The selection could be a bit better for some of the impact play related things as most of them seem oriented towards bdsm as a curiosity instead of things that are actual usable and can take serious use but that's really not different than most other adult stores. It would be nice if they carried a better selection of jute, dyneema, or other rope that doesn't stretch. The stuff they have is plush and great for sensation play but it's going to stretch and it's possible that might make it something you shouldn't select for things like tying your own swing. Often times, I've been the only customer in the store for my fitting. Your first fitting does have a fee, but subsequent fittings have no charge as long as they're done in a certain time period.
