Another happy customer of Farmer's Plumbing & Drain. I called Andy Saturday afternoon and he could have came on the weekend and charged me premium rates but he asked if he could do it on Monday . His crew Martin and Michael showed up at 0800 were done and cleaned up by 1100 , they were very upfront did a great job . It was better to go through the stucco than the granite counter's and custom cabinets on the inside . They replaced the kitchen drain in the wall , and snaked all the sewer lines including the mainline to the street . Highly recommend these guys and they are a licensed company . read more

Farmer's Plumbing & Drain is the BEST. Andy's team found a pool of water under our home and Andy referred us to Restoration 1 of Orange County. Within a two-week period, the pool of water was absorbed (by Restoration 1), the broken waste pipe from washer was found and replaced and a double clean out was installed to help with the easy clean out of the main sewer of home. Andy was involved with the whole process along with Mike and Micheal. We were charged accordingly. We would recommend Andy at anytime. read more

We were referred to Farmer's Plumbing by our Real Estate Agent, and we're so happy he did so. Andy & his entire team are awesome! We have major work done to our house, including an incredible tankless water heater with special filtration system -- great purchase! His team also did work on our master bath (Toilet/Bidet and exhaust fan) -- which was done to perfection. I HIGHLY recommend Farmer's Plumbing for big and smaller jobs. They are the best! read more

Andy and his crew were thorough in their repairs on our outdoor hose faucets and valves. They were on time and cleaned up the work area when they finished. We've used FARMER'S PLUMBING several times now, and they never disappoint us. They're always very good at solving our repair or new installation issues. read more

Service was relatively quick and the tech was the cherry on top due to his respectful manner and great service. We did end up paying a lot more than originally quoted, but the service was great and our main line was pretty backed up (we moved in a month ago and it hadn't been too taken care of by the previous owners) so it's understandable. Great and honest guys to work with here! read more

Friendly, polite and honest. I called them late at night for an apparent emergency, as my toilet was leaking and my significant other is going through chemotherapy. Andy, the proprietor, showed up within an hour of me calling and determined that the work could be postponed until morning, forgoing the overtime rate. I ended up paying about half of what I had expected after the work was done the next morning. The courtesy, compassion and integrity shown by Farmer's Plumbing is refreshing. And I would gladly recommend them to anyone. read more

I finished laying new LVP in our place. Was all set to install a new toilet when I had a huge brainfart... No matter which online 2D DIY video I watched, I just needed to watch someone do it in front of me. As a repeat customer I called Farmer's & crew to lend a hand... i.e. let me watch them install a new toilet. John & Tony kindly gave me the basics and tips to watch out for when replacing a toilet. They were very thankful it was a ground floor install for a one piece Kohler toilet. (It was warm today) Plus the old toilet was already removed from doing the flooring, and was all ready for easy insert... I would use them again. Chris. read more

We used their services on two bathroom remodels. Andy the owner and his team were so awesome with any help, recommendations and finding exactly what we had in mind! They all were very professional, friendly, timely, respectful to our home, and did such a great job on all our needs. We would highly recommend this company for any of your needs when it comes to their services. They do not disappoint at all. Happy customer here! read more

Had them come out primarily to fix a leaky faucet and change a couple of valves. They gave me a quote beforehand and when the job was done I paid them. Upon testing the faucet I noticed it was almost impossible to open, and only a trickle of water was coming out plus it was still leaking. I had to leave the house for another appointment and so decided to call Andy, the owner later. He was apologetic and promised to talk to his techs and get back to me which he never did. I texted him 2 more times and was completely ignored. I subsequently hired someone else who put in a brand new faucet. They should have told me it was beyond repair and not charged me the full amount. I felt totally ripped off. Even more so because they came highly recommended. read more

Andy was responsive and came the next day to give us an estimate on our various projects. I was anxious to get started, so the time between that visit and getting the actual estimate was a few days longer than I had hoped, but I completely understand that under pandemic circumstances some things just take a little more time. Once the two very friendly techs came to tackle the projects they were great. Wore masks, kept everything clean, were very communicative about the work needing to be done -- and mega bonus: the cost ended up being under the original estimated amount. We have used Farmers a few times now and I consider them my go-to plumbers. Great team, great service, very friendly. Would definitely recommend them. read more

I'm so happy we found this amazing business! We have used their services several times recently for different things including repiping our whole house with pex. They are all so knowledgeable and conscientious. We are very grateful for you all. Thank you, Phil and Pam read more

Until a week ago I would have rated 5* as I have used Farmer's three time in the past. Never again! "Take my money and run no follow up" I needed two drains in my bathroom unclogged Two men showed up on time and took care of the problem I asked they look at my leaky faucet . When turned on under the sink there was a little leak; I put a towel under while using the shut off again. One of the men took apart the faucet and said he did not have the part on the truck He would return with the part AND charge a service fee again. But the owner, Andy, would call me later to negotiate a lower fee. That was a week and a half ago. (I have had other service people at my home ( appliance, TV etc) and they never charge a return fee if they do not have the part with them Now a week and a half later no call I called them and left a message, Still not reply And the plumber broke the faucet that was leaking and I cannot use it. read more

These guys are badass. Iv used many different plumbing companies in the past but I'll stick to these guys for life now. Big Tony got me all dialed in and talked me through everything so I knew what was happening. Hands down i would recommend. read more

Extremely disappointed. At first I thought this was a good company. Farmers Plumbing was recommended to me. I spent over $5K to have plumbing updated. They failed to provide pictures of upgrades and layout needed for homeowner requirements. I wanted to make sure everything was fixed and I found another piped leaked. They opened several walls unnecessary. I tried contacting them and they they gave failed to respond despite multiple calls and text. read more

They couldn't be bothered to return my phone calls. I guess some jobs are just too small.

