understatement! I just had to go to the soft opening today and everything was perfect! They were actually giving everyone a free bagel and spread and I also had to take some bagels home with me. My favorite bagel is their rosemary salt with the onion and chive spread but today I decided to try their bagel of the day, The Abby, which was a bagel with salt, onion and asiago cheese. All I can say is omg, where has this bagel been all my life?! It was really nice to see a couple of the crew, Edie and Emily, from their Coconut Creek crew who had come over to help. They both are so sweet and helpful and it was really nice to see them at the new store. Customer service has always been great at all the Jeff's Bagel Run's that I've been to. Head on over to Jeff's to try one of their many bagels varieties and in addition to the usual cream cheese you'd expect at a bagel place, some really unique and delicious cream cheeses. They also toast their bagels here which they don't do at some of the other ones. Welcome to the neighborhood, SO glad you're here!

What a happy surprise to find Jeff's Bagel Run opening in my ALDI plaza that I'm at all the time! I happened to notice they were soft opening today and popped in. Everyone was so welcoming, and manager Edy invited me to try a bagel and schmear while they were training their staff. I chose an Asiago bagel with chive and onion schmear. So fresh and delicious that I ate the whole thing in the car on my way home! Of course I had to try the coffee too and loved the Maple Spice Latte with almond milk. Their bagels are made from scratch, boiled and baked fresh daily, with a great selection of schmears including Buffalo, Roasted Jalapeño and Cake Batter, plus seasonal flavors like Pumpkin Spice and Maple Brown Sugar. Love the story behind this place too. What started with Jeff learning to make a bagel for his wife during Covid grew from farmers markets into multiple locations, along with their partnership with Otus Coffee. Such a great addition to the neighborhood. I'll definitely be back!

Located just east of the Sawgrass Mills Mall in a strip mall, this new bagel shop is part of a growing chain. When we arrived we were greeted very friendly by multiple staff members. There were a few people at tables eating but no one else in line to order. We weren't asked if this was our first time at Jeff's Bagel Run and weren't really given much direction other than they were giving away a free bagel and spread for their soft opening. We picked two bagels and spreads and then were kind of moved to the side so the people behind us could order. A couple minutes later our name was called and we were given a bag with our items. We took out items to go since they were bagged up. The bagels were on the average to small size for bagel stores of this nature. The bagels were untoasted and sliced with the cream cheese in a container on the side. The flavor of the sesame and Cacio e Pepe definitely have potential. I liked the chive spread which had fresh crispy chives but the veggie one seemed a little bland. They bagels likely would have been better if toasted but we weren't asked if we wanted or given any indicator that they offer toasting. I saw another review mention that there is some code that tells you which ones are hot out of the oven but I didn't see that or I definitely would have made a choice based on that. Do I think I would come back and pay $10 for these two bagels and spread, honestly I'm not really sure. For the price point, I think there are a couple other places with larger bagels and better spreads. I may give it another shot if I'm in the area.

Ordering online was easy, and pickup itself was quick and straightforward. However, when I got home, I realized that both tuna platters were missing the bagel chips--so essentially I paid $17 each for just two scoops of tuna. I called the restaurant and was told they were out of bagel chips. That explanation raised more questions than it answered. If an item is unavailable, why not notify the customer? A quick call, or even mentioning it at pickup, would have gone a long way. I would have happily substituted for a bagel or chosen something else. Instead, I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant. By that point, I was understandably frustrated, and the response at the counter didn't help--the staff seemed indifferent. They did replace the missing items with bagels, which I appreciate, but the overall experience was disappointing. I used to really enjoy Marian's under the previous ownership and was a regular customer. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership, the quality of service seems to have declined. We decided to give it another try, but this experience confirmed that it's just not worth it anymore. Disappointing, because this used to be a go-to spot.

Everything I ordered was so that I found myself looking for something to criticize. Honestly, there wasn't much. My only real complaint is the limited indoor seating if you're planning to study or work for a while. That said, there are plenty of outdoor seats, and on a beautiful cloudy day without the usual heat and humidity, it's the perfect spot. The fries were probably the weakest item. They seemed fresh and healthy, but they lacked any seasoning or flavor. Everything else more than made up for it. The ambiance and aesthetics were fantastic, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The customer service was outstanding as well. The young gorgeous woman at the counter was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, greeting everyone with a genuine smile and everyone else's kindness Overall: 100/100. I'll definitely be coming back.
