Our AC had stopped working because the condensate drain line was clogged,…read moreand Jay had come out and quickly diagnosed the issue, cleared the blockage, and got everything working again VERY quickly. He also installed a new cleanout/access valve on the condensate line, which should make future maintenance much easier. What impressed me most was that he went the extra mile and checked the entire drainage setup. He noticed dark buildup inside the small tubing near our sink, removed and thoroughly cleaned it, and then reconnected the tubing much more efficiently. The previous setup had excess tubing that was bending/kinking, which may have contributed to the drainage problem. Jay took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. Within a few hours, I was met with Joe who immediately recognized the problem (dual run capacitor) along with a few maintenance issues.
