Damian, from this company came in through our AHS insurance and did a half done job a shallow fix, that only lasted a little over a month. After 30 some days we had the same issue. And the policy states after 30 days the guarantee expired. So we have to pay another deductible for another diagnosis. So below standard of care.. The last two photos were from after the fix!!! read more

Our service technician was prompt, friendly, professional, and fixed our problem quickly. Somehow the dosing syringe for our baby's medicine got INTO the garbage disposal, which blocked the sink and stopped the disposal. Our technician was in and out in under an hour. read more

I would not ever EVER recommend this company to anyone! I had to open a claim with American Shield for a stoppage in my home. They sent this guy out. He showed up in the allotted time but mind you I lost a whole day of work. He was there for 7 minutes looking for a "clean out" . He says to me and I quote "Sometimes these things are on the roof but, you don't have one. You're gonna have to get one installed. They're about $500.00" He never climbed on the roof to look for it and was gone In 7 minutes tops! My husband gets home, I tell him what the "expert tech" said so he climbed on the roof and found it himself!! We had to rent machinery to get the stoppage freed but, this could've been done by the tech whom I paid for had he done his work diligently and not been lazy! Now I'm out the $75 service fee plus the rental fee for the equipment. What a joke! read more

My Kitchen sink backed up this afternoon, my insurance recommended JD Drain Tech. I was lucky to get a same day appointment, my technicians name was Damien. Fantastic guy, very personable. He was able to fix the problem, which was awesome but what was even better is that after fixing the issue he cleaned up so well, you couldn't even tell he had worked in there at all. Job well done Damien. Thank you. I will definitely use your services again. read more

Our kitchen sink was slowly draining and then completely stopped draining within 24 hours. Then one of the tubs and toilets. Needless to say how frustrating and terrible it was. But Damian from JD Drain Tech was outstanding in diagnosing the root cause and getting the backup to unclog within two hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with , on time, and sent us a Google tracking link while on his way. I recommend and would use JD Drain Tech again, and of course, will request Damian for the service call. Kudos to JD Drain Tech and Damian for a job well done!!! read more

Friendly, professional service. Had one of their guys snake our area drains outside. 3 months later they're still clear!

Worst service ever ahs send this unfriendly guy who just look at my bathroom sink and said I can't fixt it all he has to do was to put the new p trap that I already bought and run the snake that's it very useless and unprofessional contractor I think ahs should do a background on contractors to see if they know how to do the plumbing job before hire them just a thought I don't like to leave nasty reviews but I had no other choice. read more

Damian was super helpful and nice. Explained everything and did a thorough check to help solve the problem. We will be asking for him again.

Our bathtub was backed up, then our bathroom sink, and then Damian came to the rescue! He arrived on the date arranged and within the time frame scheduled, respectfully removed his shoes before entering, and proceeded with his work. He educated me on Plumbing 101 and explained the culprit, as well as advised me what to do to prevent this from happening again in the future. Thanks again Damian for your courtesy and professionalism! read more

Unbelievable!!! Worst company ever. They set up an appointment with me Between 8 am and Noon. NEVER showed up. They Notified the AMS warranty that they were here and completed the job (I guess so they could still be paid.) CROOKS! read more

Damian was a phenomenal help. He confidently and quickly fixed our bathtub stoppage. And then, as he saw me struggling to fix a towel rack in the same bathroom, took it upon himself to tighten and fix that, too. Much appreciated. read more

We called our AHS home warranty because we had a clogged drain in the primary bathroom. JD Drain Tech was assigned and contacted us promptly to schedule a time to come out. Damian arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He expertly cleared the drain and made sure that the kitchen drain which shares the same main drain pipe was also clear so that the shower didn't cause the kitchen sink drain to backup which it had in the past. He also took care to make sure that no mess was made in the process. I would definitely recommend Damian and JD Drain Tech. read more

Had a clogged shower drain. Damian was friendly and resolved the problem quickly. Thank you

We called our home warranty, AHS, and they assigned JD Drain Tech to us. John arrived on time with a mask and took off his shoes. Our sink was backed up but John knew exactly what to do. It only took a few minutes of snaking the drain and the issue was resolved. Would definitely recommend this company. read more

Damian was very professional, courteous and responsive. He came and opened the drain in no time. He took off his shoes before walking in the house without us having to ask. He was very polite. He finished the job quickly. He gave us good advice about how to prevent the problem in the future. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled a visit through my home warranty plan. I talked to Johnny the night before the scheduled service, and told him it was a slow drain, not a complete stoppage, and he still came out, took one look at the sink, and declared he wouldn't do any more investigation, because it wasn't considered a "failure" by the warranty plan. Very dishonest that he'd bill the warranty plan (and therefore me) when he knew in advance it wasn't a full stoppage and he'd end up doing no work. Go elsewhere! read more

Not sure why the negative reviews. John was prompt and quick to resolve my issue. Even though the clog was deep in my plumbing. He came through AHS and while he can't control what they cover. We had a great experience and he left with everything covered by my warranty. read more
