He spent an hour talking about how great their new systems are, but after he left, I realized the water fill line for the salt tank wasn't even attached, which might explain why the unit isn't working properly. I would expect a water filtration technician performing a maintenance check to notice that a critical water line was disconnected, but everyone makes mistakes. So I called them back and scheduled a 2-4 PM window for someone to come out and hopefully fix the issue. I even received a call at 8:00 AM confirming the appointment. Then, at 3:00 PM--an hour into the arrival window--the owner of the company called me, confused about the issue, and said they don't fix units like mine. He told me I need a new unit because of an error code, and that NO ONE was actually scheduled to come out. The only reason they came out for an estaminet was to convince me to buy a new unit classic bate and switch BS. They had no intent to help me fix my unit at all. I planned my whole day around this appointment. The owner seemed confused why I did not just want to buy a new unit.
