I want to specifically mention Gabby because she helped me every time I came in to try on and narrow down what shoes to buy (3-4 times). She was awesome--very attentive and knew so much about not just the shoes but foot support in general. I am not a runner by any means but I am on my feet all day for work, and I found the store to be very accommodating. Finally settled on two pairs that I can rotate around as my feet need more stability. I did get the $2 VIP membership on their website for a better shoe price and shipping cost. Really really happy with my experiences here.

They were pretty torn up, but you can't order new ones online, you must pick them up at one of their locations. They do request you make an appointment but I took my chances and walked in on a weekday and was served right away. All I needed was a pair of replacement cushions but I had the representative check my arch supports, and they were "flattened out." I was given a brand new replacement pair at no cost. No hassle. The retail price is $549.95 by the way. I've had that happen a couple of other times and both times, I received the same great return/replacement policy. A lifetime guarantee really means, a lifetime guarantee! The representative had me walk on a paper and measure my foot. Not sure what he was checking for. I thought he would try to upsell me into something, but he didn't. Good on him! As for the new pair of replacement cushions that I went in for, yes they had them but when I went to pay, the representative said they come in a three-pack. What? I only needed one pair and the pair I had lasted several years. It was a "gothcha" moment but I had no choice because I needed the cushions. The retail price was $149.95, and I was given a $30 discount for "Cushion Option 1," making the total $127.94, including tax. Makes me wonder if I could have just purchased just one pair? I was blown away. After deciding on four pair of shoes she brought them to register for us and kindly introduced us to Associate that would complete our sale. We watched as she ran back to floor to help fit another customer. Then to our surprise met us at the door to open it as I was pushing my mothers wheelchair. Everywhere here the folks are knowledgeable and super nice. We've been coming here for years now but just now writing a review. We came in a few weeks ago for seasonal rentals and the guy that helped up was amazing and helped my little brother like he was his own. We had a gal help us in helmets and found us a good one for my little brother that he could grow into as well. I went in earlier this week to try on some boots and to get feedback on a pair I had to buy online. The gentleman helping me was amazing and super helpful in letting me know the ones I got were not suitable for my calf type and helped me find a very comfortable new ski boot. Overall this store is great and I love having it so close!