Honest and Trustworthy! Farmer's Plumbing is an honest and trustworthy company. My husband reached out to Farmer's Plumbing for a second opinion after we felt we were being overcharged by Rooter Hero Plumbing. Turns out, Farmer's Plumbing saved us from being bamboozled $14,000 for a job that should have only been $77. Rooter Hero Plumbing was not only overcharging us for a job we didn't need, but their unethical tactics almost cost us big time by claiming we had a collapsed sewer line, which we did not have!!! Andy from Farmer's Plumbing used his snake camera and noticed a ball of what appeared to be masking tape. He showed me the image and I noticed the tape was not soaked or soggy. It moved very easily through the sewer pipe. It also had a number that was very visible through the camera that read 2093EL which after researching on the internet figured out that this was a common masking tape used in construction jobs. Andy was able to push the ball easily through the sewer pipes as it just rolled through the sewer line with no problem. Once he did that, he showed me that there was NO EVIDENCE OF A COLLAPSED SEWER PIPE on his camera! He showed me by going through the pipes with the camera several times. UNBELIEVABLE!! Andy completed the job by removing the toilet clog, a new wax ring, and re-installing our toilet. I can for sure say that we will be lifetime customers of Andy Farmer and Farmer's Plumbing! I would 100% recommend Farmer's Plumbing to anyone who wants an honest and trustworthy plumbing company!! read more

Farmer is great! They helped us installed 3 new toilets and a brand new garbage disposal. Big thanks to Tony who do a thorough job. He even cleaned my faucet and did a great write up because one of the new toilet we purchased at a Home Depot has manufacturer defect. read more

I've been using Farmers plumbing & drain for over 10 years. His service and employees are super knowledgeable, respectful and trustful. I use them at my Place of employment, my shop and my residents. Excellent service, prompted service, quality work and excellent costumer. Andy, Tony and Jason are easy to work with, literally "Make It Happen" work ethic. I will and always will call on Farmers Plumbing & Drain for all New construction, Remodeling and repairs. This company gets 5 stars for many reasons, most are listed above. I hope this review helps the people that need plumbing service and have been let down. Once you use Farmers Plumbing &Drain, you too will have the same experience. read more

Andy and his helper helped me to replace an existing faucet that has been in place for over 10 years. They quoted me a flat fee to do the job. It turned out that the faucet was so rusted in place that they could not unscrew it out, they had to use the electric saw to cut it out. It took the two of them a lot of time and effort to get it out and install the new faucet. At the end, they didn't ask for more money and honored their commitment. They are true professionals and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work! read more

Thank you for your help replacing my dishwasher. Andrew gave me a great quote sight unseen. And then, even though the job ended up being much more difficult to complete, insisted I only pay what was quoted. I am amazed at that kind of integrity. Also, plumber Tony that completed the work, showed ingenuity and tenacity in his work. Quite a professional and honorable business. read more

A joy to work with. Andrew was quick to answer any question I had and very flexible with the scope of the work on hand. One of the best companies I have experienced thus far. They will be my new plumber from now on! Thanks again! read more

Andy and crew were knowledgeable, honest and reasonable. These are good guys doing good work. I recommend them.

They did absolutely everything right they possibly could have. Compared to the other 4 quotes I received, Farmer's was the least expensive, the fastest both in terms of when they could get the job done and also how long it would take, they offered the best cosmetic solution for the finish, and they were the most knowledgeable about what our plumbing issues were. They are without a doubt my go-to plumbers from here on out. Thanks! read more

Excellent same day service! Tony and Jacob were able to arrive within a couple hours and got the issue figured out right away. Very reasonable prices and professional staff. Such a relief! I'll keep their number handy for any future plumbing projects. read more

I was having a new dishwasher installed and needed a new compression valve put on under the sink before that could happen. I didn't realize this was needed until the night before the dishwasher was due to arrive so I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a plumber in time. I sent out several messages via Yelp late at night and Andy responded very quickly, with an estimate, and told me what time he could come and what I needed to do to book him. I was so pleased he was not only available but such a great communicator. He showed up the next morning on time and was super friendly. He did great work, super fast and his prices were more than fair. We will use Andy and Farmer's Plumbing again in the future for sure. Thank you, Andy! read more

I knew Tony from previously doing a fabulous job for us. We had a leak under the kitchen sink recently which needed immediate attention and he arrived the same day. I wouldn't have any other plumbers than Tony and Andy. They are courteous, friendly, professional and do excellent work. They are, however, a little on the expensive side, so be prepared but they are always up front and let you know so no surprises. read more

This is the second time we have used Farmers Plumbing and we have been very pleased with their work and their pricing. We had a clogged drain and thought the pipes would need to be replaced. But Tony came out and cleared up the drain and said that the pipes were still good. The last time Tony was out, he detected the problem we were having with pounding pipes. It was a simple fix! It was our hot water circulating pump. read more

I would absolute recommend Farmer's Plumbing! Very reliable, showed up on time, professional, and cost effective.

I submitted a price estimate request through Yelp at about 7PM and he replied within an hour. I needed a garbage disposal replaced and he had the best price among the 4 plumbers I called. He was nice and did great work. read more

Hi Andy, I want to thank you so much for coming at the end of your busy day to install our new bidet. You are very professional and polite. You took the time to read the instructions of the Bidet and made sure the item would work first before installing it. Very sensible. I also appreciated that even so late in the day you did not rush the install, you took your time to do the right job. You did a great job from start to finish and I could not be happier. Will call you for any future plumbing needs. It was our pleasure to meet you and again you have a great company. I knew from our phone call you would not disappoint us. Take care and see you for the next service need. Many thanks. You are terrific. Five star service and very reasonable cost.
