Thank you Efficient plumbing yet again for your service and timely installation. When we called my husband scheduled the plumbers Steve and Hector to come out the following day. They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They are the best plumbers and I will continue working with them on any future projects or improvements that we may need.

This is any homeowners nightmare and I called Efficient Plumbing right away. We have used them for many years and sadly this wasn't our first water leak. Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! There are many many plumbers in our area but after years of consistent quality workmanship and customer service, I only use and trust Efficient Plumbing.

He had quite a job ahead of him, our old faucet was heavily coated with calcium from a persistent leak. But he assessed the problem, made plans to take apart the faucet as far as he possibly could, and from that point forward it was a matter of Joseph taking the calcified pieces and separating them in a manner that worked, but did no harm to our granite countertops. I was impressed with his ability to pivot away from what would not have worked, and use his skills to figure out the way to succeed. It is good to find creative tradesmen these days, we would love to have him come to our home if we need further help with the plumbing.

Very quickly began troubleshooting to isolate source of leak and after less than 15 minutes of running back and forth from the street to the back of the house confirmed the problem could not be a sprinkler line. They also have a drive thru "Will Call" for contractors I assume, or maybe even regular homeowners like me. BUT, listen Ganahl, if you're mainly focused on big contractor orders for big projects, PLEASE say so up front. If that's the case, no problem, I can go to other places. I came in for a small bookshelf project and needed 2 3/4" Veneer Core Rift Cut White Oak Plywood panels which needed to be precision cut. I also needed a solid S4 White Oak front piece, and some other regular hardwood. A very nice salesperson took my info and said since they didn't have this at the Laguna shop, they would call Anaheim. Great! Never heard back, yay or nay. I called but didn't get anyone on the line who could help me or even call back. Disappointing, especially because if I go in a store and someone is very helpful, I make a small purchase because that's just me. This time I bought some potting soil which I likely paid too much for. But I like to help my local stores. I just wish the converse was true. Like I said, if small orders aren't worth it, just say that and save folks like me a trip and wasted time wondering what happened.

These guys are responsive and efficient, and it's fitting they are across the street from the Water District in downtown Laguna Beach. They are a deserving mainstay in the community, and remember their customers. So I should not have been surprised that Dave and Bernardo remembered replacing my water heater 10 years ago, after showing up yesterday to fix an unrelated leak. Like some of my neighbors, I like to try take care of things myself first. But when confronted with a cracked bathroom drain pipe, I did not want to test my limits. Fearing the worst, I texted Dave a picture of the problem. He promptly responded with alternative scenarios and gave me a reasonable price range; and then he and Bernardo worked around their schedules to show up the next day. They were very fast and, of course, had the tools to do a 1.25" tap on the drain pipe. Noticing a slow drain, they offered to snake the pipe and eliminated my need to keep buying Drano. Fortunately the job fell on the low end of Dave's estimate, and it was well worth it for the headaches and costs avoided. I'm happy to recommend Benson Plumbing highly for their excellent service and dedication. read more

Wow! It doesn't get any better than the guys at Benson Plumbing. I recently stayed in a holiday home in the local area. I was having a great time on my holiday until the damn plumbing went wrong!! I'm no expert plumber and not being familiar with the area or local trades, I quickly found Benson's over at 329 3rd Street. They were extremely helpful at calming down a panicking female, and then within no time at all one of their guys came over the property and sorted out the problem. Job done! Their charges were pretty reasonable too!! I would highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs....just don't bother to look anywhere else, you'll be wasting your time and money. Someone recommended Jetter Pro. Phil and Luciano analyzed the issue carefully and figured out the solution. They successfully unclogged the sink!
