I wandered through the store, browsing as I went. I didn't see anything worth noting or getting. The layout of the store was familiar to competitors. The departments are defined and easy to find/navigate. Pricing seems to be about the same as competitors. Selection, at least to me, appears to be limited. I really did not see much that caught my eye. Before long, I found myself back to the mall entrance and out of the store.

When the manager finally came to the front, she was not helpful either. She did not look for the customer's order and simply told me it was not there. To justify not checking, she stated that she had already told the customer the store did not have the item they ordered. This store has EXTREMELY POOR customer service, and as an African American woman, I was led to believe that the behavior I experienced was prejudiced.

If your store manager is named Holly Young Wade (found with a quick Facebook search), she was equally as rude and should be ashamed in how she and her staff treated us this evening, February 22,2023 especially since her store is so new. We are a military family from Texas, we've visited a lot of Boot Barns, Cavenders, etc and this was by far the rudest staff. It's a shame because it's such a nice store and could do really well, but customer service goes a long with us. We were going to purchase boots for my one year old and were never offered help. I entered the store with my three year old daughter, two staff members and your manager stood by the desk and looked at us and did not say a word to greet us. All stared and then looked away. We were the only customers at the front so there was nothing else they would be occupied with. A few minutes later my husband entered with our one year old, again not one staff member acknowledged him they just stared. We looked at the hats and then made our way to the boots. Two staff members were talking for several minutes near the boots and neither of them ever asked us if we needed help, needed sizes etc. They did not acknowledge us at all. I noticed a male associate greeted and offered help to two women shopping in the clothing during this. Then the store manager passed by us again, just looking at us and not saying a word. We made it all the way back up to the front while browsing the store with not one greeting. We were exiting the store when a large family (all white, if that matters) entered the store and was greeted by every single staff member standing at the cash register. In fact, they were greeted several times and told "let us know if we can help you" as we exited, I looked back waiting for a "thank you for visiting" as nearly every store tells you- absolutely nothing. I will be telling all of our friends about our experience as I know many of them were excited about having a Boot Barn location in our area now. I will take my business elsewhere and buy my son new boots at a store where we are acknowledged. I cannot believe this store's customer service was so terrible today and that the store manager was there and acted just as rudely. I remember this place when I was little and it was bustling with people. Certainly not as much as…read moreLeesburg, but it was pretty full in occupancy. Well its October 2025, and it was like a Ghost town and the food court was by far the saddest one. I think only two places were opened on a Saturday. Lots of stores are closed and the parking lot was completely free. Not much selection now in terms of things. They still have some clothing stores left, but not sparse in terms of styles. The food court is actually clean because of the low foot traffic and someone is constantly cleaning the place. They do have Tesla superchargers here so its a good place to charge and walk around. The chargers are in the corner of the lot and typically just walking to the bathroom and back and most of the charge should be done so not really much time left to wander. It was sad to see and kind of made me feel like life has moved on from my childhood.

However, at the suggestion of a friend, I decided to give Peter a chance. I am so happy I did. Peter is great! Not only is he a talented nail tech but he is very personable. I have the dip powder manicure and have never been disappointed. Sometimes, Peter will combine and create colors and designs which have all been beautiful. I cannot tell you how many compliments I have received about my nails. The prices are reasonable, and the manicure lasts for weeks. Most of the time, I schedule for an earlier appointment because my nails grow so quickly and/or I just want a new color. I highly recommend Peter from Le's Nails to anyone hoping for an outstanding experience!

