The discounts are genuinely good, not just small markdowns, and it's easy to find solid deals on training and everyday sportswear. The staff strikes a great balance. They're helpful and attentive when you need assistance, but never pushy or overwhelming, which makes shopping here feel relaxed. I still wear the pieces I've bought from here regularly, and the quality has held up really well over time. Overall, it's a reliable stop for good quality gear at fair outlet prices.

It is 6:55pm I am just walking out of the store (outlet house) extremely disappointed with the…read moreservice I just received and because of it I decided not to purchase anything. I was looking for a 3XL tee-shirt and I asked one of the associates to in the back to if there additional 3XL tee-shirts, he went to the back to check. Let me mention I did have one tee-shirt in my hand already to purchase along with any others they would have found in the back. This is where the issue begins Alex (new store manager) say hi and asked what I was looking for "I told him 3XL tee-shirt" . His quick response was "we do not carry 3XL in the store, sorry". I was taken back by that response especially since I was holding a 3XL tee-shirt in my to purchase. His quick response again was "that must have been a return ". At this point I am feeling like he has no desire to assist me, unfortunate but a true feeling at that moment. I took a few minutes to walk around and decided I need to tell Alex (new store manager) I did not appreciate the quick responses and the lack of effort to assist me with maybe ordering one right from the store. So, I took a shot and asked "if the only 3XL you may have in the store are returns maybe we can look up to see if there are any additional ones that have been returned. Again his quick response "I do not know how to look that up because I am a new manager". So, this is what I say to Under Armor management whether corporate or regional or the store general manager "TEACH ALEX HOW TO BE AN EFFECTIVE MANAGER AND HOW TO LOOK STUFF UP". That is a suggestion because that will cost sales in the long run. Disappointed buyer

Their sizes fit larger curvy women. If you are comfortable with your body, their fashions stand out. If you are more sedate in dress, you can find clothing that's comfortable and feminine. Their prices reflect their trend toward fashion. I appreciate their range of sizing, it fits all the larger gals. Love their colors, styles and for me, the celebration of femininity is ideal.

I'll admit, I love AT. Not that I really love their clothes (although they are all right), but I…read morelove that practically everything they have is completely work appropriate...and not too insanely expensive. Basically, just bland enough to make it office-acceptable...but not so bland that it makes me want to tattoo my face in rebellion...and just cheap enough that I don't feel awful for spending so much money on clothes that I mostly just tolerate. And that's basically how I feel about the Ann Taylor Factory store. I do feel that it's a little pricy for what it is (it's the Factory store...shouldn't it be priced lower then ATL?), but I do like that they have additional designs not seen at AT or ATL...and I love that they have a fairly decent petite section (yes I'm short, so shoot me, OK?)...but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit.

Overall, great service, solid prices, and a really smooth shopping experience. Definitely one of my go to spots at the mall.

The service at this establishment is absolutely horrible. The entire staff needs to be replaced,…read moreand I will be contacting corporate when I get the chance. I rarely come here, but my recent experience with two employees has ensured that I will never return. I was out on my usual night walk when I saw two women leaving as the store was closing. I had my AirPods in, but the volume was low enough that I could still hear my surroundings. As I walked past them, one of the women was putting on her coat, while the other kept staring at me with a disgusted look. I briefly made eye contact before looking away. I know that one of the employees sometimes walks in the same direction I was headed, so I made sure to walk ahead of her to ensure she felt safe--because I know I wouldn't feel comfortable if someone was walking behind me late at night. As I continued walking, I heard both of them laughing at me. I know they were laughing at me because neither of them was having a conversation, and there was nothing else happening that could have been funny. This behavior is completely inappropriate. I am significantly younger than these women, and it's disturbing that they would judge and mock someone like that. It's disgusting that this establishment employs such judgmental and miserable people. Edit-- I honestly don't know if one of them was the manager, but either way, this is highly unacceptable and should not be happening especially toward someone much younger than them.

We walked in and looked around for a bit. Not seeing what he wanted where we were looking we asked where in the store would be the style he was looking for. We were told it was towards the back of the store. We started to head that way. Ten seconds later and they are yelling at us. Why? Because where we were, we were kind of blocked in. A gentleman in a wheelchair was trying on shoes blocking the one aisle. They employees were blocking the other part of the aisle, leaving for the only way to get to the back of the store behind the register. That was exactly why they were yelling at us. Because we walked the only way we could. We were told that we weren't allowed to walk behind the register. Well, one of two things here. Have an employee at the register so that we would know it was the register. Or be understanding that this is the ONLY direction we could walk. When my dad did find what he wanted and went to pay he asked if there was a senior citizen discount. Instead of saying yes and giving it to him they had a very harsh tone asking his age. We all know how a man near 70 year-old doesn't care if he hurts your feelings with what he says. That was my dad at that point. He ended up getting the discount, but only after the employees felt like their attempt at embarrassing my dad failed.
