Rude and unprofessional…read more I called to ask about a dress, they said they had it, but when I mentioned I didn't have an appointment the woman immediately said "ok thank you" and hung up. No help, no courtesy, nothing. If this is how they treat potential customers, imagine how bad the in-store experience must be. Save yourself the headache, plenty of other boutiques actually want your business. Groseros y nada profesionales.

There wasn't anyone staffing the dressing room so we just used the first one. This was on a non busy day so am sure you'll get help on a busy Saturday or Sunday. Totally impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the store. If you are looking for that perfect last minute item, H&M has you covered for the clean fit. Great shopping experience for a couple of out of towners.

It's truly an incredible store. At home, when I shop this store, I am ignored. But this store is…read moreso much nicer to shop at. Team members are really well trained to make customers feel at home. They go above and beyond to assist the customers. When not assisting customers, they are either making displays appear neat and orderly or cleaning the floors and aisles, or restocking tables and racks with new merchandise. I found the patterns on shirts quite intriguing. A great variety of tees. And was surprised to see the shoes and slippers on display. Really a fine store.

Anyway, I came back to the Women's Department and grabbed all the jeans I could find in my size (6) pairs. I headed to Fitting Room and there I heard a woman yell out... there's a woman with a cart full of jeans??? I was shocked that an employee would yell that out into the Fitting Room to another employee??? I was like... is she talking about ME! Mind you I only took (2) pairs to try on. I was troubled by the comment thinking to myself does she think I'm stealing all these jeans... I had a small black bag that only fit my little wallet, phone and keys... not POSSIBLE!!! So, I head to the register, and the lady there says oh you found all your jeans??? I was like YES, they were referring to ME. I have been a Kohls customer for like 15 years or more and I use my Kohls credit card every time! I am disgusted by the fact that employees think everyone is in their store to steal??? No, we are NOT! It's DISRESPECTFUL to announce such a thing and if you are so concerned maybe your store should invest more on security. Also, that employee needs to be spoken to because she could have been more discreet/responsible about the whole situation. This store is rude and they NEED more CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!

It wasn't until a few days ago that we got a chance to go in. She enjoyed it. She found quite a few nice looking things. The store is kept up; very clean and organized. However the staff lacks in help. They tend to steer away from the customers and just do their own thing. Not rude, just... not helpful. Pricing is really a bargain. I think I spent about $30 on about 5-6 items for my girlfriend. Some tops, shirts, skirts. Didn't hurt my wallet and the quality of the clothing looked well made. I'm sure will be back sometime to check out what's new.

She took pictures of items and emailed them to me so I could see if my daughter would like them. I decided to drive the 40 minutes there with my daughter at 7pm, who was looking for a last minute dress for her winter formal. Megan was at the register and pulled our hold items out and we continued to browse the store and my daughter tried on many dresses. Megan kept bringing dresses for her to try on along with a pair of shoes. Megan was awesome and attentive to my daughter. Priscilla checked on sizes for us when Megan was with other customers. Had it not been for Elena's fabulous customer service we would not of made that trip. It all started with a phone call. My daughter ended up with two dresses, a pair of heels and some accessories and Megan went the extra mile to steam her dress. FABULOUS!! Even though it was closing time. They never rushed us. I haven't seen this level of customer service in years. Best team!! They deserve recognition for their service. We would definitely shop there again and recommend this shop!! Thank you Ladies.
