I must say if you are into buying for a new home older home this is the company you want to deal with for I am not a builder and was a one time buyer at this time and by them knowing I was buying one lock set I was treated like I was a long time customer and buying 100 lock sets form them. The knowledge, professionalism and warm treatment I received form the employees when I was buying a 2 inch back set dead bolt which was for an older door. Tried to talk with other lock companies with little help or no help on this odd size back set but when I talked to Suwanee, they pulled out all the stops. When I had some trouble with the order, wrong size latch came in, the customer service was super warm understanding and their super strong willingness to get me the correct latch.
