When I finally got to a point of hanging it and plumbing it in, it had developed a leak at one of the fittings. Storage had caused and "O" ring to deteriorate. I had to buy a replacement part, and, that turned into a GREAT experience. The part was reasonably priced, and, the support folks I talked with were very helpful and quickly got the correct part to me. I finally got the thing fired up, and, after replacing a fuse that had failed because of age and lack of use, it has fired up and worked perfectly. It will put hot water out as long as there is propane available. It is a well designed, and very well made unit, so a big, thumbs up there too I recommend this company for the quality of their product, and the excellent customer service when there are problems with it.

But the service and outcome I dealt with over the last two days, and now it will be two more days in -15 degree windchill weather until I get my replacement parts --- has been so terrible I cannot believe it. The call center is so horrible I literally thougt they were just trying to test me to get me to hang up ( four calls, all day long ) when I finally sat at my desk on hold for OVER 45 minutes on the 4th try and got word that my supplies WERE shipped (Ground from Atlanta) to my Chicago address and they told me I should be pleased because they don't always honor the warranty if its freezing out! The water heater itself has never worked that well, we were over-sold this tankless thing by a plumber that I will never hire again, as now he tells me he is too busy to back the Noritz product he over-sold to us 5 years ago. I have no idea when or what I will be receiving. very frustrated,

I was sold the wrong parts to service my own equipment -- that alone tells you everything about their attention to detail. I brought my machine back in to have them correct it, and at the same time asked them to address a hydraulic leak. Picked it up... still leaking. So what exactly did I pay for? It gets worse. They serviced my hedge trimmer and told me I had until Saturday to pick it up. I show up on Saturday -- and it's gone. Missing. No explanation, no accountability, no effort to resolve it. Just nothing. That's completely unacceptable. The bigger issue is the complete lack of professionalism and respect. After multiple bad experiences, I returned to drop my mower off again and voiced my concerns. Instead of trying to fix anything, I was told -- verbatim -- to "get your mower and get out," along with profanity. That's not customer service. That's a business that has completely lost control. Between wrong parts, incomplete repairs, missing equipment, and outright disrespect, this is NOT the same place it used to be. I wouldn't trust them with anything at this point. See you tomorrow lol you have no idea what I have in store for you guys - you cursed at the wrong person. In customer service and have to deal with complaints in the automotive business I don't tell them to get the car and get the f out and don't want their business I hear them and correct the issues especially if we messed up. Accountability is everything and look forward to this and thank you

The young lady who greeted me was very nice, and helped me get my lawn mower out of my car, which I didn't expect her to do. She had very nice nails, and if my nails looked that good, I wouldn't be touching someone's dirty mower, but she had no problem with it. I took a very short time to replace my blade so I didn't spend much time in the showroom. But what I was able to see I appreciated - spare parts and new equipment all neatly displayed. Once my mower was ready a young man helped me reload my mower into my trunk. Again, I didn't expect any help. That they did this means a lot because not a lot of places help out anymore. This place gets busy because when I was there, 2 people came in and as I was leaving, 2 more were coming. This was about 10:30am on a Saturday morning. Plan accordingly. I had a good experience and would definitely go back to Turf Machine for another service.

Just bought about $65 worth of kit from here, was served by the delightful Tiffany, don't tell her I said that, who was patient with my insomnia and drooling problems. That's 65 not going to one of the billionaire gits that own the other two shops mentioned above. In case no one knows it, Lowes is owned by a member of the Walton clan, who basically have done their best to wipe out quality shops of all kinds and import nearly all of their products from China. I actually found stuff in Ace made in a strange country called the U.S of A. There is some of the Chinese stuff in there, but if you ask for quality stuff they have it. Unlike the Kobalt junk I bought from Homless Depot which had the endearing feature of in one case having the bit part of a screw driver literally snap off. Looks nice, is basically junk. Cheers.