Did two purchases in one day. BAD MISTAKE. First order, I went up and ordered a bed/mattress/frame for the bed. The escalator was broken, poor instructions for finding elevator, no option of stairs. Still went upstairs to order the bed, since I'm moving and in need of a bed. Thought if I had a good experience, I might come back for the fridge I need later. So I went up, and the clerk had no idea how to do what was needed for the current offer they had for interest/etc., she couldn't figure out how to do the order up, and other issues. Then I walked out with my receipt and an expected date for delivery. I went downstairs, with a 10$ Reward that was about to expire, so I figured I would grab something so my reward wouldn't expire. I bought a pair of pants, then drove home. Shortly after I arrived at home, I checked my Email. I have two Emails from JCP, only a couple minutes apart- the 1st to thank me for my order, the 2nd to inform me that my order had been cancelled. I called, after a 20min run around, I finally got a lower-level manager. She told me that because the COMPUTER tried to use my reward against the bed, that they had closed out the bed order. The lady on the phone 1st started with, "Well you used your Reward twice, so it cancelled the order where you didn't yet have the merchandise in hand." I informed her that I did NOT use my reward, didn't even mention having one, when I got the bed. She then put me on hold, came back 10min later & told me that it was a computer glitch. I told her to cancel the order, I'd get my bed elsewhere. She flipped out on me. Then I asked for a manager, she sent me to another person on her own level, without telling them why I was calling, so they were as confused as I was about what the computer was doing to orders. I tried to call back, to make sure the order was cancelled & speak to a manager to let them know about the computer-glitch. She basically told me that I shouldn't have tried to use my reward twice in one day-- she did not hear a word I said and never did let me know if the bed was cancelled. The store's appearance leaves a lot to be desired, with cobwebs and debris about. When riding the elevator up, two employees were inside both complaining loudly (I couldn't hear my friend, 2ft away, saying my name) about their boss's handling of Returned Items carts. I had two employees almost run me over with carts they were shoving rapidly through crowded racks of clothes. I used to work retail, I would have been fired for handling carts that way or speaking to a customer that way, so it surprises me to see it so rampant at any store. Drove an hour to buy a mattress, box spring, and base even though a year ago made similiar purchase and had to fight to get the 0%Financing I was promised at time of purchase. Today, sale went smoothly. After buying the bed, I went downstairs and purchased Excersion pants used a $10 reward that was about to expire. Came home and received an email saying bed order was being cancelled by the store. Called the number in the email only to be accused of trying to use the $10reward on 2 separate purchases today, so bed was being cancelled. Reward wasn't even mentioned when I purchased the bed. When I spoke to the person, she acted like I was trying to get over on them. After she allowed me to explain, she said she had to speak to a supervisor and said maybe they could reinstate the order. I felt accused and told her that the order should remain cancelled and I would get the bed elsewhere. I have shopped there since it opened but not again. read more

I know that one of the employees sometimes walks in the same direction I was headed, so I made sure to walk ahead of her to ensure she felt safe--because I know I wouldn't feel comfortable if someone was walking behind me late at night. As I continued walking, I heard both of them laughing at me. I know they were laughing at me because neither of them was having a conversation, and there was nothing else happening that could have been funny. This behavior is completely inappropriate. I am significantly younger than these women, and it's disturbing that they would judge and mock someone like that. It's disgusting that this establishment employs such judgmental and miserable people. Edit-- I honestly don't know if one of them was the manager, but either way, this is highly unacceptable and should not be happening especially toward someone much younger than them.

The next day I knew I had to get to a store and buy more acceptable clothing for eating outside. A few of us ubered to Marshall's. Initially I was worried because Marshall's had cleared almost all of their cold weather clothes and shoes away. My initial recon didn't yield much in the way of options. Fortunately, a deeper dive allowed me to discover some fancy-ish joggers and a high necked top that would provide more warmth than anything I'd packed. All told, my total $$$ spent was $48 and that included the Uber. Glad that Marshall's is a staple in most cities and towns. It comes in super handy!

I wasn't greeted when I walked in even when the store had pretty few customers and with two cashiers in the store. I'm browsing around for products that I need and I asked the cashier for guidance of the Tom Ford lipsticks location and she was just generally impolite, pointed her finger to the air without much say. At checking out she doesn't offer or advertise the deals buy $250 get free gifts, so I spent just right at $227. I went home and found that deal I missed. So I take the coupons and came back second time to purchase more products to meet $250 for free gifts. But that wasn't my point, as I went to the store today again Feb. 21 at 12:30pm and one Cashier name Liliana P. didn't bother to greet me at first, and she just stared her eyes out with an attitude. I browse for more products I need to buy to fit my purchase, I was at check out and she told me I can't open the lipsticks on my hand, so I apologized to her I did not see the warnings. Another cashier come in and check out my purchases, this time I brought over $270. When my friend asked the cashier if she can see those lipsticks samples laying on the cashier place, as for my purchase is done and ready to pay. The cashier literally screamed at us, I quoted " Why you need to look at this? You don't want this? - You and your friends touched everything in the store and contaminated the store and I have to clean it." I was shocked. I told her my purchase is done and my friend just want to see the samples again. She again started ranting the same question repeatedly and made a big scene in the store. I'm very upsetting that I've spent almost $500 in the store within the last two days as the first time customer and all I got is the feeling of being harassed by this cashier, she doesn't apologize nor say "Have a great day" to me and my friend, like she did to other customers that walked out. Between two of us we send $1000 your way but we didn't feel welcomed one bit instead just total embarrassment when we shopped here. I did not expect you decided to hire and pay people to be racist, xenophobic to your customers, calling them contaminating your store as if it's a medical lab and your customers are the viruses. Well done! This weekend I'm taking this story to every social medias, every friend and family member and local news, people shouldn't be anywhere close to your company or they'll get racist insults with an attitude at the price of $500. Thank you Liliana P and the second cashier for a dose of hatred, you two are lucky to have a job during this pandemic because your company enjoys a relationship with a racist, unprofessional and rude human being.
