However, the Sales Rep. couldn't arrange the schedule for fixing a Water Heater. Why did I try to contact them? Because it still has Warranty. However, it took too long for arrangements. Made it seem like an emergency so we called John who had done work on our water heater before. What a breath of fresh air! Very professional and methodical in diagnosing the problem. After washing the pipes out and putting a camera through the pipes did he then let us know our options. He suggested a few pipe fixes and a sewer pipe redo at 1/3 the price of the contractor's bid. The job actually turned out to be tougher with massive roots and unexpected piping but we were informed all along the way and they still got the job done efficiently. He takes pictures and has a camera that allows you to see what was done. He also offers a warranty on his work.
