There was a beautiful crystal accented wedding gown for a price of 39$ before the discount. Pretty amazing if you're a size 6 and in need- to get a gorgeous gown for less than 20$! I found a couple things there and it was fun. The place is run by a church and is very small. They have outdoor items under a metal canopy- I kinda forgot to look there. The building itself looks very dumpy but don't let that stop you from checking out the store.

The selection of dresses is truly amazing with representation of good brands from the 70s-early 2000s, lots of sizes, and variety of patterns. The quality and upkeep is clear in every piece. They also have a good selection of jewelry, jeans, and tops which I'll be coming back for. The owner clearly takes a lot of pride in the store as it is beautiful and clean. I probably came out spending $160 or so. I bought quite a few things that could be signature pieces. I think it will depend on your style. A lot of items I can see being more 70s or 80s. Retro throw back, coming of age movie type vibes. We spend a lot of time there because of the vibe as well as just looking through a bunch to find what we could. She swiped my card on square, gave no paper receipt, and said it would be emailed. When I got home and looked at my emails there was a charge of $2650.00 on my credit card!!!!! She won't return it, sent me a slew of nasty disgusting messages, and has had her friends harass me online. She needs to pay me back immediately and let me return them. What she did is deplorable. So yeah, I discovered that Retro Metro, one of my favorite little gift shops, in Frederick had moved like almost everything now-a-days online. So I went onto their website and literally within seconds... bought something. I like literally have never been so triggered. I was like- OH MAN, that's cute I'm gonna buy that for my friend %^&*. So the the thing is, I can't tell you what I got cause it's being shipped right now, and I don't want to ruin the surprise for that person. But it's this super cute thing that I know my friend will love. There are very few times I've walked into Retro Metro and haven't walked out with something adorable. And I feel that you get that same experience online. They just have the most unique, cute, fun gifts. ALSO, they have a NICE SIZE Maryland pride section with so much Maryland Flag Swag.
