I can't say how impressed I was with the service that veritech plumbing has. When the AI system answered I didn't think I was going to get any help any time soon. But I got connected to Luis who was one of their plumbers and he showed up promptly and ready to work. My shower was clogging and wasn't draining. I needed help ASAP because we are a family of 8! Luis helped unclog the shower and left everything clean. Most plumbers will go in and unclog but leave everything a mess! Luis overall was very professional and made sure all my concerns were met. VERY unprofessional. They came out for a job at our office and the next day our building flooded. When I called back in they were incredibly rude to me. When I said I would write a review STEVE gave even more attitude and told me I am on my own and they WILL NOT come fix the problem that they created. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. UPDATE: Steves responses to any negative review should tell you all you need to know about his service. I NEVER asked for a free service as I was never the one paying (Property Management takes care of plumbing). I was not rude until Steve treated me disrespectfully. they came in, took 10 seconds to check and tell me to replace the whole toilet for $588 labor cost. It certainly felt like the didnt wanna try to fix it, they just want the $588 labor. I work with them for my plumbing needs. They accommodate urgent requests and also schedule out not so urgent issues. Their office is great, they give you a window of arrival and also call when they're in route to you. Plumbers let you know what they find and if it's possibly more than initially believed. They have taken care of active leaks, replacing toilets and angle stops. They have replaced a water heater and were checking up on me in case I needed the other one replaced as well. Customer service is GREAT! When it comes to plumbing, things aren't always black and white, and they make the process much easier. read more

Great local plumbing company. Prices are very reasonable and what's great about them is they have a lot of their own supplies so customers often don't have to wait for parts. I've worked with them on some of my units for leaks, water heater repair, tankless water heater descaling, and a host of other issues. They usually give a time for eta and are often prompt and will communicate with the customer if there are any delays. read more

Our property management company had Total Rooter & Plumbing to clear out mainline. The technician David was kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

Horribly rude and shoddy work. They did some work on a leaking gas line. While I appreciated that they came out in a timely manner, I was not prepared for how rude they were. The SoCalGas tech told me to specifically ask about a type of test to make sure the work was done correctly. The workers would not even allow me to ask the question to confirm their work. They told me to 'just call the gas company. I have no idea if the work was done correctly. When I explicitly asked if the work was don't complete and properly, they told me to call the gas company. So at this point, I have no verbal or physical evidence that the work was done completely and properly. EDIT to add: SoCalGas came to the house to unlock the meter and turn the gas back on. Within 2 mins of the gas being turned back on, the house FILLED with gas, and I nearly passed out and almost vomited from the chemical smell. The SoCalGas tech was shocked when the meter went crazy because it showed a line left open according to his readings. The pipe workers left an open gas line in our home in their rush to get to the weekend. We had to evacuate our home for our own safety because of the open line. That earned us our 2nd red tag and meter lock of the day. When confronted with their shoddy work over the phone by the SoCalGas tech in my presence, the main worker was unapologetic and refused to admit fault. In fact, he also cut off the SoCalGas tech while he was speaking and trying to explain that to work was not complete, nor was it done properly. Their actions put my family and home in danger and our health at risk. read more

I needed assistance with backflow re-testing. Nathan was very helpful in setting up an appointment and getting me in touch with Steve, their backflow technician. I told the situation to Steve and he was very detailed in explaining all possible outcomes. On the day of the appointment Nathan called to confirm that Steve was on his way to the location. One of our bathroom sinks sprung a leak behind the sink cabinet at 7:30am this morning- resulting in a small flood, turing off the water to the entire house and placing emergency calls and texts to our rental home's management company.
