It was not taking my payment which they said they would call me for to get the payment issue resolved. A good two plus weeks during the holidays go by and no call back so I called to check on the order. That's when they take the missing payment, telling me the order was not fulfilled due to this and me thinking that perhaps the payment had finally gotten processed, was done. Nope. A delay. Another few weeks go and I call... I get told that insurance denied it due to another customer who has the same name and birthday as me, so they are going to contact them and try it again. More weeks go by and I call yet again. Get told the same thing so I ask of the other person has a middle initial, they do not whereas I do. They try again and it seems that the error has been corrected. Again, I am waiting. I called back several days later and get told that the glasses should be here last week. Nope. It isn't until today, 02-17 that they are finally here. Why did I need to be calling so constantly for updates? Why was this issue with the other person not easily resolved since it's obvious we are not the same person? They have a variance which is easy to see with the middle initial which is displayed in my name. The glasses fit well but this last situation has put a dent in my confidence with the service. I was told the issue was now a delay with VSP, which is my vision caretaker so now I don't know where the error truly lay.

I took in my Chanel glasses from 2010 to have the lenses replaced as I loved those frames. Unfortunately, because of their age, they cracked when the lab was placing the new lenses. I was allowed to choose whatever pair from the store I wanted at no matter the price and at no cost to me. I was shocked I didn't have to buy the frames myself. What a very nice and unexpected surprise! I picked out a lovely pair and picked them up approximately two weeks later. They weren't very comfortable once I got home and kept fogging up in my home with no temp chance to cause this. I took them back thinking I would exchange them for another pair, but I loved them so much and really wanted to keep them that I just had them adjust them and kept my fingers crossed hoping that would do the trick. Unfortunately, it did not. I went back again to exchange them for another pair and they were still just so kind. I felt like such a nuisance, but they never once gave me reason to feel that way. The manager, Sonia, is amazing, as his the sales associate, Wallesca, and one other girl who is a sales associate and I can't remember her for the life of me. Basically, all the employees there go way above and beyond and they do it all while smiling and with kind words! So I picked out another pair of glasses. I decided to upgrade the lenses to progressive and also upgrade them to transition lenses and I just paid the difference for the upgraded lenses out of pocket, but the manager Sonia still went above and beyond to check with my insurance and make sure I got all of my maximum benefits. When all was said and done, she managed to get me the upgraded lenses for $50 less than what she had originally quoted me... again, because she took the time to go back and check everything with the insurance (you don't get better customer service than that!). That was just one week ago, so I still have to go pick the glasses up next week. But I absolutely love this store because the employees truly make it a great and easy experience! They do get busy, so please remember to just have patience because they give all their customers such great service and sometimes great service takes a few minutes longer. :)

My results are just WOW!!! Lasik Plus in Altamonte Springs made the entire process of getting Lasik super easy. The entire staff is turly knowledgeable about Lasik and PRK. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited for you to experience your results! The office make the entire process easy and streamlined; from consultation to the procedure. In your consultation you learn about Lasik and PRK, meet with your Optometrist to ensure Lasik or PRK is right for you, and answer any questions you may have. If you choose to proceed, map out your payment and schedule your procedure. The procedure, very mild discomfort for less then 5 mins. Whole procedure is done in like 15 mins... 15 mins to clear eyesight! When you leave you are given meds, vitamins, eye drops to aid your healing. After the procedure, go home, take a nap or lay down in a dark room (or wear shades) with music, audio book, or podcast for a few hours. Your eyes will burn and sting but it's tolerable. As I park the car, they call to say I need to reschedule because I was about to hit a ten minute grace period limit. I said we were outside coming in and they still wanted to reschedule. I didn't reschedule with them because this was a complete waste of my time. There's a lot of eye places out there. Find somewhere less rude. I filled out all of the paperwork ahead of time and everything. I won't patronize doctors or companies who think their time is more valuable than mine.

My husband and I get eye exams there and contact lens exams as well. They take insurance but they also can see you without insurance. The cost for an eye exam without insurance is $60 and the contact lens exam is $120. We've gotten glasses there in the past and they're always reasonably priced. I also get my colored contacts from them and my insurance covers it just like any other pair of contacts! How fun right?? The office is great because they've always let me try on the various colors (amethyst, blue, gray, green, hazel... the list goes on!...) and then I order with confidence. They're super accommodating and patient. They never get pushy with sales or finances trying to make us spend more money. They're so respectful! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!
